Excellent for the family, every year we are at this hotel a week for our family holiday in Unit 532. Unfortunately this year we noticed that the room was due for renovations and that the room mattress had to be changed right now.

We stayed here in the summer time. Room was large, clean with big doors that opened to the outside. Fireplace in room. Very small closet. Comfortable bed & Starbucks coffee in room. Staff was friendly and quick. Space was a little older but overall really nice. Hotel allows you to continue to access their facilities even post-check-out. Conveniently located in the village by shops, restaurants and activities.

Nice Loft, bed was a double, loft had a foldout sofa, flat screen TV. Ice and snacks on the floor from vending machines. Great view of the village. Great breakfast, with lots of options. Swimming pool and SPA are also available. Pretty costly stay during Blues fest.

We have been to several hotels to shaky, but this one is by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk are really professional and very courteous. We were granted an upgrade without even asking for it as we were in a less busy period. Our room was beautiful, large and very clean. Indoor parking is very convenient. The outdoor pool is beautiful and clean (on-site monitoring) and the jaccuzi also. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Mont-tremblant and would definitely go back. They did their best to accomoded us (early check-in/ late check-out (if permitted), a room on a higher floor, etc). They provided a great customer service and overall experience. The room was also very clean. Not to mention, the location was amazing and got to enjoy a nice view.

Great room and location BUT no room service available before 11pm on a Saturday night.

This is a hotel that only claims to be on the higher end. No real concierge service, no room service during the day, they’ve given us the wrong room (booked a specific suite 5 months in advance, then told it wasn’t available), have gotten room with broken bed—then argued that there was no discount. I then informed them that I didn’t want a discount, in fact I’d pay extra just to get the room I expected to begin with. Do yourself a favour… pick a different hotel. This one is a joke.

I was with my blonde for one night, the customer service was excellent and they really helped us with our activities. The hotel is really beautiful too.

The rooms are very nice and the location is great. There is a free ski locker and you can access the ski slopes on foot.

Great location very close to the slopes. They have a ski locker with a door that basically backs onto the slopes. Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. The room I was in had a fireplace. Staff were very helpful. They even pointed out the free parking nearby. Valet/concierge was very helpful pointing out things to check out nearby.

Spacious rooms with a hidden kitchenette and beautiful fireplace with a balcony. Super convenient location for skiing with ski lockers available at no charge and walkout to the ski lifts. Great place to stay and very friendly service.

Great place to stay in the Tremblant resort! Love the staff; they are always helpful. Love the heated outdoor pool & spa. Great for skiing; has ski lockers and an exit on 3rd floor for access to skiing. Room are big with kitchens! Lots of activities all year, I've been with my wife and kids in the spring and autumn. We always find lots of great outdoor activities.

We've spent two winter vacation at Le Westin Mont Tremblant and love it here. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The concierge here is what earns them the five stars — always there to help out, give suggestions and ensure your stay in enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next winter.

Make sure when you stay at the Westin you pay with your credit card. My girlfriend and I got double charged because we paid cash at checkout. Later on that day we noticed that her credit card got charged as well. We contacted the hotel and have been fighting with them for almost a month now. They told us there was no proof that we paid cash. On the receipt it doesn't say paid cash or credit it just says paid. I asked them when they did their cash out that day if they were negative or positive or balanced they said they were balanced. I think what happened was when we paid cash the woman at the front desk pocketed the money, or the hotel scammed us. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend them.

Really great and everyone was helpful. The short blonde woman who cleaned our room 1st was fantastic, the second person was not as good, thorough of friendly.

Best hotel on the mountain. Excellent staff at reception, valet (Martin) amd throughout the hotel. Perfect location for getting to the ski hill.

The room was nice but I was very disappointed to see it didn't include parking. Also it didn't include a breakfast, etc. I found it was expensive for just the room.

This resort is amazing! The staff are friendly and kind. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms and entire hotel are clean and well maintained. And it's so quiet and peaceful here… even with all the festivities going on in the village. We will be back!

Great place. Making a reservation was hard as the first receptionist told us to make the reservation on line as it was easier (for her). Thankfully only a few minutes later she left and Sophie came who made the reservation for us and was very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay. Accomodations are great. The staff works hard to please you. We had some slight inconveniences but the concierge Jean-Marc addressed all of our concerns with a perfect smile. I will recommend anyone I know to go here.

Welcomed and attended to by very pleasing staff. Excellent service, very nice suites and well laid out. Outside salt water pool and also an indoor pool. The only unfortunate thing is carpeted floors in the suites. .

