The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Just got here but so far so good very nice rooms service and pool.

Had a fantastic stay searched for bugs couldn't find one. It was very clean wonderful service great pricing would definitely stay a gain. 😊

Very poor experience for the length of stay.
No hot water in the bathroom. Pool was either closed due to maintenance or swimming lessons to the public we’re going on during our stay. Called ahead to ask about any things we may need to know prior too and no one told us anything of that sort so we were expecting our stay to be at least an average one. We understand things happen but this was not something communicated at all when asked and if we would have known prior we would not have stayed here.

There are bugs everywhere, and not just the maple bugs they tell you that are harmless. It is gross, they are climbing the walls, hallways, furniture and there are other smaller type beetles as well. Harmless or not, no one wants bugs overwhelming the space. I went to wash my hands, one in the sink, when to turn off the desk lamp and there was a dead one by the switch, and it wasn't there when I turned the light on earlier in the day the worst, there was one on my towel this morning. I also have 2 bites that I know of, not sure what bit me, but I'm confident it was a bug of some sort in my room. 5 day stay and only 2 bath towels 2 hand and 2 face cloths. I understand with Covid rules they aren't offering daily housekeeping but I called down for towels and they never showed up. Called again on check out day as I wasn't using the bug towel and fresh towels showed up. But no face clothes. The bugs are EVERYWHERE. I can only imagine how bad they are in the kitchen where it is warm and there is food. Also, 1 very very thin duvet on the bed. Was freezing.

This was by far one of the worse stays ive had. We booked thinking it had a complimentary breakfast because it said it did online, only to be told no when we got there. After mentioning it was online, they only gave us 1 breakfast voucher. Our room had what appeared to be blood stains on the roof and the only suggestion we got was to change rooms. Upon checking in we were enticed for $30 more having an ensuite snd balcony. We had assumed this meant private balcony, not a shared communial balcony that hasn't been cleaned in years with rat traps on it. The shower in the room is a complete joke, I dont know why they'd try to be so fancy with it but I had a soaked bathroom floor by the time I was down which when cleaning up found beetles in the corner. The vending machine ate our money and we were never refunded. We requested more blankets and they were the most old tattered gross blankets I've ever seen. I had this hotel booked for future stays with family from nova scotia coming in but absolutely cancelled after this experience!

Friendly service at the front desk. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the linens and pillows.

I’m generally at the hotel once a year and it’s certainly gone through some changes in that time. The large king suites are ideal for large families or business trips that require a meeting area. The restaurant is fine but it’s close enough to go wherever you like. The only odd thing about the hotel is the swimming pool it’s a very long twisty affair, not really suited to exercise so mostly for kids I guess. The gym is equipped as you would expect in a hotel treadmills etc and the equipment is relatively new so that’s always a plus. All in all decent place to stay if your in town.

Transparent bathroom door in a room with twin beds is an odd choice. Front desk person who checked us in was nice but the other person working at the front desk but not working the front desk was rude. The event we attended was nice, the food was great at that. Room was clean though we did find a kids oversized softball under the bed and the alarm clock wasn't plugged in.

Booked a king and fold out sofa with jetted tub a week in advance. Waited in line for a half an hour to check in. Gave us a room with just a king. We specifically booked with a pull out sofa for our child. Notified front desk. They said they'll fix it. Nothing for 2 hours. Asked again. We were told that a wedding party booked our room as a surprise for new couple so we were stuck. Offered a twin air matress. Fine. We needed to sleep somewhere. Ended up asking for the bed 3 times. Went down and they said their bell boy will bring it up in 15. An hour later, at 1130, while we were all past out on king bed, they arrived. Forgot blankets. Waited another 10 min. Forgot pillow. Waited another 10 min. Child slept on air mattress and woke up on floor. Jetted tub had scum ring around the top and hair clump hanging out of side drain. Won't stay there again. Only giving a star because I was forced to click.

Our family stayed one night. We were very pleased. The beds were comfortable, the sink and shower in the bathroom were of high-quality components and clean. I also liked the large desk and the adjustable chair. The price was right. We would visit the inn again.

The staff were great, very accommodating and kind, but our room itself was about average. The finishes were modern and looked great but weren't entirely functional. The bathroom's sliding barn door latch didn't reach the actual door, the lamps didn't throw much light at all and the chairs were beautiful but uncomfortable. We slept well and the room was quiet, but with no complimentary breakfast there's really no incentive for the average overnight guest to pick the Saskatoon Inn over any other hotel.

