The restaurants were fantastic. Fabulous room service, breakfasts were decadent. The pools were immaculate.

Great ambience, awesome hospitality, we appreciated the welcoming gifts, everybody who works here is so nice and kind, mercie Fairmont Tremblant!

Do not recommend this hotel at all.
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, didn't care about the guests at all,
they probably do not know what customer service ir or are not familiar with saying "I'm sorry, my mistake" either in English or Spanish because they where never able to articulate it even though they made so many mistakes.
The photos on their Facebook page and instagram are EXTREMELY edited.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.
Employees are extremely rude and not interested in helping you or having a conversation with you as a customer.
They don't know what customer service is and they probably don't know the phrase "an apology was my mistake", because although they made countless mistakes with me and my family, they could never admit it, neither in English nor Spanish.
And also the photos on your instagram and facebook page are extremely edited.

Everything introduced has been for the safety of their clients with glass shielded bars to extensive cleaning of all premises. Topping that off were great dinner dishes offered at both restaurants and fair prices to match. What a nice feeling to be surrounded by humans enjoying their romantic escapade. Thank you to the staff at the Fairmont in making this an incredible getaway ❤️❤️

A short stay at a hotel with girls is a very pleasant warm welcome as always! I absolutely recommend it.

Great location at the foot of the slope and direct access to the lifts. In house ticketing office and ski valet. Also a great heated outdoor pool and indoor pool and spa services. Great view of the slopes from our room as well. We loved our stay there this spring break and definitely recommends it. We will be back for sure!

Great accomodations. So close to the mountain.

The hotel is very well organized for the skiers, especially going directly from the hotel to ski hillside. We were at the 7th floor and enjoyed very much our being there, the food, the service and very quiet ambiance. Our Saturday’s dinner at the “Le Comptoir’ was at the level of the greatest restaurant in Montreal.

This is a fantastic scene. They have the best spa, just steps off the Slopes, ideal. Hottub is hot. :) The Sauna is perfect, and the steam rooms are the best I have seen in a long time. Excellent place to enjoy the mountainside.

The hotel is beautiful! A perfect place to relax and unwind! Staff is attentive and friendly, always making sure that you never miss a thing… restaurants are delectable! Five start rating isn’t high enough! Can’t wait to come back…

The staff were very helpful and professional and addressed my concerns promptly and appropriately. The food served during my meetings was excellent. The room was clean, and very nicely furnished. Overall quite a good hotel.

Stayed one night in Fairmont Tremblant as part of the tour. The lobby is spacious, and a well needed cold lemon water to drink. The washroom is available on the left side, very clean as expected. Once we got our keys to our room, it's setup with 2 double bed. Everything that is needed is already in the room. The AC is nice and cold. Had to turn it up at night. Next to the hotel are lots of restaurants and lifts. I'd recommend going down further down for restaurant, it's only a 10 mins walk. Overall great location, great service, great hotel.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and offered great advice when we had questions. Nice pool, relatively small but considering it's a ski town I think that's the standard (this was a summer visit) and additional heated pool and hot tub and whirlpool. Plus indoor pool, gym, spa. Definitely recommend staying here, just remember if you're renting bikes (which they have) getting back is uphill. Also have a fair amount of food options in the hotel.

Oh Canada! Excellent place to stay. Pricey, but worth the experience. Had some comfort issues with the pull out bed. The staff did the best they could, then finally brought up additional roll out beds to use. As would be expected, this happened very quickly. All hotel amenities were as would be expected for the Fairmont.

My husband, myself, and two teens stayed for 4 days at the end of June. Very lovely! The hotel staff was excellent as was the food. The service that was given was excellent in all areas. We found that the hotel needs to be updated. It is clean but our in our bathroom I had to keep an eye on the toilet as the water would keep running almost every time it was flushed. I also think that when they update to have two pools outside that are bigger with one for adults only and one for families. The one pool is too small for the size of the hotel. We would stay there again though… no doubt.

Service absolutely mediocre, be very careful, all my adventure to start when I book a night and pay online, to my arrive one offered me a nicer room for $30 more and I had taken the valet service to $25 so they should have charged me $55 plus applicable taxes since my night was already paying. I realized a week after my stay that eventually they had taken 292, $83 on my credit card leave on deposit. But wait it's far from all, after that night, the next day my girlfriend and I decide to stay so I'll book for two more nights and they take another deposit on my card. 2 days later I arrive to pay what with my credit card and its told me refuse. What is impossible believe me, so I contact master cars and I ask them and they tell me they have block my card because my card CIE think I got cheated since in 2 days the Fairmont Tremblant had taken $3900 on my credit card then my card CIE couldn't find its normal…
When I went to see the Manager of hotel Simon Boissonneault, he almost said it was normal, the only thing that was done was to call my credit card CIE for it reimburses all the amount and that they make me only what I owed after my stay is an amount of 609, $51 what I paid with my credit card once to the one had been unlocked. So I call at the Hotel today to tell them that they still took $292 too much on my card and the Manager Mr.

