Montreal Hotels

Stayed in early December 2025 as a solo traveller. Amazing location, especially for a first-time visitor, it was super easy to walk everywhere (even with the snow) and the area felt safe.

The entrance is very hard to find. GPS sent us to a parking garage that you have to get close to for it to open. It’s on a side street. Not sure where’d you park if you have a big vehicle.

The room is clean, modern, has good lighting, a very comfortable bed with a warm comforter for January, and a wonderful shower. We had to park two blocks away but it seemed safe.

ITHQ never disappoints. What you will find here and nowhere else in MTL is indoor parking on site and an exceptional petit déjeuner.

The service was excellent, the staff were all very kind, attentive, and greeted us every time we entered.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Old Montreal. It is steps from the train station, port, métro, Place des Arts, shops, galleries, and restaurants. The staff are fantastic and attentive.

Honeyrose was excellent and we especially enjoyed our large, beautiful suite with enormous floor to ceiling windows.

Beautiful hotel located conveniently in downtown Montreal. Walking distance from Place des Arts and Eaton Centre. The room is spacious and comfortable.

This place is a gem, it's located near the old Port at old Montreal which is a prime location if you intend to walk around the area. It's very quiet and beautiful area, and very safe I find.

Our 2nd stay. Great staff, fairly priced, excellent location. Decor is great — each floor has a theme of Quebec's progress through the 2nd half of the 20th century.

Le Square Philips has an interesting combination of huge rooms with relatively barebones decor that make it a comfortable though utilitarian place to stay.

Love this central location. Close to so many amenities yet it’s not a super busy street.

Nice clean rooms. Nice shampoo and conditioner. The lunch hall is pretty. The staff were so nice and helpful to recommending places nearby. They have a list at the desk if you ask!

I booked through Booking. Great location, easy access to downtown but not too busy/loud area. Room is very modern, spotless, and spacious. There is a gym on level 1, got all the necessary equipments.

On our 3 day stay, we were delightfully impressed with everything associated with this smaller, classy, cozy, well-managed property. It is a blend of historic construction and modern style.

I recently stayed at epik hotel, and I swear I had the best experience. This is by far the best hotel in montreal. The best customer service. The cleanest, and the best rooms.

Monville is my goto currently. I was in 714. Love the upper floor rooms, the gym is great, breakfast offers a lot of options. The staff I dealt with was nice to very nice.

We had a wonderful stay from check in to check out, everything was seamless. The team was welcoming and attentive, the room was extremely comfortable and breakfast/bar was excellent.

A nice hotel near to airport bus and metro stops. The beds are really comfortable and we slept very well.

This is the best hotel in Montréal by far. Location is close to everything and supermarket next door. Most of the room are suite with kitchen, full size fridge. Very warm welcome by the owner.

A really nice old style (but not old) apartment right on the cusp of downtown. Great for summer city hangs, and all the amenities you could ask for.

Impeccably clean, blissfully cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, facilities to cook (microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, oven). Christina was warm and welcoming and helpful.

Had a nice stay at Le Westin. The room was large ands had a nice bathroom and good black out shades. The gym was very nice for a hotel gym. The pool had issues.

Location was great, all the staff were amazing; from the vallets, front desk were helpful, getting a second robe was so quick.
Rooms were clean, elevators clean and ran smoothly.

Host is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious but sound travels pretty intensely between rooms and the other floors.

Nice B&B close to everything — metro included — quiet. Nice host. Our room also had a little kitchen.
