One of the worst hotel ever which I went. The Front Desk person was very rude & Racist. As soon as we reached the hotel the guy asked for the ID and a deposit of $350. I gave both the things to him and transaction got approved and he gave the receipt for that. And after 2 minutes he saying that I can’t allow you guys to check in because some problem occurred in the POS machine. But this thing was not related with us but still he is like I can’t let you in and saying that if you want to pee you can do it in the grass which is so rude and sleep in the chairs all night. The guy even said to me do you even know English? When English is my first language. Don’t ever step foot in this hotel. Its a wste of time and money. We are getting a refund!

This place is worthless. When we booked our room, the pictures and comments were okay. But after looking on more website and reading more reviews, everything looked discusting and trash. Just like their customer service. We chose to cancel our room 2 days before the stay and they refused to refund us for absolutly no valid reason. I had COVID and was very at risk. So I am putting 1 star until they refund me and I'll pass the word. They are loosing so many customers that they will steal you. 116$ in your pocket for absolutly no reason. We didnt stay and we canceller 2 days before. On the Expedia website they said we could cancel 1 day before. Big lies. This hotel is full of mold and lies. Avoid. You can find better just on the other side of the street.

Location was great, just 5 mins walk from the STM metro station. Staff are also very friendly. I like how the hotel has a high level of security because every part of the public space has a security camera. Upon my check in, I found out the lock was not working very well. I told them and they tried to fix it as soon as possible while making sure it’s not breaking any rules of noise control. The only suggestion I would make is that the cleanliness of the hotel rooms could be improved.

Everything you need! Not a glamorous stay, I was on a budget and it suited my needs wonderfully. The man at check in was so lovely. Great stay!

My charger broke, so I asked the receptionist if I could borrow a charger, and he lent me his own charger, which I was very impressed with. My room was on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator, so it was a pain. The building and the room were not to my liking, but I was impressed by the kindness of the staff.

Good location, BUT.
Entryway and second floor hallway smells like a dead body, that smell was consistent for a week.
Rooms are VERY basic, no microwave, no fridge.
$1 snacks and drink are nice, that is until the big french guy tries to charge you 50% tax on what you're buying. The guy who works evenings is helpful though.

Rooms are very basic and unwelcoming — not as indicated in their pictures. Hair found in our sheets that wasn't ours. Good central location.
States they're a non-smoking hotel but smoke aromas were incredibly strong, presumably leaking in from another room through their ventilation system. The owner admitted there was a very concerning problem though failed to address it properly as promised.
The original concern was raised early that morning, and after returning from business meetings in the evening the aroma was still quite strong and we decided to leave early since i'm very sensitive to smoke. The owner provided a refund though came to our room and berated us to leave while we were packaging, trying to start major renovations which would have created additional dust and dubris. The male owner and another woman that works for the hotel created unnecessary confrontation by blocking the only door to our room and failed to leave even though we made at least 10 requests for space to finish packing, stating we were leaving immediately afterwards.
It was a small 4th floor room with a tiny window, leaving us without an exit unless we physically pushed by which could have made the situation much worse. Finally they left our room though advised we had one hour to leave or they would call the police. Since our packing was almost complete we left within 30 minutes after several trips to the car down a steep staircase with three flights of stairs.

You pretty much get what you pay for at a reasonable price.

Rooms are very basic, no decoration at all. Only the bed, nightstand and a small table.
Surprisingly the bed was very comfortable.
They ask for a 200$ deposit that they give you back. That is way too much for the quality of the room we get. I was scared they would try to keep my deposit by inventing some problems and trying to put it on my fault, but at least they didn't. I got my deposit back without any trouble.

I was pleased to find out that they were getting renovations soon, and the clerk Alvin is a great guy :D thanks so much for the pleasant stay, I needed a good night’s rest hahaha.

An imaginary level of dirtiness. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bed cover had traces of blood and black stains (maybe mold or bugs). If it was possible to give zero stars as a review I would have given it.

I knew what I was getting into, before going in. I used this place mostly to store my belongings and to sleep. For this reason I have a high rating. The guy behind the counter was freindly and helpful. Right downtown for convenience. I was really happy with my choice.
