The rooms clean and well ventilated. Air conditioning just in the bedroom and not in the living room, kitchen and dining room. Lunches formula in box. Clean pool and smiling staff.

Lunch in formula to bring very ordinary and after several stays there is always a problem with the refund of the guarantee that we take on our credit card … the toiletries are really limited, but the units are comfortable… pool near the street is less quiet!

Beautiful, big hot tub. Good Covid protocols. Choice of 3 take out breakfasts.

En suite kitchen super handy — rooms nicely decorated and spacious. During non-COVID era, buffet breakfast was awesome.

Stay during the pandemic in July. Very clean and beautiful suite.
The only downside is that we were served hot canned juices, damaged apples, muffins and yogurt as lunch (included in the price). That was their lunch… all served in a beautiful plastic bag…
I'm really disappointed because the stay is expensive.

Easy access to the mountain right out of the door. Can enjoy the scenery from the minute u wake up. Staff is so friendly and the room were just recently renovated. Second stay here, and will stay on our next trip.

Cozy hotel, everything you need. They have a storage you leave your skis and snowboard. Hut tub and pool. Basic room with everything you need — mostly enjoy the village and everything it has to offer.

Very clean rooms, the staff was very understanding and helpful. They also served a nice little brunch. Definitely going back with my friends. Would also recommend this place for family.

Location is straight best. Amenities are good and room was spacious and nice. Had one time when a crew member was rude, but I guess it can happen.

Really nice establishment. We had a two floor suite that looked out over the main square. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great… nice selection of food. We used the pool as well and enjoyed it. Recommended!

Enjoyable stay. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great venue. The only thing worth mentioning is that the rooms are outdated. Other than that a great stay.

The worst stay ever in Canada. It does not deserve more than 2 star hotel. Cant imagine Hilton is running the place! All place not clean. You have to cover your nose as you get from elevator to your room on second floor passing by the breakfast area. No ventilation system. Problem in getting my luggage to the room with useless trolly with steps all the hallway. I am not sure of this is common theme of Mont tremblant as we have no welcoming and very rude waitress in nearby restaurants. Will sure pick other places to go next time.

Check in was quick, room was ready early which was fantastic. The free buffet breakfast is convenient and has everything you need. Hot tub was open already-great after hiking. There is a cafe right around the corner for perfect lattes and cappuccinos. Or kitchenette made it easy to have 1 meal in our room each day. Lovely view of the mountain from our room.

Homewood Suites lived up to my expectations. The rooms are airy, clean and comfortable, but old-fashioned and deserve a refreshing drink. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is convenient. The spa is refreshing in winter, but much too hot for other seasons. As for lunch, it is very basic and few choices. No yogurt, no fruit, which is disappointing.
Nevertheless, I give a 4 star to Homewood Suites for the efficiency of the staff and the comfortable rooms.

The hotel doesn’t have parking for any truck. Unfortunately we have to park 10 minutes walk distance away. Tried to negotiate with the front desk to see if we can cancel the room and may be book somewhere else with a closer parking. Was told the hotel has nothing to do with that and cannot cancel the room just because the hotel doesn’t have parking. Even I politely explained I have a two years old and humbly asked if the hotel could make some adjustment. I understand the hotel has it’s policy and may have difficulty in parking space. However, I was not happy with the fact that a four-star hotel like Hilton couldn’t provide a parking for their clients who are willing to pay. We drove almost eight hours from Niagara Falls to Mont Tremblant. We chose to drive a truck because it is more comfortable for us and my little one. However, the lady at front desk made it sounds like it’s all our fault to drive a big truck for a road trip so don’t blame the hotel. And she also told us it was our responsiblity to check and make sure the heights of valid vehicle for parking before we book the room and NEVER ASSUME the hotel will be able to provide the parking. With today’s experience, I think I need to DO MORE HOMEWORK and BE MORE RESPONSIBLE in the future. (Very frustrating Hilton Member)

Excellent breakfast buffet, great rooms, good location on the mountain. Wifi was really good too!

Had a great time here, as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms were a little bit dated, but it wasn't so bad. It had a very nice homey feel to it. Our room had a well stocked kitchenette and the room was very clean. The fireplace was also a beautiful touch. Our room had a nice view of the walkway below and the staff were amazing. They swiftly dealt with the noisy family down the hallway that had kids running up and down the place with ease and professionalism. The location of the hotel is also great since it is withing walking distance of the ski lifts! I look forward to coming back here again some time!

Nice suite. Unbelievably close to the mountain. Unfortunately our bath tub would not drain properly. Otherwise great stay.

Outside of the season it is affordable to go there. Very nice suites. The access to the spa is great. A fireplace and a complete kitchen, we enjoyed our stay.

An hour late to check in with 3 children after a day of skiing, really pleasant.

The hotel was nice and in a great location, but during our stay Jan 12-15 2018 two of my daughters rings were taken out of her suitcase in the room. We did not find out until we got back home and then we tried to call the hotel and speak with a manager specific the housekeeping manager. We called three time and never made it past the front desk and never received a call back from the housekeeping manager.

Great sized rooms. The kitchens come pretty well stocked with essential items required for cooking. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for ski in ski out. Had a room with a loft very clean and spacious. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped by having a pair of scissors or a fruit peeler. In order to work the fire place you need to buy synthetic wood from the hotel which is not a major problem since the cost is 6 Canadian dollars. Step out and you are in the center of the pedestrian Village which is filled with stores and restaurants. Overall a very good hotel and a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are spacious and have a working fireplace which is a nice touch. The shower isn't great but that's the only issue we found. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with such good access to the pistes, especially with the first tracks pass they include.