Now that's what I call service. They care about the customer so much. They are always smiley and make sure that all your requests are satisfied at the best of their abilities. Saw them give a cushion for a man's back at the restaurant. Wow. Watch out for some hidden fees, always ask aboug them. We got surprised with a few that doubled our bill. Other than that, had a lovely time. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful place very clean with very hospitable staff however I can not say more because I came to attend a dance show and I did not stay to bed nor benefit from the other services of this establishment.

Room was nice and clean but found a small stain in our sheets. They gave us late check-out to compensate. They charge 25$/hour for late check-out usually. Valet told us parking was included with our room but it wasn't. Because the hotel hires the valet company they would honor his word. 27$ for parking!

Clean and spacious room. It is the only hotel with heated outdoor pools. There are also campfires outside. The hotel is located on the side of a ski slope so it avoids crossing the village to reach the gondolas. Everything was perfect with the exception of the restaurant. The meal was served cold after 1h30 waiting. No bread was offered to us during the wait and the children's dishes arrived at the same time as the oysters, which were at room temperature…

Great hotel at the base of the hill. The property is well maintained and the service is excellent. The pool and hot tubs are heated and open year round. Not inexpensive, but you get value for the money.

The staff is great and rooms are always clean. The buffet dinners and breakfast are quite good. However the hotel does have its issue. Nearly Everytime we have come there has been some construction going on. It's rare we have been able to access both pools. The cafe prices are way overpriced. You can walk down to Starbucks and pay 1/3 of the price for a good coffee. The play room is basically falling apart and has not been updated in ages. I'm not sure we will return to the Fairmont on our next Tremblant visit.

This hotel offers excellent service. It is located at the foot of the ski slopes. You can rent ski equipment and buy tickets on site. The outdoor baths are open even in winter!

AMAZING customer service. We booked the Gold room months prior to our visit. When we arrived, we were told the Gold floor was closed (we didn't see the email they had sent) so they compensated by giving us a beautiful corner room with a view, free breakfast at the restaurant and a credit towards purchases at the hotel. They also had someone bring us up cold water bottles (all the little things count). After we paid for valet parking, we realised we forgot something in the car so we called the front desk and they had us describe the item and they sent someone to the car to get it and bring it to our rooms within ten minutes. We will definitely stay here again :)

Great place. Great location, a bit expensive but so convenient, easy walk to the lift. Bedsheets not fitted. Pillows are too flimsy. Stayed at another Fairmont and they were different.

The Fairmont Tremblant Hotel is excellent. Its about 1.5 hour drive from Montreal Airport. The front desk staff were very friendly. The valets were very attentive. The housekeeping was always top notch everyday, I would recommend without hesitation if you want to be assured of a great stay at a exceptional hotel in Tremblant. We came in from the US.

Great place on the mountain, fantastic service, friendly staff that go above & beyond to fulfill your requests. Great amenities (indoor/outdoor pools (heated), spa, gym, game room, kitchenette in suite, pet friendly). Within walking distance of the ski hill. Really great place to stay.

The Hotel location is absolutely amazing as well as the staff, I can’t say enough good stuff!
But the breakfast price is ridiculous at $30 pp plus tip?
I made a complaint about it as we were over 20 ppl staying at the hotel and everyone ate out!
Also the beds really were not comfortable I also mentioned that at the front desk!
Restaurant was sold out so we couldn’t eat there so we at at the axe lounge and waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food
Other than that the hotel needs a slight update in furniture in the rooms but lobby is beautiful!

Wel located in the Tremblant setting. Good restaurants. The recently renovated bar and bistro is top notch. The rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable and service is great. Always a treat to come back.

Ski in ski out hotel on the slope of Mont Tremblant. The amenities of this hotel are great for those wanting to ski and relax. Ski valet takes care of the skis so you don't lug them up to your room. The standard room is large enough for everyone and the equipment (boots, helmets, and poles). Après ski in the hot outdoor pool, cold pool, and sauna relaxes you before going to dinner.

Staff are friendly. Rooms and suites are great spacious. Location is tremendous. Outdoor pool in the Winter unique. One star off because the lobby is less family friendly after the new design: children can no longer enjoy the fireplace because the bar now surrounds it AND the restaurants opens at 6pm for dinner which is not as kid-friendly.

Pros: ski in/out location, indoor/outdoor pools, onsite ski rental Cons: outdated customer service, no morning ski tickets or part day equipment rental We came for an extended family ski weekend. Unfortunately we were placed in a room alongside where massive, loud snow machines start roaring at 5 in the morning. The next day we were offered a room on a lower floor next to a road. We arrived mid afternoon and left mid morning. This amounts to 2 full days equiptment rental because there is no option to rent part day. Similarly, we had to purchase full day lift tickets for our last morning because there is no option for a morning ticket. We wanted to schedule private lessons for the kids but were told these needed to be scheduled weeks earlier. None of them thought the ski school enjoyable or helpful. This was an oddly stressful vacation for the amount of $$$$ spent. We will not be returning.

