Room was nicely cleaned when we arrived. Went to Lure Restaurant, everyone in family loved there dish. Swimming pool and hot tub were okay.
Nice bonus was the gym is bigger then I was expecting. Also a little Starbucks in lobby! Wish the hours were a bit longer though, only open until 1pm I believe.
Views of harbor are breathtaking, will definitely visit here again my next trip down!

For as much as this hotel costs, the amenities are seriously lacking and not in line with other comparably priced accommodations. The room was not as described and the internet was often too slow to get work done. Would not stay here again.

They are excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic location close to downtown yet also far enough away. There are some great walking paths right there. I’ve been there for events that they host and I’ve participated in and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ❤️

Bring your own cleaning supplies. Bathroom was unbelievably dirty. Areas had not been cleaned for months.

I participated in a paid partnership with Delta Hotels, and my stay at the resort was amazing! Being from a busy city like Toronto, it was nice to be in an area that was much more relaxed and quiet. The views from my room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the service was awesome. The location was perfect, it was close to all the interesting aspects of Victoria such as Chinatown and the Government buildings. Also, they have a free shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up in the cities core. I truly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't mind returning.

Came here for a quick jaunt from Whistler with my husband and 8 year old. The hotel has gorgeous waterfront view. They have an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. My daughter enjoyed the pool. They also have a story hour for kids each night. Walking distance to most attractions, restaurants and bars (unless you are not a fan of cold weather and it’s winter, then I suggest you drive).

Awesome Hotel, so many hotels world wide could learn a thing or two from this Hotel, from the driveway to the room it has been an great service experience. Jonathan and team At front desk true assets, Ann with personal note from housekeeping, staff recommended establishments, not to mention activities for kids including a bedtime story in restaurant with milk and cookies, let’s not forget scavenger hunt… simply WOW!

It is great to have a hotel on the water. The rooms are large and quite nice. They have an excellent work out facility and a nice sized pool. The staff is highly professional and helpful. If you like to run there is a great running trail in front of the hotel. We would definitely return.

I checked in for a weekend stay, was upgraded to a waterfront view room because my room wasn’t available! 10/10 recommended this place!

We just spent 3 nights with the kids for spring break, and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, had a lively bar, and was walkable to attractions. They did milk and cookies at night for the kids and were otherwise very accommodating.

By far the best customer service we have ever had at any hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

Hi! Your hotels are one of the best in world. I could not find the email of the hotel and would like to bring something to the notice of the Management. I called in twice today to book a room for 3 nights for my family and the wait was just way too long on the phone so I hung up both times. I called the Grand Pacific Hotel and my Call was taken within a minute of wait which then I booked the room with them. This is not a complaint at all. I am sure all the callers would be busy but if there can be something done about it that would just be fantastic. I was on a short notice otherwise I would have surely booked with you guys. See you next time now.

If you are in Victoria and you need a place to stay for a more reasonable price than other hotels in the city than I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice and the hotel has great amenities. They have a very nice saltwater pool and a nice hot tub with powerful jets. The fitness center is equipped with lots of workout equipment and a yoga room and there are outdoor tennis courts and an indoor squash court and you can always wind down in the sauna. Would definitely stay at this Delta again.

Had a lovely time at Lure with some co-workers over the weekend. The patio was beautiful, not overly crowded, and the temperature was just right. Of course you can't beat the view of the harbour and distant city scape. Our drinks were great, and the food was delicious. The portion vs price ratio may be a bit off, but that seems common for must these days. All in all, our get together was a success and we will definitely return again.

This is a wonderful hotel with great customer service and we had a corner room that gave us extra windows. The direct view of the Inner Harbour could keep us entertained for hours. We will be back and recommend this hotel to anyone we know who will be visiting Victoria.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront resort in downtown Victoria! The rooms and customer service were outstanding, with all the amenities one would expect from a luxury resort and much more! The Resort is ideally located right downtown and within easy walking distance to the beautiful inner harbour and area attractions. It's situated in one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in the entire city. If traveling to Victoria on Business or Pleasure, this Waterfront Luxury Hotel is the Perfect Choice!