The room was clean with nice view of Tremblant. Small functional Kitchen. The lack of carpet, with our boots We made puddles of water and to go to the bathroom, had to go through the Input. So wet Foot.

Excellent location right within the village. Room is suite style with kitchen suitable for cooking your own good if desired. Bed set can be improved. Loved the hot tub. Will come back if the price is right.

A great hotel overall, a budget price and perfect for an entire family. The service was amazing even when we had some booking issues, they took care of it without any hassle. We forgot to mention we had a wheelchair member but they changed our room to be wheelchair accessible on the spot. My only complaint was that room service was a bit slow but it was a busy time of year.

The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was right near the ski lifts and central to a lot of restaurants. A great place to stay.

Our suite looked tired, with old furniture, even older mattresses and small, double beds. The carpets looked and smelled like they need a good cleaning as well. They serve breakfast in the morning, but absolutely nothing was fresh, so that was a disappointment as well. Overall, it's a little dingy, but very well located, so it's perfect for a party if you're expectations as set low. You will NOT sleep well on their beds Staff was nice though.

Clean and immense Suite (3 beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and living room). Correct breakfast Buffer without more. Pool clean but spa much too hot!

The suite/loft was fabulous. The general feeling was extremely relaxing. The people are welcoming and kind. A will probably make it a yearly event now.

Second time staying here. Nice outdoor pool, awesome hot tub. Breakfast is included and has a nice selection. No longer offers gondola passes with the room, but that didn't deter us. Rooms are suites, include dishes, a dish washer stove full size fridge etc. In room fireplace, wood available from the front desk for small fee. Storage space provided for mountain bikes and skis. Has arranged underground parking. Is located at the foot of the mountain seconds from most restaurants, attractions ticket office etc. We will likely stay again.

Reasonably priced (parking $13 extra a day) hotel in the heart of the village with a nice view. We booked a queen room with Murphy bed and fireplace. Room was very clean and has a kitchenette and some complimentary snacks. Beds are horrible with old tired mattresses and it's difficult to get the right temperature between the main (cold) and top (very hot) level. Included in the rate is a breakfast buffet that is very small and very busy. Selection of muffins (some still frozen) cereal, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and bread.

Location is amazing. Right in the center of the village. The rooms could be a little better, but they were roomy and the kitchen was very useful. The service was great though, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast pretty good.

The hotel is nice clean. The loft very nice with its equipped kitchen. Average bathroom is expected from this hotel. On the other hand deplorable little lunch. No yogurt no croissants too cooked eggs very limited If you want to be careful ⚠ ️

Hello! It appears that nuclear codes for the US now have less multi step verifications than my car requires to park in your garage. Not only is a keycard not enough, but if by any chance your parking pass is to fall off the dash, one can expect a towed vehicle with a 170$ charge attached to it… along with an hour and a half wait to get the car back. Only to find that it has been broken! … While I can understand you wish to reduce you level of fraud. (Mont Tremblant is obviously crawling with dishonest people. (that was sarcasm) ) and because making millions is not enough. You should definitively ruin peoples trip with a final unseen surcharge and a constant rattling sound on their car to create that lasting memory of your wonderful time from a wonderful establishment. One last thing to consider. When a car leaves your establishment without paying, you can simply send a picture of the plate and of the people entering the car to the police since this is now actually considered theft! This will ideally leave you chasing actual criminals after they have actually done a crime vs. Showing your customers how much you appreciate their visits to your establishment! We enjoyed our stay, especially the location being within easy walking distance to the gondola. As die hard skiers, easy access to the slopes is most important! We liked the breakfast, which was very good with plenty of options. The small space available for breakfast was the only draw back. The rooms were nice with good space, an easy fit for our family of 4. Apres ski can't be bet in the Mont Tremblant Pedestrian Village. The chairlift that runs through the Village and …the walking streets that lead to many wonderful restaurants, shops, galleries and boutiques make the Village charming, unique, and convenient. There also was so much to do in the Village that our 2 days didn't touch it. We would have had to stay a week to really experience and thoroughly enjoy not only the extensive ski area, but all the attractions off the mountain. The Aqua Club, which we did experience, was a huge hit with our kids! Finally, I am most grateful to the Hilton Receptionist Louise. "You made our stay, " I told her. At the Aqua Club after they closed, I had left and forgotten my engagement ring and 2 other rings with precious stones. The Hilton Receptionist contacted security, and had them go look for the rings. They were found and returned to me, after I verified they were mine. For that service alone, I am well pleased with Hilton at Mont Tremblant. Many Thanks!

Friendly service with a great room! The view was incredible. The hotel is at a perfect location near some restaurants.

The place was good, despite an interview which was not up to my expectations. We had a suite Loft with mezzanine non smoking. The suite was very well equipped, absolutely everything needed was there. The service was impeccable. The breakfast was excellent and very comprehensive. I highly recommend the accommodation at this Hilton.

Very good service at the reception. The staff is warm and friendly. The suites are very good and the location of the hotel is excellent.

We got an awesome appartment, with a complete kitchen and a great view of the sunset. The jacuzzi is amazing and the location could not be better. We only stayed for one night and they even let us leave our car in the garage and enjoy the amenities for the rest of the day after we checked out. Breakfast was pretty standard though, nothing special.

Very nice overall. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is starting to get dated but not terrible. Indoor parking garage under the building is convenient. Hotel is in a nice location within the village. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor jacuzzi is very big, plenty of room for probably 2 dozen people or more. Overall a nice experience and I'd stay here again!
