Quebec Hotels

Very cute little B&B on L'île d'Orlean. Quebec city itself was SUPER busy (thanksgiving 2025) so this was a very nice retreat away from all the chaos and people.

Stayed a week via Airbnb. Host is friendly and the view is very nice. Rooms are cozy and dark as well. Would recommend booking via their own site, as the Airbnb doesn't come with breakfast.

Really appreciated the kindness of loulou, very nice room and a hearty and attentive lunch. Thank you.

Very nice place, impeccable service, I highly recommend.

I enjoyed it. Because of how quiet it was. There's nothing fancy here. But it's next to Berri-Uqam campus, and it's close to metro subway transit.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Montreal! It's very close to the bars and other good spots; there's a metro station within a few hundred metres as well.

I lived at La Citadelle for 8 months as a student in a single room and had a fantastic experience. It is in an amazing location.

Great location, 6 minutes walk to McGill. One of the best dorms to McGill students. It has a study room, vending machines, a big laundry area, a café; however the gym is too small.

Very good hotel for a budget price. My room is clean enough. The area isn’t the greatest but I feel safe with the security at the entrance.

Location was great, just 5 mins walk from the STM metro station. Staff are also very friendly.

Michael and Josh were very hospitable and welcoming. We came to Montreal on a family vacation with 12 of us, and they were very accommodating during our stay.

We stayed here in 2022 and distinctly remember the friendliness of the owner, Michael. We had great conversations every morning and he was very knowledgeable about the city.

A beautiful rustic, slummy, art deco style. There are a lot of mystery items which are worth investigating. We had a room and a bathroom on our floor.

Was overall a good experience! We just needed a place to sleep on our trip for one night so we didnt stay long. There is no parking, but you can pay for a parking garage 1 street over ($10 overnight).

The room was quite nice. Atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The lady working there was super helpful in getting me my room and answering all my questions, and showing me the parking.

This is the second time I've come to this hostel for new years, my experience was as good as last year. The rooms are simple, clean and warm.

Very helpful reception and staff. Noticed we needed assistance with elderly companion and luggage.
Found us more convenient first floor room with easy access to vehicle and luggage.

Very clean room impeccable reception:) especially quiet place.

We absolutely adored this charming bed and breakfast. Louise made us a delicious breakfast, her son showed us around efficiently with a smile, and Swappi the dog was the best host.

A perfect magical place where the room felt like one out of a children's story book. The attention to detail was immaculate and the warmth and care made us feel at home during a magical snowfall.

Positive:
The chalet was a good size for all 6 of us: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
It's relatively well equipped for what we needed.
Overall cleanliness was good.

Having read other reviews, I was a bit nervous about this resort. I chose it only because of its proximity to places that I wanted to visit, having been warned that it was a bit dated.

My friend and I stayed two nights while on a short trip to Quebec City. It was a pure delight, the hosts were kind and friendly and the breakfast and house AMAZING! Tres, tres jolie!

Amazing place! Hosts are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

I had a great night's sleep, in a clean, quiet and inexpensive room.

Great, clean utility style with all the small touches. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine.

An amazing lake view, spotless and very comfortable. Loved the free Nespresso coffee. Everything we needed was there even a sample of theirchocolate.

Simply WOW! Will definitely come back. The store was unfortunately closed since it was Sunday. Highly recommend the establishment.

The room is nice. Wish the walls weren’t so thin and the bathroom was a little bigger. There is a smell but it’s from whatever products the cleaners use.

Rooms were clean and airy. The tall ceilings were a nice bonus. Our first room, the toilet didn't work and we were moved to a new room promptly and without fuss.

Great stop if you are staying in (or driving through) Quebec City but you want to avoid the high prices in the city.

The owner is very friendly. I stayed here for one night on the way to Quebec City. The price was very reasonable, pets are allowed, and check-in was very convenient.

I unreservedly recommend this cottage.

Very nice cottage to recommend. Quality of meals (breakfast and dinner included with bedtime), cleanliness of the place, generosity and kindness of our hostess.

All the members of the hotel — Nathalie, Franceska, Josianne, Gabrielle helped us really well and comforted our stay. What you promised you delivered.

Our family had a wonderful time! The staff were great and the rooms were clean and comfy! The best beds and pillows ever! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay as the room was spacious, clean and in a great location. I found that having access to a full kitchen made it convenient for meals, especially with young children.

Lovely little bed and breakfast in a good location. We appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the walls were VERY thin and noise traveled easily.

Had a blast staying for two nights in this hotel. Less than 5 mins walk to town, VERY close to Fairmont Frontenac. Room was cozy and they have everything.

Clean rooms, although simple. But an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
