The photos are in no way representative of the place! Attention… once there I quickly found that it was dirty and very poorly maintained and we quickly veered off course. Pool and outdoor patio in bad shape and yet on the pictures it looks so beautiful … Disappointing.

We booked for 2 nights me and my sister… Upon arrival the two young receptionists were friendly, but could not see our reservation. Room ok, no more and for the rest quite disappointed since the photos of the site are not representative of reality! The continental lunch offered is good, on the other hand when it starts to run out of coffee, juice and a little bit of everything and in the face by the responsible woman that morning, she sighs loudly, slams the doors of the cupboard and fridge noisily, throws the muffins into the baskets and is extremebt rude and unpleasant with the clientele of the room that is full! Everyone looks at her and many are ill-off! She even goes so far as to open a coat of arms on an old lady's shins instead of kindly asking her to let her pass Many children are there and do not understand her anger, which instead of being! We leave in the morning very early after two days… The man at the front desk is very friendly and friendly. I ask him for my deposit taken on my credit card and look at the papers, nothing has been registered for my deposit and he does not know what to do and answers me that many mistakes have been made by employees of days (note to incomplete records for customer reservations)! So I have to contact my credit company for my deposit, contact the hotel to settle all this and if he does not want to refund I should complain to the consumer law and state the hotel to whom right … I really don't recommend this hotel!

Awful! Vomit in the passage, full but full of spiders and webs on the balcony of the top floor. At bedtime, I opened the couch bed to put my 21-month-old daughter to bed. There were no sheets or pillows. Not even in the closet. Then my daughter wanted to go up and sit down. It has to pass through and fall since the couch bed was missing half of the springs! I go to the front desk will notify them and the lady tells me it's my fault. I should have told him when I happened that it was like that. I explain to him that we open the bed just at bedtime. But according to PATSY at the front desk, on the way back to the room I should have noticed. All I get answered is; "I understand I understand! " But clearly not because she tells me it's my fault. She can't change my room so she gives me $15 off my bill. I lie down and boom on the ground because 3 springs more 10th! I go down to see with the pieces she laughs! Pay $170 to finally sleep on the thin mattress directly on the floor with my baby because the other bed was occupied by my sister-in-law with a serious back problem. Ah and don't trust the images of the hotel. You're going to be disappointed when you arrive! The nearby Granby Motel is much cleaner than here!

Rooms too expensive for the can of giving services… Okay we're in covid mode, but the same tell us breakfast included when everything we were entitled to was toast or muffins, pretty ordinary as long as I would never go back.

I do not understand why so much bad comment after reading these reviews I started to inspect the room I did not find anything that bell bedding mattress bathroom very clean and comfortable bed one slept very well I recommend it.

Don’t stay here. The rooms do not look like this. We were put in the basement with no elevator to take our luggage to our room. I walk with a cane and have difficulty with mobility. They refused to move our room although we arrived early in the day.

The room, pool and bathroom pictures are very deceiving. The breakfast is a Zoo! Stay away from this place. The owner and manger are never there. And when I spoke to the owner about my complaint she told me I could’ve left. This is not the standards eco I lodge are know for. It’s really a badly run motel. Not worth the price.

Nice location. Shared areas are dated but rooms are renovated. Service was great. Breafast selection is very limited. Nice price for what was expected.

Old hotel well renovated. Lack of love at the pool, only a load mount can take you upstairs with the stairs. Good price and well located.

Rooms are clean and nice. Reason for a three star rating is that pillows are almost flat would need to be replaced and there was only three not four. We did have a continental breakfast which was ok however they could have a extra waffle maker. The muffins are left to be desired. Pool area could be more inviting. Would give it another try.

If you feel that you absolutely have to go here with no other choice then heads up. Call to reserve the room. The website booking works so much as they'll take your information but don't actually reserve a room for you. So when you get there they will see if any are available. They will from time to time call you to tell you if they have a room or not. The call does come within an hour of your expected eta though so don't use the website. Again only go here if you don't have any other choice.

Very clean and recently renovated! Outdoor pool divided into 2 parts (deep and shallow), very clean! The customer service is excellent. 2 small negatives: We were missing a bath cap and they ask us to be silent from 8:30.

Great staff and rooms… And can't beat the price. It's not a Hilton, but at half the price it's clean and well run. Older decor, but recently renovated and includes a Decent Continental breakfast. On site restaurant is great and reasonably priced. My go-to stopover when in Granby, QC. Recommended.

New staff at the poorly trained reception, no hot water in the morning. However, we seem to have taken the information seriously. It did not change the fact that the awakening was more brutal than desired.

The service was very good, the room was basic and may need some renovations, the location was good, not too far from the center of the city and the zoo de granby.

They were an excellent option for our wedding proffessional and affordable.

The bed is OK. The rest… Bofff…

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, for an away hockey tournament. We were able to book the majority of our team and at a great price. Sadly we were placed on the second floor which caused issues with noise to those below us seeing as we were a group of about 20 or so children.

Told had lots rooms available at x dollars. Got there rooms at x dollars increased to not of value pricing. Now stuck with increase with room available. Choices limited by time and money. They do not hold rooms. Even if you say you are coming. Money is key here.

