Nice, neat and clean huge room. Washroom was bit small. The commode is abnormally small good to fit a 14 year kid.
The location is good.

Not everyone wants to spend a fortune downtown for a room or for a spot at the Trudeau airport. That’s me. So I selected this place knowing I would need to cab it here.

I think this motel is underrated. Its location is convenient. The owner was very nice, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable for us. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the sleep.

I'm basing the 5 starts on how great the customer service was also the cleanliness of this motel was emaculate. I've stayed in 300$ a night rooms that weren't half as clean as this place was.

A restaurant in which the culinary quality is out of the ordinary.
Flavours as at home, very appreciable portions.

No, it's not a lavish boutique hotel. It's a place to lay your head. The price speaks for itself and the value is there.

Lucky for us hotel was open! Loved the beds slept like a baby. I have never seen a cleaner shower in a hotel. Cozy place.

The cute couple who rent out this bed and breakfast are very nice and accommodating. They made us fresh omlette bread juice and fruits for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay as the room was spacious, clean and in a great location. I found that having access to a full kitchen made it convenient for meals, especially with young children.

Lovely little bed and breakfast in a good location. We appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the walls were VERY thin and noise traveled easily.

Great location. Easy walks to many sites, shops and restaurants. We were on the 3rd floor, so lots of stairs, that were a surprize, so be sure to ask that if there are elderly or mobility issues.

Lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath accommodations on the second floor within walking distance to the old walled Quebec City. Kitchen supplied with most items needed to cook meals.

I had a good experience. Everything was great there is a nice lake at the back which caught my eye the most (photo of that uploaded) overall it was nice.

After other accommodations fell through, we were lucky to find Motel Fraser. Receptionist was friendly, clear, and bilingual.

Stopped here on our scooter tour of the island. Sat outside and enjoyed a flight of wines.

Convenient on West side of Montreal for us and better price than others we looked at. Very clean room and friendly guy on check in office (secured office area).

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Service at the front desk was excellent.

During our road trip this summer, we spent two great nights in one of Annie's cottages, with an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea and a light tower.

Beautiful location! We stayed in the motel part which had a big room with a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking. Great balcony with a view to the water.

For the price it's good if you're sleeping 1 or 2 nights. My only big issue is the lack of AC. If you're in on a hotter day it will be pretty uncomfortable.

It's very basic it looks like from the Soviet Union with the peeling paint but it's actually pretty solid the building itself.

I enjoyed it. Because of how quiet it was. There's nothing fancy here. But it's next to Berri-Uqam campus, and it's close to metro subway transit.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Montreal! It's very close to the bars and other good spots; there's a metro station within a few hundred metres as well.

It’s a most affordable place if you want to spend a night. Rooms are super clean and cozy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel Le Paysan, and I must say it exceeded my expectations.

Complimentary breakfast is very much takeaway-esque.
Rooms are large.
The view is great.
Very little parking. Gym is near empty. Room service is very 'relaxed' in their approach.