We recently had a layover at the Saskatoon Inn on a fishing trip. Great hotel. We spent time eating and having cocktails at the atrium bar on the main floor. Great experience! Rita and Randa at the bar are both great. Excellent service, very friendly and made us all have a lot of fun during our stay. Looking forward to seeing them next year.

My experience with Saskatoon has been wonderful. I'm getting married here in August. The event coordinator Laura has been so wonderful. Shes been able to answer all my questions and has helped to make sure this whole experience is as stress free as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone getting married. The place is gorgeous and the staff are all so nice and helpful. I can't wait to get married here!

Worst experience ever. Roof leaked water all over bathroom floor was argued with about switching rooms. The mess was left for hours too. Employee's were rude. Had to call down several times to get clean towels even after housekeeping would clean the room and take all the dirty ones. There's no laundry service available but they'll send your clothes out to get cleaned without telling you your bill will be $160 Would not recommend anyone stay here just a terrible hotel that im never coming back too.

The service was fantastic, the food in the restaurant was better than I expected, I loved how warm the pool was! And I had an amazing sleep in our king sized bed. I couldn’t believe I left my make up bag there! Thankfully it was sent to me via UPS and I got it the next day. Thank you! We are looking forward to many more stays there and even bring our Merlin (cat).

Best brunch in town. Went there yesterday for Father's Day and was amazed at the selection. They added several items for Father's Day and it was appreciated!

Fantastic classic/modern atmosphere with great food. The buffet had a great selection and the desert buffet was even better. Only thing I wish was clearer is drink options.

This is probably the 5th event I attended at Saskatoon in. This time I Attended a fund raiser. This time Food was servered nicely, nice set up and well balanced food was out each time to keep food warm and keep ready for all the guests. Service was so good that I had personally find and thank Alex_ banquet supervisor. He definitely raised the bar at Saskatoon. Great job.

My parents were tired from a long drive into the city on Friday evening. They decided to stop in and have supper. While waiting at the “please wait to be seated” sign, the hostess returned to the counter, observed a group of people walk up behind my parents and proceeded to serve their needs, all the while standing there waiting for 5-10 minutes for someone to seat them. Finally the hostess finished with the group that she moved to the front of the line, she showed them to a table. My mother asked why she passed them by and proceeded to serve the group that clearly came up behind them. No response form the hostess, all that was offered was a look of disgust! With no further dealings with the hostess my parents went on to somewhat enjoy a quiet meal. Not a very professional attitude by your hostess, I’m sure if my parents were not so tired they would have said something to the manager! Very disappointed to hear how they were treated!

My mother recently had a milestone birthday, so our family gathered at the Saskatoon Inn for the celebration. I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff were, going above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. We had a private dining room, and the service there was attentive and thoughtful as well. Our server even brought to-go boxes for leftover cake without being asked. And then brought even bigger boxes because she saw how tall the cake was! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel, nearby the airport, which was nice so that we didn't have to drive the 1.5 hrs home, late in the evening. The room was spacious and clean. Didn't have a chance to eat there this time, but it's been AMAZING in the past. Make sure you save time for a walk/ swim in the beautiful central atrium/ pool area.

What a lovely oasis — my parents treated me to a fabulous buffet and then we strolled around inside. It is so pretty. I would definitely stay there.

Buyer beware. I books here on the recommendation of a colleague. He advised me that our company received a discounted rate and it was close and convenient. When I checked in the rate was 40% higher than the rate my colleague received. I questioned this with the lady and she confirmed that he received that rate but I would not? actually very rude. So I signed the papers and went upstairs but stewed on this overnight. The next morning I went and asked them to review this because it didn't sit right with me. The assured me they would. I guess they did because the bill I received the jacked the rate I agreed to up another 25% for the next 2 nights.

It's a beautiful hotel and conference centre. The inside is elegantly designed. The conference rooms are spacious. And beautifully decorated. The staffs are welcoming and polite. The Starbucks near the entrance is just the thing u need while waiting in the lobby. And then restaurants and bar. Swimming pool for both grown ups and kids. It's a great place to stay for a few days and hold a conference or seminar. And very close to the airport. Right on airport drive. They even have TV display to show the flight timings.

The hotel is nice but the service left a lot to be desired. First night we were swimming and the hotel was full. There were no towels by the pool. I went to ask for some and was assured that someone would be along shortly. When I went back 30 mins later they lied to me and told me someone had been there twice (I hadn't left the area as my kids wanted out) Next day we were missing coffee cups and asked the front desk for some. They never showed up. Just seemed that if we asked for anything we were asking for to much. Hope this changes for others.