Superb welcome from the girl who allowed me to use the Wi-Fi to compare the rates online. We paid $94.05 with the Choice Privilege card before the very greedy taxes for a grand total of $111.91. We were in the company of our son. This rate offered directly to the hotel beat all the fares online. Breakfast served from 6.30 a. M. To 10:00 a. M. In a very large dining room. Bananas, yogurt, waffles, bagels, juice, bread, muffin and coffee. The receptionist from day to early morning was very helpful. He was going to the tables to warm up the cafes. Excellent Wifi everywhere. No food in the rooms. We chose a room on the fourth floor to be the 409 with dryer, fridge and microwave with two comfortable Queen beds and a patio door to go to the balcony. A very bad soundproof hotel. You could hear the sounds and voices around. The room was clean as a whole. There are two outdoor pools. Only one soap for the three of us with one shampoo which is not extra. The shower could work better to optimize the jet due to the old piping as much as possible. The elevator was not working when we were there. The hotel is well located with several restaurants nearby. We offer several photos.

Honest for the price, but no more. Uncomfortable bed, noisy in the hallways. Good breakfast, courteous service, clean room and relatively modern. In short, it was OK without more.

The rooms are very very good. The rest is unsatisfactory. Especially the carpets on the floor. The boy is very fair.

There is an intense cigarette scent in the room. Air conditioning does not cool down in any way. The barring of the door (chain) is broken and the patio door not bar. A pretty disastrous experience!

My stay was short, but very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There were interesting choices at lunch (included), including waffles to do yourself. The place was welcoming and the price very affordable.

Nice option in Granby, don’t expect high class. A noisy motel with lots of sports tounament kids. Good breakfast.

Worst hotel I've been to. Our bathroom faucet is defective. The patio door does not close completely. The mattress of the bed is very uncomfortable. There are sewer odors. The pool is dirty. And don't eat at the restaurant in the Asian style hotel it's not good. And I paid $150 at night… Too expensive!

Room ok however the beds are not confo and mold around the bath! Unpleasant smell in the corridors, Wi-Fi practically never works, pool not clean and really not well maintained! Really too expensive for what the hotel offers!

Clean and quiet. No complaints. With Econo in the name it's not pretending to be a luxury spot, but it didn't disappoint. Location is close to everything in Granby.

Rooms are small, online reservations isn't very good. I had reserved a room with 2 double beds and got called the day before to let me know that I was getting a room with 1 bed and 1 pull out because they had no more of my room available. Breakfast is great for continental. Great location!

Cleanliness I would give this place a 5 but everything else was lacking. The beds are very firm, the walls are too thin. We stayed here for four nights and never had pool access. First it was being cleaned and then it didn't pass inspection. Tried to get a drink of water but they only offer refreshments for breakfast. For the price I'd expect a lot more. I've stayed at cheaper places that were way better than this.

The room gets wet when you bathe one and there is nothing to entertain in the room.

Good cost-benefit-quiet for work stays and weekend getaways.

The rooms were very clean, but I was expecting the bed to be more comfortable. It was a non-smoking room and 1 of the employees told us smoking on the balcony wasn't allowed while another said there was no rule about that. The continental breakfast was good, but nothing fancy. I expected a bit more for the price and the rating of the hotel.

It was so bad that we could not degrade ourselves to stay there upon seeing the room. There are too many things wrong with this place. You are better off sleeping in your car! And the owner is worst! The whole place is so off-putting that I question the legitimacy of any positive reviews the hotel receives.

Horrible experience! The noise level is unbearable, thin walls, floors, banging of people walking constantly. There is NO soundproofing. I eventually wend to buy ear plugs and that helped us to sleep better. The dirt in places like behind the bed, in corners, things splattered on the walls, it is disgusting. I have to say the staff seem very good, I have no complaints with them, although man cleaning in the restaurant looked super creepy, no uniform, looked like someone who just walked in off the street. Some rooms are 1/2 basements, my window looked out to someone's headlights shining right over my bed. One day someone is going to get killed if a car does not stop and goes through the window. I would not let my children sleep on that side of the room. There is no heat in the basement either, was not working properly. Last thing the side door has no lock, all of the doors were just free to be opened by anyone, not secure at all! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Unpleasant smell in the room, even worse in the bathroom. Household did wrong, found are leftovers in the refrigerator and handkerchief stained behind the nightstand. Poor soundproofing. Hole in the walls, chipped bath.

Quiet, clean and for the price amazing not to mention the waterfall pool! :) my kids love it we go almost every year and we always go there. We have stayed at 5* hotels before and got bedbugs. We have never gotten any here. Fabulous and close the everything. :)

Hotel very friendly or j went 15 days per year, as a result of a disease, 3 years we spent, this year I went back in October, the owner are very nice. There are of course better, but at that time the c is really more expensive. It is the ideal for a short stay.

Breakfast very ugly wood floor it is knock on the head very noisy plumbing and regulations are not respected. The children Court in the corridors at 23: 00. No rest possible.

I LIKE IT, Quiet I enjoyed having weekends there, the staff are hospitable, room not expensive, clean 8/10.

Went as a couple and stayed for 1 night to visit relatives. The staff is very friendly, we had a quiet stay, I am not aware of the prices during high season, but it was cheap during the winter.
