Nice place n awesome place n food.

Tried to book a night here and the night staff was extremely rude and belligerent. She slammed the paper down and refused service after I had inquired about paying for my room the same night. I wanted to pay this way for contactless checkout. During covid I try take precautions and checkout at 11am could easily become congested, most places offer contactless check in/out so I don’t understand how that went over her head. She was extremely rude. I went across the street and booked at Saskatoon Inn where I was treated professionally and the staff was amazing. I would stay away and book across the street or perhaps down the street, this place is a joke with how they can be very condescending and down right rude!

Dont stay here under any circumstances, Rude unsatisfactory service especially at the management level! I repeat stay away from this dive!

Had a good rest, we got in late but we were able to go order supper at the lounge.

Hundreds of people leave this place with a disease and bed bugs. This whole place needs to be burned to the ground. Its filled with bugs and diseases, I'd stay the hell away from here as far as possible.

It's clean and comfortable.

Older but clean hotel. Great front desk staff. Easy to find however it older more industrial area. So no walking to a convenience store. Pr anywhere really.

We come here every year with family when we visit Saskatoon. This time, service was pretty rough — — slow. The Sunday buffet is always delicious though!

Good brunch, some items can be hit or miss and their coffee leaves something to be desired but overall the food was tasty and they are pretty good at accommodating large groups without a reservation.

Great food and great prices. Their customer service is super and their rooms are impeccable, clean, comfortable beds. I love their fluffy, firm pillows and white comforters. Best of all they have air conditioning with different digital settings that make it really comfortable to relax and enjoy a great long needed rest. The only thing I found a bit disappointing is the limited cable pkg. They have. I think they should add better movie theme pkgs. To make the stay a lot better and more pleasant to enjoy an overnight stay more comfortable and relaxing. I give the Heritage Inn 4 stars.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was great. Hotel has been renovated and rooms are very nice and very clean. Would stay again and highly recommend.

They offer park and fly which is amazing if you live far from the airport. The staff are friendly and there is a restaurant on site.

Awesome service awesome food.

The hotel was clean. However, the room was very small and very hot at night. It also had a tube tv.

Very disappointed. I myself did not stay there but instead made a reservation for a friend. I was given false information on how to have it charged to my credit so I opted to pay extra to withdraw funds from my credit card and transfer money to my friend to instead pay there. Upon arriving she was told it was going to cost more than I was quoted and she is on a fixed income with 3 children hence my paying what I could too help. Overall if staying in Saskatoon myself, will be making my own reservations elsewhere to avoid the headache and stress this weekend caused myself financially. I do not wish for an apology or for any freebies I jus5 want the public and hotels workers to know as prospective customers who travel frequently this is unacceptable to the public to hav3 hidden fees and unknown rules.

Price reflects size and quality of rooms. Beds are nice and same goes with the restaurant Nice affordable place to stay.

We stay here specifically for the stay and fly package! They have always been good to us. We even stayed an extra night when we came back and it was storming. The rates are very reasonable and the rooms we stayed in were very nice.

Wings were amazing, service was the best Ive had, always had a drink in front of me. Nice place.

Absolutely exceptional! A 6 star experience from check in to check out. The room was super clean and there was no detectable noise from other rooms despite being close to full. Pool and hot tub were beautiful, with skylights to allow for natural light. I didn’t get the chance to dine there but the restaurants looked very high end. Service was polite, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Nice clean room. Good shower — lots of water good pressure. Had breakfast included an it was very good. Staff were all friendly.

Recently attended a conference at the Heritage Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meeting room was good. Enjoyed my visit.

Room good, clean, comfortable. Lounge was great, beer was cold, excellent burger. Only problems were TV channels had poor picture / lots of snow and the Wi-Fi was AWFUL, had to use a good chunk of my phone's data plan for the month on two days.

Wow! I have never experienced a great customer service like this before! This is the first time that someone actually called to make sure that they will do it right next time! I would definitely tell my friends about you guys! I will describe your hotel as affordable with great food and awesome customer service!

Very disappointing! I clearly mentioned that my dad is physically challenged and I requested for a room according to physically challenged which was acknowledged by the hotel and with my surprise when we reached there we found that the hotel room was given at the top floor and right at the corner very far from the elevator. Well it was too late so I requested for a wheelchair because unfortunately The wheelchair which we had was broken but they said that they don't carry any wheelchair which was very surprising as I usually see every hotel I went carry a wheelchair. Well somehow my dad who is very senior cannot walk had to somehow walk with his artificial leg. When next day when we tried to give a suggestion to one of the supervisor/manager, he started behaving very rudely with my dad; which I found very in-human, insulting and humiliating. My dad not only physically suffering with the pain but also very hurt deep inside the heart! Well I am working to send a legal notice to the hotel first they don't want to improve the provisions for senior physically challenged people and second very rudely behaving and hurting sentiments of a poor senior handicapped person.

Location is near the airport which is convenient for many people. Rooms are very nice and the housekeeping staff is very friendly. Front desk staff however on the day that I was there was absolutely terrible. My friend was staying there to go to the cancer Centre and had already been staying at the hotel for two weeks. The room is always paid for it in time and she extended her stay more than once. On the last day when she was checking out however they called the police on her because then she was more than one hour past check out time. No courtesy call from the front desk no visit from a manager. The new guy at the front desk just called the cops and had her escorted out of the building. I do believe that protocol should be in place on how to handle the situation like that instead of directly calling the police immediately! For that reason I will never be a patron of this place ever again.

Have not stayed at hotel but the lobby is very nice. I have eaten the Sunday breakfast buffet multiple times and it is pretty good. Better than a lot of buffets. Good food hot and fresh. Restaurant needs an update though, to match the lobby. The appearance of the restaurant makes it seem less trustworthy and clean.

Rooms are a little small but the renovations look great and everything is clean. Excellent price, as well.

Was there for a mini convention. Although the rooms were a bit small they were clean and updated. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Didn't matter what their position. The food in the restaurant was tasty and came out quickly and the brunch buffet was awesome and many dishes to choose from. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Good location, newly renovated, overly friendly restraunt staff, medical room needs lower beds, washroom handles for medical guests need to be installed.