Amazing. This was more than a hotel for my wife & I — it was a refuge — a place of peace & bliss. The staff were amazing, upgrading us to a harbour view room because it was our anniversary — and the view of the harbour and the legislative grounds across the water were beautiful. I wanted to linger in our room and just stare at those calm, peaceful waters. But then going downstairs and outside, there was a spacious terrace from which one could look out over the harbour and go for walks along its edge. And then the concierge was terrific, finding us a table at a fantastic restaurant nearby, which we so appreciated! We loved this place!

Great location right in the heart of the harbour. Hotel Was very clean and service and staff were really friendly. Didn't get a chance to eat at Lure restaurant so I can't comment on that but the lunches and breakfast provided at our work function were top notch. Funny thing though was the room was really dusty, like they hadn't changed the furnace filters or something. After leaving the room for several hours my black laptop had a coating of dust on it and this was consistent throughout our 4 day stay.

Another reason why I keep booking at Marriott's, with brands and service like this you can't go wrong. From when I entered the lobby, the staff was on top of things and went out of there way to make sure all my needs were fulfilled. From my forgotten toothpaste to the band-aid and the phone charger I needed. There room was great and so was the view. I have no complaints and if I'm looking to stay at a hotel in Victoria in the future, I'll be sure to try this one again.

Excellent place to stay, although if I could I’d give it 4.5 stars. Having to buy a cup of fresh coffee in an expensive hotel like this just bugs me… and we all know those little coffee makers in the room produce a slightly enhanced version of coffee colored dishwater. But really, the service here was great, super friendly staff. Amazing view! Clean, modern rooms. Everything was really superb. They also hosted our conference here, which was executed perfectly.

What a great stay! Walking in you feel the luxury. Our room (738) had a comfy bed, great pillows (2 firmer and 2 fluffier) and amazing views of the harbour. Thankful they have a later checkout (12pm) because we sure enjoyed the sleep in. Highly recommend the breakfast hash in Lure restaurant, delicious! The smoked salmon Benny was fantastic too. Wish our stay was longer to have had another meal And what a great view to have your coffee to. Location was fabulous, beautiful side of the harbour for night views of parliament lights. Just a short walk over the bridge to an amazing Mexican restaurant (Cafe Mexico). Can also take the water taxi right outside the hotel over to fisherman’s wharf. We enjoyed a couples massage at the hotel Spa, which was one of the best I’ve had. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay was friendly and helpful. Will be back and will highly recommend!

Just after arriving tried to call front desk and the phone doesn’t work.
No usual black book of what the hotel offers, location of pool, services etc.
Nothing on the TV channel either.
So I went downstairs and complained and the girl tells me I don’t know how to work the phone!
I said where is info on what is in your hotel and she gives me a map of Victoria! …
And then proceeds to tell me the spa is over there you can get a pamphlet, oh and a smirk and she says “did you need me to walk over and get you one” Substandard food and drinks in the hotel On the Positive the surroundings are beautiful and if your someone who doesn’t travel much and had nothing to compare it to the hotel itself is ok.

Had a great stay here. Rooms were really nice, we had an amazing view of the harbour from our room. The hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to downtown that you can quickly walk, but still feeling like it's a bit outside of the city. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Will definitely come back if we come to Victoria again.

Location is across the Johnston street bridge. Nicely located for views of the water. When checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had the amenities you would expect. The outlet in the side table by the bed would not work? However the power strip in the room did work, so, extremely minor inconvenience. Located very close to downtown Victoria. Parking was very easy.

I have had the privilege of staying here a couple times. The staff is incredible and so respectful. They offer government rates. I was here last time to do some traditional First Nations work. The staff found us a room that we could light our smudge and do our work. No other Hotel as been this respectful and considerate, I answered all the question they asked about our medicines and seem to genuinely want to know. Look forward to staying here again. I have recommended this hotel to all my out of province friends that come to Victoria.

