Highly recommended for youth.
Ideal location close to downtown, very clean and modern. Does not conventionally have a reception but the arrangement was done smoothly like an Airbnb style.

We were planning to stay there for 17 days and exited the place after ten days. Other tenants were too noisy. We could hear furniture being scrapped on the floor throughout the evening and the night. Neighbor did parties two nights in a row even if it's not allowed. Otherwise the apartment was lacking cooking apparatus for the oven (no oven pan or equivalent). We bought one… The general vicinity of the loft is nothing les then horrible. It's literally a gettho, it's not just a nickname. There are tons of homeless people roaming around and some other suspicious persons. We did not feel safe to go out at night and even less to leave the rental car in the loft car space, as these people hang out beside the convenient store and car space. Even if we reserved for a car space online, the information about where to park was not provided in a timely manner. By the time we received it the car was parked in a parking public car park. Noting also that the public car park (internal and secured) was cheaper than the loft one (external and unsecured — see photo) 5$/day. As we booked using an hotel booking website we assume the apartment was serviced every day, like an hotel, especially with the price we were paying. There was no servicing. I contacted the loft management team and they did one spot servicing after a few days. That was appreciated. We could not recommend this loft rental.
