The folks at the Ramada in Kingston were awesome to deal with. I can honestly say that the service was truly outstanding! Thanks for taking such good care of our team and we will certainly see you again. Carmen.

The beds were comfortable. Room was acceptably clean. Air conditioning unit was easy to adjust. Pool was a perfect temperature and area was clean. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom location and layout was awkward and the sliding door didn't like to stay closed. Both entry doors to the room (from hall and outside) were difficult to open and close, entry door had noticeable damage. No towels were provided in the pool area. No significant sitting area in the lobby for relaxing. No complimentary breakfast. We have stayed at hotels with better services for the same price. Not likely to visit this one again.

Not worth the money! We called 3 times to inquire, then book and then confirm and not once were we told about the $5/night parking fee and $15/night fee for the cot. The staff were hostile at first but became more friendly/professional as the check in process went on. The carpet in the hallways had food everywhere. The room door required you to kick it shut and the room was damp. The indoor pool is in another building. However it was in a convenient location and it was nice to have Denny's attached to the hotel.

Location is very convenient, only 10 minutes drive away from Kingston downtown. There's a Denny's (restaurant) attached to the hotel which opens 24 hours. Room is clean and tidy, but doors and door frames can use some upgrade. Friendly staffs. But there are kids playing soccer at the back parking during out stay, so even our room is closer if we park at the back, we parked at the main parking area.

Room was good. Comfy beds. Allowed pets. Our room was supposed to be smoke free but it smelt of smoke which was unfortunate but otherwise good spot to stay the night.

Hotel was nice. Pool was great and cool. Near the outlet mall. Room was very clean and beds were super comfortable.

I would stay here again only if necessary. The hotel is packed with truckers and field workers. Not a quiet hotel.

Very nice exterior, my brother works there as someone who sets up events and conferences and I've heard about all the hard work that goes into making sure everyone attending has an amazing time. If your looking to have an event here, I can assure that the employees will make it an amazing day and cater to all of your needs.

This hotel does not live up to other Ramadas I have stayed at in the past. It is outdated, we had to kick the door to get into our room as it was coming off its hinge. The pool was closed, which was not disclosed to me upon check-in and the only offer later on was running children across a parking lot to another hotel in the dark. We should of just booked with the other hotel. We had a group rate of $139 + tax, which was still overpriced for the standard it was. Not returning.

Lots of parking spots, fleshly renovated. Great inside pool and deals at the bar.

Good hotel overall. Stayed in what seemed like a recently renovated room. Appreciated having an accessible patio. Great location as close to hwy 401 as possible. Only complaint is that the bathroom was quite small.

If I could give 1/4 star review, I would give that 1/4 to this one. 1 star is very generous for the service we received at the "Hotel". The "Hotel" is a bit out dated in some parts but the issue is with the staff. All staff here are very rude and looks like they are doing you a favor when you chose this establishment. We were there for the weekend with a peewee hockey team and the staff could not accommodate any of our realistic requests. One of the "Managers" I believe his name was Scott, told us that next time we should go to Holiday Inn. Some of the parents had to move to 2-3 rooms till they got a clean and smell free room. Cleaning staff were very aggressive in the morning to rush us out the door before check out time. In the Morning they were also very loud in the hallways and using profanity around our kids. We will definitely consider Scott's the "Manager" suggestion and choose a better hotel next time we are in town.

Never again, i've stayed at ramada's many times but this place sucked, not a hotel, it;s a drive up to your room motel, and they tried to rip us off my saying we don;t go a king but after more than 10-15 mins of complaining they seemed to find a king room,

This is the first time I stayed at this property, and I will return. Great staff, reasonable pricing, clean rooms.

Home and average but my room was great.

Room clean but really overpriced. The door didn't close well. We heard the doors slamming late at night and very early in the morning. I never go back there.

Really very noisy hotel, connections to poor Wi-Fi, site debris around the pool and to finish no people speak French

At the reception, no one speaks French.
A construction site in front of the terrace of the room.
A smell of etaste in the corridors and in the room a strong smell of tobacco. And to add the maid to the door at 9am to tell us to leave the rooms at 11am. Flee this hotel!

Rooms are pretty decent. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is very kind. Only complaint would be the bathroom walls seem a little dirty but nothing major.

I would never stay here again, dirty rooms/hallways, cleaning staff that stole from us, and rude front desk staff. I would rate this zero stars if I could.

The room was adequate. The lobby was recently renovated and the staff was helpful. The exterior was very poor, meaning I wouldn't have chosen it as a drive up guest.

Only giving this place a 2 because it was clearly in mid renovation at the time of my visit. Rooms felt dusty and dated. Hopefully the renovations have lifted the face of this location. The Denny's nearby was great as well as the service from the staff there.

Stayed there with my Hockey team. All they did was help us. Loved the stay and would go there again.

I have been here multiple times as a hotel guest, for dinner, and to recently buy some old stuff they were selling for charity. They are always freindly and helpful. Renovating rooms at the moment but that can only mean they are getting better.

Location is great, staff and rooms are always the best too.

Located close to the 401, stuff friendly but the hotel is not in the best shape. Needs some renovations.

Disgusting, used drug needles with blood in the bathroom and blood on the sheets (like we wouldnt notice that? ) and the front desk manager just shrugged it off saying people from outside were using the room… what in the actual F? This place is so dirty even I wouldn't let my pet iguana stay there! Also I heard of people complaining about getting bug bites, and it doesn't surprise me with the type of characters they have for clientele! Loud, obnoxious sports minded freaks along with drunken chain smoking contractors and pimps with their prostitutes moaning so loud at night and even during the day sometimes! Perhaps the health department should shut this place down along with the management.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Pet friendly room very clean. Loved Denny's at this location.
