Easy check in. Very nice hotel. It’s only our first day, rooftop with city view, pool and exercise room.

The absolute worst part of traveling is not coming back to my dog, so I've been trying to give business to dog-friendly hotels whenever possible, even when traveling without my dog. I appreciate your policies as well as your incredibly responsive staff (and every single member of your staff was SO sweet to my pit bull). Your hotel was perfectly located and impeccably clean. For our part, the dog went on walking tours for hours so she would be tired (and empty) when left alone in the room, and we left an extra $10+ for housekeeping for the slight extra bit of vacuuming when we left. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay. Our suite was comfortable and we made good use of the kitchen! The kids loved the pool. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. The hotel is also centrally located — walkable to many places and its on the Metro line. We’d definitely stay here again!

Me and the wife enjoyed our stay here. Close to St-Catherine street with great shopping. The room was a good size and very clean. The rooftop patio is a nice perk with a gorgeous view of the city.

Very large suite with kitchenette and huge windows overlooking the skyline. Very comfortable beds with effective black out curtains. Nice neighborhood, a good 15 minute downhill walk to Old Town. Friendly staff, especially Sebastian, who helped our family on numerous occassions. Very modern, updated rooms. Indoor rooftop pool was fun, with outdoor deck chairs to soak in the sun. Good continental breakfast with amazing fresh, ripe fruit. We highly recommend : a classy place and a good value.

Perfect. Apartments with very nice volumes: comfortable, spacious, quiet. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast included, but it was missing scrambled eggs and bacon to be on top! Sports room and indoor swimming pool with terrace on the top floor. Good location. Recommend without hesitation.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were very large with twelve foot ceilings. Staff was great. Pool and lounge area on the roof was nice. Only down side is no restaurant. Location is great. Right at St Catherine's st. Transportation is right there.

Great hotel. Very reasonably priced. Nice pool and gym, breakfast not so great but who cares! Rooms are really nicely appointed and the location can not be beat. It costs 25$ a day for unlimited valet service, but we never used our car the whole weekend because we could just walk everywhere from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hotel! Close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. The concierge staff is amazing. They helped us book a reservation for a restaurant and went above and beyond. The room was also fantastic its Clean and had a full kitchen! So great. Seriously, they are the best! Also if you vacation here you should definitely get a metro pass for a few days. It's worth it.

Amazing. Right in the heart of downtown. Large spacious rooms with plenty of power outlets and TV connections. The suites have a full sized fridge, stove and sink. The bathroom has all the add-ons you would expect.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and loved my experience.
The rooms are huge, larger than any I have seen elsewhere. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are well soundproofed. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city centre close to all the Centre of interest. The staff is courteous and helpful.
The kitchenette is really a must for long stays.
The continental breakfast is OK but no more.
The pool is really small and the gym located at the top of the hotel is fine. The terrace overlooking the city is great.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Really good location, easy access to Metro and underground city. Even the smallest rooms are nice and really big. You can't hear any noise from floors above. Continental breakfast is pretty good too. Loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Great hotel. Nicely updated with granite countertops and modern fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. We had a suite which is 1, 100 square feet with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Suite also has a kitchen with all stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and a dining area and table. Fully appointed kitchen with utensils and tableware. Conveniently located and wonderful staff. Recommended.

Ideally located in the heart of the city of Montreal This property offers small apartments with everything necessary. The staff are nice and helpful. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Special Points: Gym and swimming pool. I would recommend this aparthotel for a stay in Montreal.

Very nice place. The question suites at the first level have been recently renovated and are worth it. Kes asks, really beautiful loft style! This was my second stay and I preferred by far this renovated suite. Good continental breakfast.

Lovely room/building, great location. There was however a series of fire alarm incidents that were not at all handled well by staff with very little communication from them — weren't even sure if there was an emergency for some time after evacuating. Definitely need to work on their procedures.

Large rooms with kitchen, we feel comfortable right away! Competitive price, well located, terrace on the balcony for pleasant evenings. Never disappointed in more than 5 stays from 1 to 4 days. Only negative is the room for lunch which is too small at rush hour.

The rooms are just huge! Very nice to have a full kitchen in the room. The staff is courteous. The breakfast included offers a nice selection. I have stayed there several times per business and I have no negative points to mention. Definitely my favorite hotel in Montreal.

Located near two subway stations, it’s easy to get to anywhere from here. The room is spotless and spacious, with a kitchenette attached you can always make some tea or keep fresh fruit in the fridge. It’s very cozy I think will choose to stay here if I return to Montreal!