Very clean, nice views, great service. Restaurant has good food, a bit pricey, but that's like all hotels. Room was modern and had all that was needed to feel comfortable. They have a shuttle service available. The driver is very friendly and accommodating!

Modern hotel with a classic feel. Incredible view of Victoria Harbor. Staff were polite and over the top helpful at each interaction. We were offered early check in, late check out, shuttle service throughout town. Even though it is across the bridge from town, it's incredibly walkable to everything and it's connected to the harbor scenic path. Room, and particularly the bed, was very comfortable. We saw no lack of cleaning it maintenance. Many nice touches such as heavy robes, motion activated bathroom night light, convenient outlets, and clean furniture and pillows. We look, and this chair has no stains when we flipped the cushion. It was just clean. Would happily stay here again.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Was very quiet the entire week I was there and never heard another guest despite knowing there were multple events ongoing. Was nice to have a fridge and bottles of water provided. The staff were very helpful and professional. Hotel was easy to access and a short walk away to fantastic restaurants. This is probably one of the nicer Delta Hotels I've stayed in and while I often prefer the Marriott's location, this Delta had far more comfortable Rooms!

This is a fantastic hotel, I think it may be the best in Victoria. Perfectly located away from the bustle of tourists, it's very peaceful for when you're done being a tourist for the day. One of our favourite activities was taking the water taxi across the harbour but we did walk across the bridge into town most of the time. The staff are friendly and really helpful, taking care of our every need. The hotel itself is very nice with contemporary rooms and in our case had a fantastic view of the harbour. The room was really comfortable and since I had a bit of work, was pleased with the power and media ports discretely placed close to the TV. The recreation facilities appear to be really good. Didn't use the gym or pool but we had lots of fun playing table tennis. There are walking paths along shore when you're looking for a peaceful step away from everything.

There was a Fabulous view of the inner harbor. Loved the room setup, and the amount of seating available. I found the room to be clean. The bathroom was lovely, and quite big allowing two people to use it at once. Huge mirror, a plug on either side, two people able to blow dry/ curl thier hair for dinner. Classy room furniture. Lovely colour scheme, with soft linens, not scratchy as per usual. Dinner was fantastic, awesome views of the inner harbor. Food was tasty and perfect serving sizes. Atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet, romantic and intimate. Service was both friendly and discreet.

Location is great, close to downtown Victoria. Everything is within walking distance or short car ride. Walking along the water's edge is very relaxing and scenic. Rooms are a comfortable size. Front desk is very courteous, cheerful and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Best hotel in town I’d argue. Gorgeous location. It hits what’s most important to me: modern, clean, spacious, amazing bathroom, great service. This Marriott really blew it out of the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite and the service is extremely coordinated. They do what they say and they do it quickly. The valet service was probably the best I’ve experienced so far travelling all around North America.

Rooms were clean and updated. All kinds of tech cables provided for internet and easy laptop set up. Food in the restaurant was great. But the staff… the staff was incredible. Highest quality customer service you can get. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a view of the inner harbour. The view is amazing from our room, from the lobby and the restaurant. We arrived very early because of our flight time. They took our bags and stored them for us until we could get into our room. They got us checked in 3 hrs before usual checkin. They have a large weight room and pool so we got in a great work out to start the day. The hotel is on the water and there is a sea wall directly in front of the hotel where we walked for 3 hours along the ocean. Multiple benches for sitting, relaxing and taking in the view. Only 5 minute walk across the bridge into downtown Victoria. Great place. Loved it!

The restaurant at Delta is fantastic. Went there for a breakfast meeting. It is very clean and the service is exceptional. While the food is definitely a bit in the pricey side, the quality and freshness of the breakfast served deserved the menu price. The coffee was delicious too. The restaurant is located with a wonderful view of the inner harbour and worth the early morning rise to watch the sunrise.

