We like the location in downtown center nearby everything, the room is very clean and simple and the staff are very nice. We come to visit Whitehorse every year in Summer.

Room is huge, good services and felt like home! remembered to ask the third floor and left side room.

Hotel room is very big and usually can fit 4 people in the two queen beds, cleaning room and very convenient locations.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Cigarette burns all over the place and holes in the walls. The beds were aweful the blankets had holes in them and they stunk.

Used car fresheners hung from the fire sprinklers to "freshen" the room which made it almost unbearable to be in due to the smell. Yes, decently sized rooms and centrally located however very loud especially on weekends as it is located above restaurants and bar. Unpleasant staff with zero customer service skills, not friendly nor helpful in any regard.

I like the place, with two restaurants nearby, large and quiet rooms, near downtown and bus station.

Hotel desperately needs a remodel and a seriously deep clean. Beds uncomfortable, loud restaurant employees on their smoke break under the window. Spend 30$ more and stay somewhere else. I wish we had!

Older place with large rooms and decent beds. Although the restaurants and bars on the bottom floor were busy, we had no noise in our room on the third floor. The only issue was the internet which was spotty at best.

Bedbugs, broken amenities, and more. So many things wrong with this hotel. The first thing we noticed was the state of the bathroom — our faucet for the sink and the shower were broken and fan disconnected. There were cigarette burns on the tub and bedsheets, and holes in the walls and doors everywhere. The second thing was the Wi-Fi, which was between lost connectivity and one bar. We were told rather rudely by an older woman that the Wi-Fi is only for the lobby. I woke up in the morning feeling itchy, and found some bedbug bites. When I told the older man behind the desk, he played stupid and said bedbugs don't come to Whitehorse, and that I must be allergic to the laundry detergent instead. (Picture of myself that morning in the hotel room) The state of the hotel is very aged and is in the process of breaking down completely. I do not recommend this location because they will be rude to you, unhelpful, and uncaring.

This hotel is very aged. The rooms are actually big and spacious. Clean enough but could certainly use a linens update. The staff are nice. It's nicely located to everything. The deal breaker here is that it's over a bar and it's super loud. (Thin walls) If you enjoy the night time bar scene it's going to work fine but it's NO good for families. The Wi-Fi also didn't work for us for some reason.

Really big and nice rooms (for double) and nice staff! Beds aren't the comfiest though, but it's not too bad. Good experience!

This review is for Elite Hotel, (aka 202 motor inn) We stay here more than 6 nights (2 separate times) during July of 2013. 3 nights while on the way to Inuvik and 3 more nights when we drive back from Inuvik. GREAT RATE (If you check in last minute and they still have room) If your travel style is like us (never make reservation, just pop in last minute) and if you are in town (very late, like 10 or 11PM) and trying to find a hotel, DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TO LOOK AROUND (WE DID). Just go straight to this place. They always have very good rate for those who want last minute deals. (If they have room that is. ) The room is HUGE…. Did I say HUGE? I meant, even with all your sleeping space, you can still put 10+ sleeping reindeers in the room! That’s how huge it is! (We are talking about LARGER THAN LIFE Yukon Huge! ) And Microwave/refrigerator is standard equipment in all rooms too. With that and great rate, we wouldn’t even think twice when we are in town for the second time. On the drive back (we drove from Washington State to Inuvik and back to WA), we didn’t even waste time to look for another hotels and just go straight to the Elite Hotel.