Awesome rooms layout and designs. Beautiful lobby and the garden restaurant was amazing. Decent dinner menu but breakfast was awesome. Best hotel have stayed so far with a fairly price. T.

The furnishings are quite dated but in good repair. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot stress enough that you should have breakfast in the restaurant — the best hash browns in the world come from the kitchen and the scenery in the main atrium is stunning.

We haven't started here overnight, but have heard the rooms are nice. We have used the ballroom and conference rooms for work and both are great! The restaurant inside is fantastic. They have awesome, good quality food and lots of seating, whether you want to be in the lounge or somewhere in the various parts of the restaurant. Lots of plants, great service, good selection of drinks too! Great seeing for groups, families, or romantic dinners!

They made our Christmas perfect! The food, atmosphere and most of all the staff! Darien in the lounge remembered us from 2016 & gave us amazing service! Meghan was our restaurant server and was right there attending to our every wish & desire. See you next year SASKATOON INN!

We went for lunch and had an awesome meal. We chose the all you can eat buffet and were pleased by the diversity of offerings. From, clams to sushi to roast turkey and many more main choices, everyone's favorite foods were represented. The server was very pleasant and efficiently anticipated our every need. The prices were very good — $16 for adults and discounts for seniors and children. The restaurant is located in a very pleasant area reminiscent of outdoor dining.

I stayed for 3 nights, cleaning crew was not good Tuesday and Wednesday but Thursday was good. Mediocre food throughout. Great room service guy. Beds, two queen, awful! Towels were hard. That's all I used but wouldn't recommend. Looks nice on surface. You can order a bottle from Manchester's for twice the price.

Attended a Christmas party and had dinner. Food was good and they had no trouble accommodating a specialized diet. Service was good and the party was very enjoyable.

I comment that their was no hot tub on a previous review. To my pleasure and shock I received an email from the hotel letting me know that they are in the process of putting one in. The drawings are done the city needs to approve and it will be installed. Ok NOBODY writes to tell you good news like that. Impressive! Will stay here again for sure they obviously care!

The service here was absolutely amazing during a conference and a banquet I attended. The facilities are clean, well-kept, and nicely laid-out. It's a little odd to have the swimming pool in full view of the restaurant, conference and banquet rooms, but not a terrible thing (I probably just wouldn't go swimming there). The food was quite good, some of it was really great and some was so-so. If I had the option, I would rate it 4.5 stars. Not perfect, but great.

This hotel is very high end, but has extremely reasonable pricing. The premium rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are superb. They even have conference rooms setup like an old time street. Highly recommend.

Great experience here at the Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre. 7/10 pillows and bed, 8/10 shower quality, and phenomenal lobby. Didn't have time to truly rate the additional features like Wi-Fi quality or the breakfast.

The features in the bathroom need to be updated, but this is a minor fault in an otherwise pleasant stay. The in-house restaurant is generous in its servings and the food is delicious. The beds are comfortable and quite roomy. Happy to recommemd to the weary traveller.

Booked at this hotel as we needed to attend a wedding there and we are from out town. We arrived to 1 person checking in customers who appeared to be either in training or fairly new as it was a slow moving lineup. When we finally checked in she at first could not find my reservation until a manager or some other employee came over and helped settle the check in. They also had a HUGE group of kids staying at the hotel … probably in the hundreds of unsupervised children (I say unsupervised because the "staff" from the group they came with were literally letting them run wild and trash the hotel. Our room was on the 8th floor and it took 10 minutes to even get in 1 of the 3 elevators let alone get up to the room because these kids were using it as a toy riding it up and down stopping on every single floor. They also emptied out every single ice machine in the hotel, at one point they were bringing the trash cans out of the rooms and filling them when we tried to get ice we got a total of 5 cubes … 5 total cubes of ice and we checked multiple ice machines as we had friends staying on different floors in the hotel. The pool is located on the main floor of the hotel it wasn't a well thought out design as people just go straight from the pool to the elevators, there was so much water on the floor I slipped and almost twisted my ankle. The next morning I went to the front desk to complain about the experience the night before and they didn't seem to really care.

The hotel is clean and the pool is interesting and heated. Could use a hot tub. The meeting room area and walkway on the main floor is relaxing. Bathroom door in the room could use something more for privacy.

