The hotel is outdated from an old HGI verison. I wish they provided more fresh coffee through out the night in the lobby. The location is great with access to plenty of restaurants next door and in the area!

AMAZING STAY! only down side was there was no windows and the breakfast is NOT included but is worth the 16 dollars! all you can eat buffet in the morning with a lot of variety!

Finally the Architect's understand that placing the ample Fitness center beside lockers, change rooms, showers, large whirlpool hot tub and large heated pool on the main floor, just brings customer's back month after month. The restaurant has first class gourmet cuisine. The view of is awesome, the beds are the most comfortable for a perfect Honeymoon experience. Best Staff in every department.

Very spacious rooms — quiet and clean. Excellent location next to highway and countless great restaurants. Super friendly staff. Very good value for relatively low cost!

Only stayed here one night, but impressed with the great breakfast in the morning and the full service bar in the evening. Very comfortable room, and the hotel is well located for the nearby corporate park, and 30 seconds to the highway to get into Toronto (10-15 mins). Room rate is very reasonable for the area too.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free parking and free Wifi are a huge plus. Location is convenient to 404, so travel to events are easy and quick.

Excellent breakfast on order buffet. Rooms are clean but washroom is a bit small. Very good value for the price. Enjoyed the indoor pool but it was a bit cool. Service was excellent and staff was friendly. Worth a second stay.

Excellent service. The room was spotless and the bathroom was great. Fridge and microwave as well as a keurig are available in the room. Their breakfast service is great too. I enjoyed my stay!

Very friendly staff upon check-in and at the dining room. Room was clean and had very good internet. Check-in process was quick, ask how the breakfast buffet works, it's not bad. At the corner of highway 7 & something (near Leslie). Pretty quick in & out. Room had bar fridge, microwave and good supply of coffee pods. Fitness centre/pool is decent and located down the hall past the bar/lounge.

Shuttle to the airport so excellent location. Excellent fitness center including 24hr access. No Wi-Fi struggles. Ready to give this 5 stars until I took a shower. Almost no water pressure or the worst shower head ever, not sure which.

Convenient location just off the 404. Rooms were clean and good sized. Staff was friendly and courteous. Check in/out was quick. Breakfast was quite good too. Plenty of restaurants just across the parking lot in case you want something different from the hotel restaurant.

Amazing staff. Room layout was great. The pool was a little chilly but it was nice to have. Rooms were just what our group needed.

Great service, complimentary toothpaste was offered when I went to purchase a tube. A big bonus was that they offered hot chocolate as well as coffee, compliments of the house. I don't drink coffee! Room was clean and staff smiled, greeted guest. (All staff)

The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch in the lobby and the food service staff we're great. On the other hand the pool was over chlorinated and caused I irritation for myself and my kids also the pay-per-view option is not well protected against a child ordering without parental consent and when this was explained to the front desk they did not seem to care or we're not giving any power to do anything about it.

Everything was great except my check-in experience. I had travelled all day, including a 9 hour stay on an aircraft because we couldn't land due to weather. I had a little bit of a delay in getting my incidentals deposit together but the room was paid for and instead of acknowledging that and going the extra mile, the check-in clerk let me sit in the lobby for an extra half hour instead of letting me take that time to decompress in my room after a 13 hour day of travel. One great thing I would like to acknowledge was the breakfast waitress. She was very personable and made me feel very welcome.

The hotel is older and has not been renovated recently. But it's clean, and the rooms are fine. If you get the one-bedroom suite, you get tons of space (including a sofabed). Standard HGI amenities like microwave, etc. Service is very good here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Location is good if you are visiting the Highway 7 area. Right off where Hwy 7 and 404 meet. Very convenient to things. There are also tons of restaurants nearby, some walking distance.

Bad service. I've been trying to reach customer service via phone for 15 minutes after a bunch of people were shouting on the 4th floor for the last hour. It's taken 4 calls to actually reach someone who didn't just say "please hold" quickly without listening to what the inquiry was about. If you care about a good night's sleep go somewhere else.

Nice quiet rooms! Awesome breakfast! Great place to stay for visit to Markham, Richmond hill, Scarborough. Lots of great food around town.

Nice place to stay — clean, reliable, good size room. Bed was very soft (a little too soft), but they had a Keurig with tea which was nice. Breakfast was 11.95$ plus tax which was expensive considering I didn't want much to eat. Better off ordering a big breakfast as it's the same price. Nothing special really. Wifi was a little slow. Location had lots of restaurants.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Also the room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to all your needs. Breakfast is made to order and very good also reasonably priced.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and price was reasonable. Room was very clean and liked the fact they had a gym, swimming pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was really good and made to order. The breakfast we well worth the investment at booking for the cheaper rate.

I stayed at this hotel on a Friday evening with my 7 Year old son. We got the hotel/science center package. Everything was great! The lady working at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and answered all of my questions (I had a lot) The free parking is wonderful the rooms were clean and my son enjoyed the pool. The next morning we went down to the restaurant for breakfast that I had a complementary voucher for, it was beyond my expectations with cooked to order eggs, meat and even pancakes and french toast as well as a buffet of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt and cereal. I would not have had a problem paying the $14.00 that they charge for that breakfast. If I ever find myself in the area I will be returning to this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Room service et quick and food is good. Gym should be upgraded a bit but still does the job fine. Restaurant food if good also. 24h snack place is fun. Personal was super.

A fan of Hilton hotels, I recently stayed here for a business trip. My room was clean, comfortable le and had complimentary Wi-Fi (for honours members) and nice amenities from the pool, restaurants and exercise facility. I like the convenience and hospitality that Hilton offers. The concierge was helpful and housekeeping did an excellent job — no complaints there. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The restaurant staff seemed to be new, or just incompetent. Probably just a training day. Otherwise the hotel is well kept, and the rooms are pleasant and reasonably priced. Good selection of nearby restaraunts, although expensive.

We were there this past weekend with our basketball team and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel facilities are very nice but, what really makes it, is the awesome staff. They are beyond friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home. Everyone on the team commented on the staff and were very happy that I booked this hotel for the team. From my experience, all of the staff including sales, front desk, restaurant, and even the bar are top notch — very professional and super nice people!. Simply put, this hotel is one of a kind.

My friend and I stay a night at the hotel during thanks giving Sunday we love the location but they fail to let us know that they are renovating and you would be woken up by a constant wood pecking noise before 8:00am we call the reception to complain so they stop the banging for a hour then started again before 9:00am check out with a huge headache a simple sorry will let management know did not enjoy my stay very disappointed left with a huge headache and an eight hour drive home was not pleasant disappointed.