The Fairmont at Mont Tremblant looks pretty nice from the outside. It's conveniently located pretty much right next to the ski slopes. The hotels give guests free snow tubing at night, which is a really nice test and is really good fun.

What you pay for staying in this hotel deserves it.

Good stay with a very friendly staff but the prices are exorbitant for a hotel of this category. Room a bit old, Wifi paying at high price, movie more expensive than at the cinema, etc.

Most beautiful hotel in the square! Courteous and fast Service. The more you take out the tip… The faster it is. Beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool!
Favorite place for a rest once a season!

Visited for the New Years Festive Buffet at the grand ballroom. Entertainment was great, and the ballroom very pretty with nice Christmas decor. Food could’ve been better but not bad either. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a nice evening with the family.

The Fairmont Tremblant is amazing. Great rooms, fantastic restaurants, and the staff is always helpful. I would not stay anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Always a pleasure to go to the Fairmont hotel. Ice clean room, amazing heated outdoor pool and very food supper. The situation is amazing directly in the ski resort.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont. Very well located in the village of Tremblant near restaurants and beverage outlets. The service is impeccable and the rooms are inviting. Unfortunately I can not comment on the value for money since I was there for a professional event. I recommend all the same to try it.

The service is incredible and what you would expect at an establishment that has a reputation such as this. The building itself is a bit dated. The food that was served during our event was alright, but not really anything to write home about. The location is fantastic, and the nearby attractions are awesome.

Awesome place. Lots to explore at this place : Biking, hiking, skiing, zip lines, restaurants, etc. Tremblant village is very beautiful, stone paved roads, different kind of water fountains. You can find red tail deer. Show them apple and they will come near you.

Quality is good. View is okay. This property not as great as Banff or few other locations. Pools are great. Enjoyed our stay. Overall service was great. However, front desk was disappointing. We were given a room with emphasizing that we are getting the room with best view of pool and village. On entering we realize that room was next to the pool with low privacy and almost no view.

Great location; you get to stay in the best place with a view on the Mt-Tremblant village and mountain. One of the best beds we've ever slept in and they also have the best outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool among the other hotels in the area. The accommodations are okay, nothing special, what you would expect from a 4* hotel.

The best hotel I've been at for a long time. Friendly and courteous staff, large and comfortable rooms, right in the middle of the activities and downtown, relaxing pools, good food. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated restaurant is great! Always choosing a breakfast package option, and it's truly delicious up to Fairmonts standards. What's super cool about this place is outside pools with jacuzzi and great views on ski slopes.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. We were there for a large event with 80 people in our group. The place is beautiful, though a lot of the room views aren't great for where you are. Food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic and the valets were quick and helpful.

An absolute gem. First the setting, with beautiful mountains and lac surroundings. And the hotel itself is great. Starting with the staff that is very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities are also very classy.

Top notch experience. I took my physical disabled daughter for a ski weekend and we stayed at the Fairmont. The top notch seize made traveling with somebody in a wheelchair a breeze.

Perfect location right at the foot of the mountain & ski lifts. Beautiful outdoor pool with lounge area. Great dining. Must try famous maple sugar crepes with all you can eat fresh blueberries at breakfast.

Perfect location to the Pedestrian Village, very comfortable beds, great room service — attention to detail even with serving hot chocolate in our room — I told our waiter that hot chocolate at home would never be as good now! Great buffet breakfast at le comptoir in the lobby which included Eggs Benedict, excellent omelettes-I could go on and on… the kindest hostess that checked us out and printed out directions home in case our gps signal was lost in the mountains, every one we came in contact with including our valet attendents were wonderful! … will definitely stay here again, hopefully with a better view as we only had a partial view of the mountain and the luge…

Gonna be quite frank the food there was good and the room was really nice too if only I had a family or loved one to go with, I am so darn lonely I kept calling the reception just so I could have some human contact Long story short I strongly recommend this place.

I want to specify that the service is excellent. All the staff are awesome. For the rest I was disappointed. It had been 5 years since I had stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The restaurants have been well renovated on the other hand in terms of food (fat cabbage) I think the hotel has not adapted or has adapted to a clientele that is not in my opinion Quebecois. Heavy dishes full of sauce almost no vegetables that also dip in the sauce Of Béarnaise I did not even know that we always served this type of sauce in restaurants. No healthy choices even the fish is heavy. The pool is nice it's nice that it has a bar and grill but can we drink a quality wine there? Not! Is it difficult to add one or two more high-end choices even if it has to charge accordingly?
At the spa! The 2 massagers who massaged us were very beginner even that one of the 2 caressed my body rather than massaging it was very inadequate. I have stayed at this hotel regularly in the past and I plan to return to fairmount hotels as it is a nice chain that stands out but this time I am just disappointed…

Very nice hotels which is well located. Nice outdoor pool. The employees are well informed. But prepared you emptied your wallet for basic things; Eating, Internet, etc.