What an amazing experience. Not only is the hotel in a great location, but the staff is very kind and helpful. The shuttle is a great way to get to the city center quickly or to be picked up. It’s an easy walk across the bridge to the city center. Spend the extra money and get a room with a Harbour view. The Harbour is very active with pontoon planes landing frequently as well as the boat taxis. I would stay here again without doubt.

The toilets are Zépo, the PQ is silky as silk better than the down of a bird.

Delta Victoria hosted our wedding back in August 2016. From the start they were so amazing to work with. Aimee the catering coordinator was so open to ideas and suggestions. Our situation was extremely budget tight and despite other hotels not willing to work with us on payment options Aimee made the process seamless. Also I am american and my Wife is from India so we wanted an Indian themed wedding with Indian cuisine style buffet. Aimee made this possible with menu options that included the buffet with dessert options. Aimee was a blessing and a true angel in making our dreams come true. We will never forget the time she put in to make everything possible. Thank you so much Aimee :-) Also Melissa who was charge of reservations was a pleasure to work with as well. She made it possible for all my family and friends to have a chance to attend the wedding there with reservations in proper order. Melissa was amazing too we thank her so much! Joanna helped in the area of deposits and payments for us she was very flexible in terms of time frames. Overall this Hotel is the best hands down that I have ever stayed at and of course the best in terms of wedding preparation. We love this hotel and especially Victoria for being so welcoming and open to us we will never forget this. Hopefully we can have one of wedding anniversaries there one day in the future.

We went for dinner at Lure. It has improved since the last time. Staff was great and food was even better. Nice atmosphere and perfect location. No charge parking is a plus.

We stayed here for one night and extended our stay for one more night. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, and very friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! Extremely kid friendly with an awesome pool. Easy walk to town (though does include a walk through a homeless camp if you turn right immediately off the bridge). Will absolutely stay here again.

This is an awesome hotel! Our very first time with our 3 year old twins and I was really impressed with the view and the fast service of this hotel! When we arrived the 2 cribs we had requested was available. We found a defect in one of the cribs and they came to replace it within minutes. Also we couldnt figure out the thermostat and requested service to increase the air conditioning and again within minutes, someone came to help. They have a shuttle that will take you to your destination within downtown-very very helpful staff. Also the hotel is located in downtown but in a separate area so you can relax and getaway from the busyness and noise of the area. We enjoyed the 15-20 min walk from all the amenities of downtown Victoria. Their room is spacious! They have a fridge but no lockers in the room so better bring your valuables with you at sll times. Also if you have little kids with you that needs the room dark they have room darkening shades but you do have to add some blockage at the floor level to keep light from entering the room. It's very bright when sunny. We upgraded ours to club level and they included continental breakfast Food is pretty good, usual brekky stuff. They ran out of coffee pretty fast but are also quick to replace. We were in/out of our hotel room, housekeeping didnt get much chance to clean our room right away but when we called n requested they completed it within 2 hours.

It is great location if you are ready to walk 10 minutes, excellent services, the view is beautiful and everything is new. Free shuttle If you are willing to wait a bit. Good Resto-bar in the living room.
A bit expensive, but the price seems to vary a lot. We came from Vancouver by ferry and public transportation and it was very easy to get there. Our room had no fan in the bathroom and you could easily hear the noise from the hallway and sometimes other rooms, but that was the only downside.

Went there for the Pickle Pub Crawl. The Lure was very poorly lit but otherwise nice, prices were on par with many other places but still not great. The red wine was too warm. Flatbread appy was decent. Service was good. Excellent harbour view!

The hotel had a great atmosphere and excellent service. The food was delicious and the portions were reasonable. I'd definitely recommend the location.

Beautiful and everyone was very nice. The window doesn't open all the way though. Rooms were updated and very cool. Plus they come around and give you free stuff and water in your room all the time. Love this place!

Room was nice, hotel was beautiful, location is picturesque, and accomodations recently updated. The lounge had great appetisers and we loved the oysters. Would stay here again. Wonderful experience for a business traveler.

