Room was incredibly nice, and staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a great location surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a small boutique hotel with very nice rooms. The staff are extremely attentive to your needs, and the beds are very comfortable. It is centrally located, very close to McGill and Mount Royal. Parking for the hotel is in a private free lot behind the hotel. There is no elevator, and it requires quite a few stairs. This is not an accessible facility.

This is a great option to stay in with family! The owner welcomed us in at a very last minute when out Airbnb fell through. Excellent costumer service and attention to detail. The suites are very clean and perfect size if you want a good location to visit different spots of the city. Something to keep in mind is that the only acces to the suites is through a very large flight of stairs…

Absolutely love this place! This place is great… Great price and beautiful suite. Very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Nicer than you'd expect. Owner was very gracious and upgraded us for even though we booked thru 3rd party. Says to call directly and will meet any price. Location is a little walk to downtown but clear close enough to be a very good deal. Will be back. Only draw back is 2 flights of stairs to get up to hotel however the staff will help. Parking available.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. Although, we earlier had an agreement to make payment with my business fund, the receptionist who received us charged on my own card and disagreed to accept from business fund. However, when I met the owner the following day, apologise and refunded me, and charged from business fund. He was friendly and responsive. Apartment is compact, but good enough for our needs. Nice to see the clean and well-equipped kitchen to make your own food. Two TVs, one in living room and one in bed room. Plenty of furniture; we loved the set up in balcony, which was good for a morning coffee. Negative aspect that we experienced was absence of elevator. It was difficult to carry the large baggage. In overall, this is a nice option!

Immaculate. Cozy balcony. Lot of space. Staff are attentive. Very reasonable price. $5 taxi ride to St. Catherine Street. Could not have been happier and will definitely stay again.

It's all very well. From the reception by the owner to the comfort and grandeur of the suites.

This is one of Montreal's hidden gems — an economical 3-4 star hotel with a warm, effusive welcome from hosts who aim to please. A small hotel but expansive rooms (many with lounges & full kitchen) that are spotless. On the fringes of downtown so close to everything (1.3 km from Central Rail Station). High recommended.

The concierge was fantastic. Took care of us and our difficult schedule. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Very spacious. Bathroom was incredibly comfortable. The ability to prepare and store food was a huge plus. Also, their movie selection was great. When I come back to Montreal I will make a return visit.

Charming, comfortable, friendly, central, excellent customer service, a home away from home. Parc Suites was the third hotel that I had stayed in Montreal (in 2008) and now I stay there every time I visit Montreal. The rooms are clean and spacious, you can eat in if you wish, our visit any of the restaurants close by. Montreal is a quick 10 or 15 minute walk away, and the metro is very close by also. I have always been made feel extremely welcome by the proprietor and staff, and have stayed there with my family and also while on business. I would and do recommend to anyone who is visiting Montreal.

Service was exceptional, the bed was very comfortable and the a/c was nice and cold. Water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water for showers. There are also a number of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location, neat n clean place! I know the owner, very gentle n responsible same is the staff! Best for vacations becaue this place is very close to festival area!

We had a great stay here last week. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The kitchenette was a terrific feature given that we had our young children with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough about this beautiful hotel. The suites were perfect and spotless. It was quiet. It has everything you need. You can walk to attractions, the university, Mont Royal Park, shopping, restaurants. Parc Suites Hotel was the right choice for our stay in Montreal, and we will be back. Wonderful suit hotel which totally deserves 5 star because of quality and price comparison with other 5 star hotels. Superb location, beautiful rooms, great staff, you will love this place.

My family had an outstanding experience at this hotel. We have two small children and all of us felt very welcome. The location is superb, we were able to park our vehicle (for free) and walk the city center. The owner was very accommodating and employed very helpful friendly staff. Have stayed in many hotels in Montreal, some very expensive but have to rate this hotel as my best Montreal experience. . En Francais Ma famille a eu une expérience remarquable dans cet hôtel. Nous avons deux jeunes enfants et nous avons tous été très bien accueillis. L'emplacement est superbe, nous avons pu nous garer notre véhicule (gratuitement) et de marcher au centre-ville. Le propriétaire était très arrangeant et emploie un personnel amical très utile. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels à Montréal, certains très cher, mais avoir à cet hôtel comme ma meilleure expérience Montréal.

My husband and I stayed at the Parc Suites Hotel last week for 3 nights and we found the hotel to be extremely clean and the units to be very large and certainly better than staying in a 5 star Montreal hotel! (which we've both done several times) The owner/general manager of the Parc Suites Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable including recommending a fantastic french restaurant not even 1 block away! He really made our stay that much more enjoyable and stress free. I can't say anything bad about this hotel because it really ticked all the boxes for us. If you're visiting Montreal, don't think twice. Book this hotel.

Just arrived. Location is superb. Excellent (almost scary-excellent) quality of service. Room is a great size, nicely appointed, clean and modern, 2 LCD tv's! At $109+tax, this is the best (way best) value in Montreal I've found so far.