Good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to call twice to get the batteries in my safe changed. Hotel is a little dated and could use some refreshing and renovations which were actually in progress during our stay. Overall a good experience, would stay again.

All the staff are adorable and the food excellent. The service is impeccable with smiles at the rendezvous. It is true that it is not very affordable but I still enjoyed my stay.

Excellent night's stay at the Fairmont Tremblant. Service was impeccable, room was small but very comfortable and the location simply cannot be beat. Booked through Expedia and got $50 off list. It was extremely cold, so hit pools had a tough time keeping up but it was fun. Didn't bring our kids, but decided a single romantic evening away was what we needed. However, we kept an eye out to see how kid friendly it would be and it would be completely fine to bring kids.

Amazing long weekend away to propose to my girlfriend. Enjoyed the hotel, the village and the skiing.

The rooms were great, spacious with king size beds. The heated pools and outdoor hot tubs were nice as well. Overall good service, although I wish valet parking wasn't the only option (either that or we park down the hill and walk back 10-15 minutes to the hotel).

Service does not compare to other Fairmont's, food was poor, room was OK, could not cool room, valet was obnoxious.

Nice rooms, don't drink the water$$$, parking is vip expensive or park at the bottom of the hill, walk up 2km or $7 taxi. Bring you own booze!

It's good to stay with family members in this hotel. Surrounding here is cool enough.

Negative points:
-Upon arrival, the officer trying to give us a room with 2 beds double instead of a king bed. My booking well indicated king bed and I had called 2 days prior to confirmed. Stressing very strongly, we finally got our room with king bed.
-very soft bed mattress, it felt to sleep in the position 'banana'
-very expensive breakfast (2 eggs bacon for $ 18)
Positives:
-pool and outdoor whirlpool of very good quality and size
-very good valet car service (despite the high price $$)
-very nice hotel with its big fireplace lobby.

Mediocre as it gets. 5pm of Easter Saturday nobody in the pool: it was cold and supersaturated with salt. People couldnt find the bathroom because there is no sign in the pool area, and you know what that means. Outdoor pool was even worse. The indoor areas were damp and dim. For $13/day you get a very lousy internet service and for $21/day you get 'vallet' parking which means annoyance and expectation of handouts every time you want to get your car. Dont even get me started on the room service food. Ideal location for those who want to ski in and out though.

This hotel is all about providing the best possible Tremblant experience. From the ski valet to on site lift ticket counter. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub to melt away the aches and pains of a day on the slopes. They will help you make diner reservations guide you towards toward the good restaurants and even more important steer you away from the bad ones.

The hotel was pretty nice, we enjoyed the hot tub. However, BEWARE. Fairmont hotel management is a bunch of cheapskates. A bottle of Evian water will cost you $8. A 30 second local call to Montreal (which they charge as "long distance" will run you over $5. Valet parking swarms you when you first show up and that's ok, I have no problem tipping the bellman or valets a few bucks for helping. But Fairmont wants to charge $21 a night for parking (out in the middle of nowhere) when you can self park a short walk away for free. No thanks Fairmont, don't try to charge big city parking rates for a ski lodge. Wireless internet, which should be free in a modern day "luxury" hotel was $13.95 a day unless you sign up for their "president's club", which I have no idea what that entails other than a slew of junk email. I'm a do it myself kind of guy, and a dude in a suit swarmed me for helping myself to a bell cart and I was told I'm not allowed to take them, like I was going for the drivers seat of the monorail at Walt Disney World. The food was overpriced as well as small portions. It's hard to find a decent casual meal anywhere in the hotel or entire village that doesn't cost an arm and a leg or isn't microwaved. Not a romantic getaway that I thought it would be, but instead my fiancé and I were swarmed with annoying little kids. Obnoxious kids as well, crotch fruit everywhere. No thanks. I will NEVER lodge with Fairmont Resorts again.

At top of pedestrian village, slopeside. Standard rooms are nice, larger (334 sq. Ft. +) rooms are terrific. Room service is excellent as is the food. The breakfast we had this am was terrific. I find the restaurant prices high. Service in this hotel is outstanding as is the decor. Very comfortable lobby area with fireplace. Great concierge. All parking is valet. Very nice 4 season outdoor pool and hot tubs. Nice indoor pool and workout room. Extras if you are President Club member. Great free BMW mountain bikes. You stay here for service, food and comfort. I love the Fairmont chain.