Went to a retirement party in the restaurant/lounge. The food was delicious, however members of our party were served up to 45 minutes apart. The wait staff seemed really disorganized, and I was not offered a drink refill once. It took nearly 10 minutes for a water bottle for our table.

General Manager Kimberly Hughes and her incredible staff at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort are some of the best people I've ever met in the hospitality industry. They'll make your stay marvelous and you'll enjoy every second you spend at the resort.

Loved the hotel and the view. The weather didn't permit us much time in the patio but I'm glad we got a room with one. The location makes everything very accessible on foot.

From the moment we arrived hotel staff have been wonderfully accommodating and refreshingly nice! Our vacation up until that point had been awful (our car had been broken into and our stuff stolen), and upon hearing that the receptionist sent ip chocolate covered strawberries. That small act made aa huge impression. We cancelled another hotel we were supposed to spend the end of our vacation in and spent the full week here. Facilities were in great order and cleanly. Rooms were spacious and included everything we needed. My only complaint would be whoever cleaned our room dumped half a bottle of Smirnoff that hadn't been finished, as well as threw out my Poppy I had worn for Remembrance Day. All told, however, I would most definitely come back, and would highly recommend Delta Victoria to friends and family.

My two sisters and I took our mom to the Delta Victoria for her 80th Birthday. We all loved it. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The best part about the hotel is the service we received from the drivers, Graham (Cracker), James, Paul, Scott and Jake. All of you were so kind you all went above and beyond. The service we received definitely made our trip that more special. I would recommend this hotel. Guys — Grama says thank you and she loves you boys.

Service and amenities are five stars. However, with extensive underground parking, I don't understand why valet would park my newly wax and cut polished car outside under a tree overnight where it was covered in tree sap the next morning.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The ambiance was amazing. The hotel was clean and the décor was wonderful. The staff are absolutely amazing. I have never had such exceptional service at a hotel. From valet right through to the service in the restaurant for breakfast I just cannot say enough about the outstanding employees at this hotel. The Delta is most definitely doing something right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Victoria. I stayed at the Empress during my previous trip and the Delta was far superior.

I have photographed weddings throughout Victoria B. C. And one of my favorite spots is the Delta Oceanpoint. It's so close to downtown and I love the staff. They take care of every detail and they are so generous with their time. The area photographs so beautifully. I also had the pleasure of staying here for a night with my boyfriend and it was amazing to look out at the harbour at night from our room. Dinner is also excellent. I can't speak more highly of the Delta.

Last weekend, I had the distinct pleasure of staying the night at this superb hotel for business. My stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, courteous, and professional staff, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas. My experience was nothing less than exceptional. I had also taken the opportunity to visit the spa for a 45 minute relaxation massage prior to my business meeting. Haley Giroux, the Registered Massage Therapist, who I found extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. She had asked all the right questions about any previous injuries, focal points for the massage, and any concerns I may have had prior to the treatment. The massage focussed on areas where I was feeling pain and tension. At the end of my session, Haley was kind enough to give me great stretching tips for my tight pectorals minor muscle. My experience was nothing short of amazing.

Good view, nice pillow and friendly staff. However little high price no Slippers and shower stuff such as one time shaver or one time toothbrush. parking is extra.

Very slow service. Arrived at 7 pm, meal finally arrived at 8:10. Luke warm at best.

Great hotel, good place to visit victoria without a car.

I was absolutely horrified to get a bill for two glasses of wine for $34!. It's not as if the waiter crushed the grapes at our table or the glasses were made of pure gold. There is absolutely no need for the price to be this high. Additionally, we were not able to bypass the tip function. That's just plain and simply rude. We will NEVER go back and are telling all our friends.

I have traveled the world and this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The hotel is in a perfect location giving a beautiful view of the harbor and so much is within easy walking distance of the hotel. If we ever return to Victoria we will definitely stay here again.
