Knights Inn London Ontario Hotel

Our favorite place to stay in London. The rooms are always clean, the beds very comfortable and the Wi-Fi always works. It is quiet so I can actually sleep. I can't say that for every place we have stayed. Even much more expensive places. The owner Dino is friendly and helpful and always accommodating. The rates are really great. Try a hot tub room. Always a great time! Grab a little breakfast in the morning before heading out. All around, great place for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Locatoom was gpod. Room was nice. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy. Coffee was alright, better than most. Wifi was iffy at best tho.

This motel is in a scetchy part of town. I was sexually harassed by other motel guests! Creepy guys would call my room! Not safe for females travelling alone! The rooms was clean and well cared for though. The bed was comfy.

Compared to the guest house on the mount (where I usually stay) this place is great. Price is reasonable, and I have booked a smoking room which I had no idea what to expect. I walked In, room smelt way better than I expected. The room itself is a bit dated, but it was clean! Area is way more conveinient, and the staff are nice. I'll be staying here from now on for sure. Only thing is, Wi-Fi is slow. Accommodation is good, and it's a nice appealing hotel for the price.

This place is gross. The rooms arent even that cheap considering they havent been upgraded since they opened. Spend the extra 20 and hit the holiday Inn.

Stayed there about a year ago room very very nice little small typical motol room I woken up by lod party room beside me couple of rock magicians you to band practice and motel room band called axis and aincr Chris Motionless a lead singer act the owner had him kicked out the middle of the night.

If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would. I had a booking and because of the customer service I received over the phone I cancelled it. I like supporting smaller businesses but in this case I know not to follow that route when it comes to hotels. Never again. Definitely would not recommend. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.

Very polite and great value! It's clean, comfortable and quiet. I was very satisfied. Only one thing… bathroom was cold, other than that, had a wonderful sleep.

The room was clean and quiet for the price. The only thing is they should have a two cup coffee maker and coffee in the room. We would stay there again.

This place was awful. Asked for non smoking room they gave us smoking room. Wi-Fi was terrible. Bathroom needs update. Breakfast was aweful. Nothing was good won't go back.

After driving up and down Dundas St and seeing our options, we decided on this one, for it's clean charming exterior and it's honest, friendly service at the front desk. Felt welcome right away, and they were more than willing to set us up with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Room air-conditioner worked very well. Every part of room was clean and no smell of smoke or anything unpleasant. Really enjoyed those winged high back chairs, makes me wish I had a game of cards or chess going on the round table between them. Beds comfy, slept well. Shower was either too hot or not warm enough in the morning. Had to adjust it three or four times. Water pressure was decent. Complementary breakfast available in the morning. Nothing too fancy, just simple bread and — bagels and — a toaster, butter, peanut butter, jam, milk, oj, coffee (c+s), breakfast cereal, and a nice big table to sit at. I would come back here for sure.

Staff is polite. Rooms are clean n modern Wi-Fi i's horrific and dial up speed of transfer it seem's. I was using my xbox one S but games were unplayable on live.

10 minute walk to room. 20 minute walk to public transit. Lots of other options in the area, go with them.

Spent a couple of nights here. Garbage was collected but the bed wasn't made. Makes mr wonder what other cleaning corners they cut. Are the sheets washed? Are towels? Fo the clean the tub and toilet? Doubt I'll be back.

Very clean… a little small but not expensive… nice bathrooms love the shower head in the bathroom (not old and rusted) … super awesome bed. Flat screen … controlled card doors. Parking put front. Private from Dundas… close to everything…

This place is great. Don't let the cheap price fool you. Wasn't expecting much the first time I went here. But it was very clean for the price and the owners and family were amazing. Been back 2 years.

Location was very handy to where we needed to be and very handy to gas stations, Walmart and stores. Rooms were just what we needed for a place to sleep, Not more, not less. Room was clean and mural on wall was very cool!

The customer service is poor. The place itself seems just fine, although you could get better value for your money elsewhere. The Wi-Fi isn't bad.

A good motel that offers free Wi-Fi and a light breakfast. However rates are on the higher side at times and room services are not so great.

Front desk was extremely friendly. Room was clean and the handpainted wall was pretty. They offer a few breakfast items, many may complain but I think the choices were fine. They offered bagels, bread, cereal and fruit. I had toast with strawberry jam both mornings and it hit the spot. It was also pretty quiet there. We were able to walk to a few places that we're in the surrounding area with no issue. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Look this is a cheep motel. Old school motel. If you don't expect this to be the Radisson. Or the Hilton but it's clean. This room has been recently renoed and the owners are doing other rooms one at a time. People working the front desk were polite and helpful.

Poor, poor customer service. The rudeness was spread amougnst all peoples employed here. It is the hotel / hospitality sector your being employed in. The Owner has his own seperate serious issues but it only takes the one to tarnish the bunch, and it is lies here, where I believe the employees have seen and learned't the craft of not being very hospitable.

My actual stay at the Knights Inn was fine. The room itself was fine. It was clean and a reasonable size. However when I checked into the hotel the owner was extremely difficult to understand due to accent. As well as just over all difficult. He is extremely rude, demanding, bossy, pushy and mean. He should not run a hotel considering he has horrible customer service skills. It's unfortunate that the owner is training his son to take over cuz one day he will be exactly like his father.

Friendly staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Booked online and it was simple! No credit card to reserve or a deposit. Very reasonable price. Breakfast was included too. Very quiet and property looks kept up :) I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

We never stayed there, however we live down the street from this establishment and we are getting married next month, my fiance dropped in there today to book several rooms for our out of town guests (10) who have waited to the last minute to decide they are staying over, the manager didn't have the time of day for him and completely blew him off, his son was very nice and offered to speak with him about how many rooms and the rates for multiple night stays for each guest. I suspect we'll be taking our business somewhere else because this manager has no business being in business. We were prepared to pay a $1, 000 deposit today to block the rooms for our event, there are 2 more motel's on that strip of Dundas that are thrilled to have our business and take our deposit.

WORST costumer service, made a reservation online it booked for today, called knights inn and explained my issue the manager told me no problem go back on the site and simple cancel. Went back online to cancel but wouldn't let me, it was to close to the check in time, called the manager back he was very rude and told me it was my stupidity for booking the wrong time and I had to deal with the charges. While all I wanted to do was move the date Very rude and unprofessional I was appalled when he told me he was the manager.

This is a reasonably good motel, for the price. My room was relatively spacious, although not as clean as it could be. The Wi-Fi didn't seem to work as well as at other similar motels. The other guests seemed a bit shady, although it was a Saturday night. I found the staff a bit intrusive. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus for this sort of place.

It was really a good experience. We friends were on a trip to london and we had one night stay here. The room was really well maintained. Beds were also very comfortable. They have a good Wifi connectivity. Staff was very friendly and the best thing is they have a very nice parking space. I would definately recommend this motel.

Me and my girlfriend spend the night in knights inn the price was super reasonable in a great location the room was clean and really nice I strongly recommend this to any one who's stopping by London.

Very clean and spacious. They had new appliances and new carpets when I stayed earlier this summer. I can tell the owners are really trying to make this place great. I had no issues and would stay here again.

Horrible customer service. I called on about their long-term rates (as advertised directly on their website) and was told they do not offer long-term rates as they are "full". I indicated I wanted to book the room for the beginning of April (it was mid February) and was told to call back at the end of March and he would know then if he had any rooms available. Needless to say, I will book my accommodations elsewhere.

Bicycle riders are not welcome. Refused while on a trans US tour. I do not know what the rooms are like.