Stay here for work every time I'm in Montreal. Very nice hotel. Rooms are loft style in historic building. All have full kitchens and are nicely furnished. Close to shopping and restaurants right in the downtown shopping district of St Catherine. Theatres and Arts centre are a close walk and historic old Montreal is about a 15 min walk or a quick cab. Lovely place can't say enough.

This hotel is amazing. I reserved a room for a weekend as a birthday surprise for my husband and a group of his friends. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped me with shopping for items to stock their room, making reservations at restaurants, and acquiring hockey tickets. Antonin Gallant at concierge was unbelievably helpful. My husband reported the hotel was very clean, spacious and a great location for walking to nearly everything. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

It was an overall pleasant experience. Staff is nice and bilingual. Concierge is knowledgeable. There is a pool, ice machines and many elevators. The rooms are nice and big. The breakfast they serve, however, is not the healthiest option. There are only sugars and carbs. If you say here, I recommend that you go out for food.

The kitchenettes are nice to have. The pool is shallow (1.4m) throughout and the rooftop balcony is nice. The fitness center is mostly cardio machines and would be better with a squat rack and Olympic bar. The breakfast bar needs a lot of improvement. They don't offer eggs, sausage or bacon and basically only offer breads or cereals.

Pretty good, with excellent room space and kitchen facilities. The only downside is the breakfast but with a kitchenette you can do your own. Efficient valet parking service with in and out privileges. Haven't used the pool or gym facilities yet!

Perfect location. Very clean hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast options are plentiful and fresh. The hotel is close to mutiable attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. This our second stay at this hotel and we will be booking here on our next visit in August.

Wasn't sure what to expect. It was a last minute booking for an overnight stay and I was super impressed! The family suite had everything we needed for a family of five, and some getaway room with two bedrooms (for a long road trip this was a great surprise). The location was great, around everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself is pretty nice. Everything seemed clean although there were some spiderwebs in some corners of my suite, but that's not much of a problem. The staff were all very pleasant and professional, even during the fire alarm that went off. The only down side was the breakfast as there wasn't much variety in terms of the food. I'm not sure if it was only the day I went, but I won't complain too much as it was complimentary. Overall, it was a great hotel with great service.

Very large suite with fully equipped kitchen. Roofs are really high which give a tremendous feeling of space. Decoration is a bit old fashioned, but that's not even a thing. We didn't use the pool and fitness room but they were there and they were complimentary. Breakfast wasn't anything exceptional but it was ok. Fresh fruit was available. They've got a very convenient business room which we could use to print our flight tickets. The valet parking was 24CAD plus taxes (fair price considering the parking price in Montreal) location is quite convenient in the middle of the business area at short walking distance from the old town. Staff were nice and friendly. I recommend this place.

This place is So Beautiful, Believe me I've stayed in many Hotels and this is on my Top list. It's huge like staying in your own apartment, very Clean and You feel like your at home. I come to Montreal a few times a year and I will definitely be staying here everytime I come. PLUS the staff is very friendly… I give this place a 5 Star. The only downs about this place is It's a bit expensive per night, they should give promotions the longer u stay or down the price a bit then I'm Sure this would be a packed place to rent. So here's a honest Heads up about this hotel. A MUST STAY IN! And the pool area and Gym area is pretty and very Clean. And the breakfast is good!

The hotel offers wonderful suites and there is a breakfast buffet included. It is located right across the street from Montreal's famous underground shopping and tons of amazing restaurants making it the perfect hotel location to allow you to explore the city.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually larger than it looks. The family suites were packed full of amenities. Our only small complaints were the parking was expensive compared to the lot right next to the hotel and the shower was in need of some regular maintenance. Great place to stay and great location!

Great hotel, great service, and friendly staff! We booked a junior suite, and upon arrival, were upgraded to a family suite at no extra cost. Our suite was modern and immaculately clean… clearly their housekeeping staff knows that attention to detail is important. Our ONLY complaint would be that for the price/night, the continental breakfast should have included self serve eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes/hashbrowns, that are almost always included in the continental breakfasts of more affordable hotels. With that said, it was still not a large enough issue to warrant lowering our rating of this stellar hotel, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Shouldn't be ranked as a 3-star, definitely a 4. Everything was perfect there and best part is the roof patio. Only down side that occurred for me during my trip is that they painted one of the walls next to an elevator and forgot to put a sign so my clothes got dirty which of course I had to throw out.

Location is excellent. Its in the middle of downtown Montreal. You can walk 10 minutes in any direction, north, east, south, west and you will always find something new. The rooms are big and spacious, I would definitely come back here again. Lots of light. Big bed to sleep on. Service is also amazing. Front desk assisted us with our needs and was always very friendly. I feel at home and I know I can walk anywhere to to anywhere and have fun. Located close to banks and pubs and many other attractions 10/10

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the train station. 15 minutes to Old Montreal. Easy walk to many good restaurants Our room was a large suite, very clean and well appointed. Maid service was better than average. Hope to stay again soon.