Great place and location. It's one of the hotels that offer the unlimited gondola pass when you book which is a huge plus. Sadly, compared to many hotels in Mont Tremblant and many other places, the internet is a downside for me. They only offer 200mb of rather slow Wi-Fi. Even mcdonalds has unlimited internet. Given the limited TV channel selection, I highly value unlimited Wi-Fi with hotels. If this is not a concern for you, I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, rooms, service, etc. Great place to stay in the heart of the village with a good size pool and a huge hot tub. The gym is not huge, but with everything else on offer in the area that isn't a big deal.

Great suite for family of 5. Loved the pool and the hot tub. Pretty average breakfast.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Westin for the conference hosted by Met Space Weekend. Service was phenomenal. Good food, mostly polite and helpful people. I highly recommend.

Hotel and location can't be beat, it was our first time to Tremblant and we were in awe of how great this location was. We created a booking online and were very specific about the fact that we were travelling with pets, we checked the hotel website and called ahead to make sure our dogs were not going to be an issue. My husband checked in and we went up to our room, when we came back down to take our dogs for a walk, we were faced with two ladies behind the desk telling us they were not aware that we had pets in the room and that there would be a $35/night charge for the extra dog as they only take 1/room. This is no where on the website as I had checked. We were surprised and annoyed. Were able to speak with the manager and had the charge waived, but still inconvenient. Hotel is a gem on the mountain, the rooms are lovely and the facility is great. Staff was lovely too. Westin should check the website to ensure it is up to date and when faced with questions on the phone staff should be sure to tell people asking questions about them being "pet friendly" what the parameters for that is.

I visited it off season so it's reasonably comfortable, but I can see why other reviews may disagree with mine. In general it was a very enjoyable trip. The surrounding restaurants are excellent if a bit pricey. Staff was professional and very friendly.

It's clean and close to the hill. Not 5/5 because there was no way to regulate the temperature, the thermostat didn't do anything and the lady at the front desk said we had to just use the window. It was winter so that was kinda anoying.

The location, suites and service were generally great. The valet was unwelcoming, but everyone else was friendly and helpful. Access to Place St. Bernard and the gondola directly from the 3rd floor ski lockers is a plus. The free internet with a 200MB/day limit is a joke, I simply tethered my phone as their "high speed" internet package is $15/day. The gym was small though well stocked with all necessary equipment. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a great après ski. Despite its minor flaws it remains one of the best options for lodging on your ski trip to Tremblant.

Extraordinary staff. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating of our requests and sometimes ridiculous questions about the area and culture. The weather could have been better for our ski trip, but fortunately everything about our accommodations was positive.

It was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was perfect for us, and we really appreciated the lockers they provided. That said the Wi-Fi situation is a bit of a rip off, only allowing a few devices on at one time for limited usage, and having to pay for more. So that is something to be aware of if you need to have unlimited Wi-Fi during your stay. Also from our room the club could be heard into the early morning hours, however we were offered a move by the hotel. Overall this hotel is great, and the only negatives were the Wi-Fi situation, and the club (which wasn't the hotels fault in the first place). A great place to stay for your Mont Tremblant vacation!

Had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, nicely equipped room, lockers for equipment and exit located a 1 minute walk from the lifts.

Very good service and close to the slopes and other services in the town. Lockers in the hotel provide a safe place to secure ski and snowboard equipment.

Terrible experience right from the start. Very disorganized and undependable people working at the hotel which makes this stay terrible.

No internet connectivity for days for Westin Hotel guests. Staff of zero assistance. Currently waiting for call back from GM. Westin staff has the nerve to blame a third party supplier for the outage, which is property wide. Here's the catch, most of Tremblant Village runs on the same service. The upside, if it were working, is that one could move about the village with connectivity. Here is what is interesting. Guests of other hotels do not have this problem. The problem is unique to the Westin. You might think blown router or other local service issue at the property, but that's not the case. What is very interesting. My Westin issued log-on codes do not connect anywhere in the village. Point is, it doesn't matter where I connect, if you use a Westin provided log-on code, you are not getting Wi-Fi access. Has Interwest, the property manager, paid their bill or does the staff issue an outdated log-in code? My money is on one or the other.

Great hotel. Excellent location. We went early in the week (mon-wed) and there was no crowds. Outdoor jacuzzi in the snow was amazing.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom with kitchenette. Bedroom a little tight but usual for Tremblant. Beautifully furnished with balcony, lots of room in LR/Kitchen. Breakfast buffet excellent, food was fantastic. Spa is also excellent; therapeutic massages well done. Had couples massage — terrific. Pool is great. Lobby good sized and beautifully furnished. In middle of pedestrian village.
