We spent 4 wonderful days at Bon-Jour campsite! The staff is super friendly, clean place, nice family atmosphere! Game module and pool really great … young and old loved their stay! I recommend 100% 😃

The bathrooms leave something to be desired on cleanliness! the spa is poorly maintained…

For a city campsite we are super satisfied, perfect private wooded grounds beyond our expectations (we had the 221), nice game module, clean showers and toilets, pool slide too great staff super accommodating and friendly, nothing negative to mention.

Just on arrival the person who served us was not very welcoming. If you like to talk after 8pm don't go there! 10am it's time to close everything! Stupid employee like everything! Arrogant and disrespectful. We warn him to tone down and music! We've got to respect that! sorry! You can have the most beautiful park and swimming pool in Quebec for children. But if you treat your world like shit! He implied things that we never said pcq it's parked to listen to us! Like we just have to do that to call you. Kids riding bikes in the evening how many times is it almost got into it! Cleanliness! A big problem! It often smells like sewers! In short we will not go back! Several rather special circumstances on facts and claims. From a particular employee! That's life! Let's move on to the next one! ✌️

We had a great experience, the staff were very helpful, the pool is superb, the huge games module… bcp activities are offered … I had a fear when reading the reviews before we went there but seriously no problems during the stay! Very nice camping I recommend it to all people who respect the rules in place!

The service was very friendly, the room was clean but old. It smelled musty, the beds were not overly confortable and I noticed some of the windows were cracked. But it still did the job. The door only had a privacy lock instead of a real lock.

Decent price. Room smelled a bit musty and damp. Took a while to cool off once we got the AC going.

Room 18: After disembarking from the car to enter the room, the outside scent gave the impression of being next to a stable. We had a hard time with the door to get home before we realized it was taking a kick down the door. The secondary door to the pool finished stiff. Moisture in the room. Circle around the pool. The day before I arrived they tell us that there is lunch available, the same morning the owner refused us because her husband does not like last minute additions, we had to leave quickly from the motel to find another place to have lunch to n e not arrive too late at the zoo, I WAS IN TABARN… The zoo is 15 minutes away and not 5 minutes as stated on their website. It's cheap, but it's cheap…

It's a 2 star but very clean. Cardboard wall so you can hear everything. But I recommend it if you are not demanding.

Great little place, clean rooms with air conditioning and a pool outside open 9am to 9pm. There's free Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast. Less than 15min to Grandy zoo/ water park!

I have made right choice for the our stay in Granby. They provide clean room, organized parking lot, and particularly delicious American breakfast.

No service, dirty rooms, full of flies, dusty, disrespectful staff. Worst motel I've ever seen!

We have lovely night at this place. Yes of course, the price is very competitive and it is the main reason why we have chosen this place. Nonetheless, we have been impressed by the quality of the room provided: Classy wood floor, new and comfortable blankets, sheets and pillows. Nice shower curtain and towels. In a few words, this level of service is usually found in 4-5 stars hotel. Congrats!

Déco un peu vieillot mais très propre et bon service! La propreté est ce qui compte le plus selon moi. Avec le service biensûr. J'y retournerais avec ma famille sans problème.

When I attended this hotel, our check in was with a person who seemed to be unable to speak either national language. We had requested a room with a jacuzzi… When we came to use it there was no hot water… We were supposedly upgraded to a "better" room. I was not impressed. The room where we were staying was a lot nicer.

Friendly staff, super clean room, very comfortable, warm atmosphere, recently renovated, modern bathroom, high cathedral roof in wood with large play ground. Definitely we will refer our friends to come.

Clean. Comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast is nothing special but it works. Muffins, cookies, fruits, coffee, orange juice.

Worst experience ever had in a motel… very old rooms and not maintained as described on website, door would not lock, very very noisy rooms, you can hear your neighbors respiration… if you care about your money DONT go there. They will steal your money… way to overpriced for quality/conditions sold… the receptionist barely speak french, needed to ask 3-4 times to understand words, my day was ruined by their fail to give fair services.

1 night stay. Good swimming pool, good service, good backyard. Quiet, clean. The only issue is the noise of the AC, but also acceptable. Overall a good motel for the price.

Good service, close to Granby Zoo Comfortable and quiet room, a few minutes drive to Granby Zoo, large children playground and relaxing area. A good place to stay.

Very pleased with our short overnight stay, excellent value for money. We agree, this isn't a Fairmont or a Hilton, but if you are looking for a cheap motel, clean and well located, you will not be disappointed. Anecdote, the evening of our arrival 10: 00, our neighbors seemed rather noisy. After a day at the zoo and with two young children, we were burned and not particularly happy in our neighbourhood. Very comprehensive, the owner has kindly agreed to relocate us to another room much more conducive to a restful night. Good lunch the next day, impeccable service. I recommend it to you!

Big back in the year 80 bathroom would need to be refreshed ect.

This motel is by far the best choice in the area of Granby. It is 5 minutes from the zoo, has a good selection of packages and a very very good value breakfast in the morning. The services are quite efficient and accommodating. Book in advance during the summer time before the high season.

Place is older but comfortable. Its a blast from the 70s. Free Wifi. Outside pool. Rooms are nothing special but its a good value.

The furniture is old, and the window was left open for a hallow of flies to make themselves at home. My wife described it as stepping back into the 70s. But it does have free, password-less Internet.

When I called for availabilities in English, I was told very rudely that there was none however I had not mentioned what dates I was looking for. I asked after I was told no for any availabilities in August since it was July and was told there was still none. I found that odd so I had my husband call back 2 minutes later from his phone asking for availabilities but in French, and this time wouldn't you know it there was room and the person who answered was more than happy to help. Needless to say we did not book at this motel.