Very convinced location. Nice clean area to walking at night too. Parking at second floor for valet parking But right next to the hotel has Big public parking available. Room is big, high celling. Kitchenette available too. Many restaurant are walking distance. Complementary breakfast also ok. And friendly staff.

The suites (for 4 people) are amazing! Spacious, clean, and well-furnished, they are extremely comfortable and nice. Complete with full kitchen and two large TVs, the room is very nice. Two complaints are that the queen bed is connected via open space to the living room, meaning that noise could be bothersome to queen bed sleepers. The other is that there is only one bathroom, which is a bit unimpressive for how spacious the rest of the suite is. Breakfast is the basic hotel supplies: bread, bagels, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Service is extremely good, especially the quick and easy valet service. Rooftop patio is nice, but somewhat small for all the hotel's guests. Pool is standard size of uniform shallow depth. Not much to complain about.

Great location and large spacious rooms. My wife and I stayed two nights. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, speedy service and our room included a full kitchen and fridge. Very quick 7min walk to the train station and convenient access to numerous restaurants, shops and historical sites.

This room is massive! The space is large, the staff is friendly, and the continental breakfast is nice and filling. We are in town for a conference and this hotel is located in walking distance of everything.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room, with a small kitchen and a nice and clean bathroom. The staff was very pleasant. This Hotel is very well located, near the underground city, the art contemporary museum and the Basilica of Notre Dame. We also found good restaurants in the area. I will definitely coming back and also will recommend it to a friend.

This is my favorite spot to stay in Montreal. It's central, and within walking distance of McGill, Mount Royal, the Old City and the port. The rooms are large and high ceiling. (It was originally a factory that has been repurposed as a hotel. ) There's a lovely pool and deck on the top floor with beautiful views of the city.

Stayed in a two bed king suite which was wonderfully furnished with full kitchenette! concierge was kind and helpful, gym and pool sufficient and breakfast not bad either. Highly recommended!

Loft style suites which are very large and open. The staff is very friendly and my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Excellent Wi-Fi and streamed Neflix with no issues. Would gladly stay here again.

Very nice hotel, staff at the top of the front desk to housekeeping staff, we got more 311 large, spacious, Soundproofed but the noise has failed us because there is no way to open the windows, a nice continental breakfast that you can bring back room, a nice pool and a patio that gives an interesting view on the city. Montreal I was not fooled because there is a lack of general home and people are in the majority in denial and the Center lacks charm and is filled with shops all along, the viz is expensive, prices start at $ 2 cad, bus metro not renovated $ 3, no home but inhabiting ready to cash the tip It's an experience that you don't either. Hotel very well located, close to the magazine La Baie, on Sainte-Catherine Street. Our room included a kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a full living room, a spacious bathroom, and more. We were able to train at the gym safely in the morning and enjoy the small swimming pool on the top floor of the building.

Price is extremely reasonable for what is offered! The floors and walls are pretty think and I believe they are concrete so when I had a room filled of drunk teenagers no one could hear us before we left for the downtown scene. I go to montreal about 2-3 times a year I stay somewhere different each time and I believe I would have to put square Phillip above the rest. Amazing customer service, love English speaking people despite the stereotype, and beautiful rooms and just overall a very pleausrable experience.

The receptionist staff was always excellent. The concierge / valets were sometimes irritable and / or off-putting. The hispanic lady that runs the breakfast buffet is infinitely friendly / helpful. The place could really use some updating in the rooms / decor, but the price was great and they really did a lot to make our stay in Montreal (during one of the most brutally cold weeks on record) enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed here as the last stop on our honeymoon in February 2013 in room 504 (overlooking the street). We had our reservations about staying at an apartment-hotel, but we were blown away with the staff here. Being the final leg of a long journey, we had some trouble paying with our credit cards, but the staff were incredibly patient and understanding while we sorted out issues with our bank, which we really appreciate. The room we had was essentially a studio apartment with plenty of room, a small kitchenette and dining area and an ample bathroom. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic — for example in winter we found it easy to jump across the square to access RÉSO and hide from the elements if we wanted to! Likewise the area is not noisy at all and we slept really well.

Loved the room and location. Was not happy about the valet serice. Our vehicle seemed to be in a shambles when we would get it back as though it was driven wrecklessly. Things inside the vehicle were all over the place. Also called down for the vehicle once and got downstairs and the front desk had not even told the concierge. Only suggestion I have is to find alternative parking. They try really hard to convince you to use their parking. Even to the point that it seemed like embellishment. There is parking around the corner for half the price.