Great supper with great company… my cousin Barr Sinclair. Exciting menu and great service. We were however eating quite late and had near undivided attention by our server. Food was great at a reasonable price. Atmosphere was light and airy.

The service was great. We only stayed one night so did not spend too much time in the hotel. The room was very clean and updated. We had problems with the toilet flushing but they were quick to switch us to another room. It was nice to have a lounge/restaurant open late for a late night snack as well. We would stay there again!

I was there for a graduation and everything went well. The chairs were a bit closer together however. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

Nice hotel. Decor is modern. The pool area is large and open. Has a pretty standard hotel fitness centre. Restaurant has decent food, but service can be a bit slow. There's a bar and a coffee shop (I don't recommend the lattes, but the baked goods are tasty). Lots of parking.

The service at front desk was great. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again.

Had a business lunch/seminar there. Staff was accommodating, nice sound system. Not impressed with the food. Part of it is my tastes, too fancy. Rice was bland, crunchy.

The lobby and rooms were nice. The pool area and bar area were also nice. My only complaint was the elevators. One was down and the other 2 took over 5 minutes to get to the lobby, that we ended up taking the stairs 6 flights up. Overall the hotel was nice.

The BEST hotel in saskatoon! I heard it was bad before it got renovated but considering it's newly renovated we wanted to try it out and it was so fancy and clean! The only hotel we will be staying at from now on! Prices are cheap to! I didn't feel like I was in Saskatchewan that's how fancy it is! 5+ stars!

I went to the Saskatoon Inn for their Sunday morning brunch buffet. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. Brunch was around $30 per person and well worth it. Plenty of selection and excellent quality food.

I'm guessing the Sask Inn was recently renovated, it's very nice inside and the price is pretty good. Good sized pool and a great restaurant. Highly recommended.

The room was only $135 a night. It had wired and wireless internet and a very large king size bed. The hotel was modernized, and it looks very good. The bar and the restaurant in the hotel where expensive but adequate. I recommended it.

The rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant was lacking. Ordered a steak medium rare came well done told the waitress, no offer to replace or anything.

Very nice place, nice people working. It was busy at the restaurant, they could have probably used another hand for waiters. The food is really good though.

The service was excellent even though I was just visiting for coffee to warm up. I tried their specialty eggnog cream cheese pie which was presented beautifully and tasted great. I highly recommend visiting.

If you like and support Wildlife Conservation DO NOT SUPPORT HOTEL It is a shame that this hotel caters to very small minority groups and that an organization such as this will choose a political side, canceling respected tradeshows for the sole purpose of choosing sides. Where the side they chose to cancel on is the largest group of wildlife conservationist in the world. Very sad and do not support this hotel if you love animals.

Amazing design old cobblestone near the centre and modern everywhere else. Nice staff, no slide, but nice hot tub & a beautiful fountain. Room is good on every floor a vending machine for drinks. I ordered it t-bone stake medium rare it was fantastic.

Attended this hotel for an awards ceremony. Staff and facilities were excellent. Food was superb and the organization booked the function for the following year the next day. Highly recommended and I would definitely return.

Over promised, under delivered, surprise fees and charges. When we politely expressed our disappointment the response was "well, I talked to my manager and there's nothing we can do. " When we asked to speak with the manager in person we found out he was suddenly "on vacation" and were promised a callback. The call never came and when our courteous voice mail message went unreturned, I left another — still waiting for a reply. We held an event for 100 people at The Saskatoon Inn and it was a BIG disappointment.

Absolutely disgusting, I have never wrote a review on a hotel but definitely felt I needed too for this hotel, I understand that this hotel is renovating, But here's a tip maybe don't put guests on the floors where there are walls ripped apart and construction workers all over! Renovate a floor at a time, Our bath had black mold all up the walls wish I could post pics on here, The hot tub was cold as was the pool. All this for $140 at night deffinetly no discount while renovating. Oh and the elevator looked like a tornado hit it, Sure wouldn't want little kids to go in there where half of the mirrors are ripped off. Not to mention it was noisy and there was water dripping somewhere all night. Would not recommend staying here ever! One word GROSS! FYI not sure where the rooms are that look like the pics this hotel has posted but We have stayed here twice for hockey and booth rooms were gross.

Food was good, room was clean and looked recently redone it looked.

My stay at this hotel was quite nice. I just needed a place to stay for a couple days for work and actually choose this hotel because it was close to the office and it was the best price for the area. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were quite big. Some of the decor is a little dated. Minor detail for the accommodations provided for the price. I would definitely stay there again.
