London Hotels

We stayed in a suite (with a kitchenette and living room area). The room was very spacious but looked and smelled very dated. We got a little jar of candy treats from the hotel, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet selection was good.

It is centrally located in the heart of downtown London. Very well kept rooms. Spacious and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and courteous. Thoroughly enjoy my stays there.

My wife and I just stayed here for our one-year anniversary, and I must say that it could not have been a better day. The staff were very welcoming and wished us a happy anniversary at every chance. We ate at the Grille restaurant in the hotel and the food was superb. The chef himself even came out to see how our meal was. I can not say enough good things about his lobster. Afterwards we went for a swim in the pool followed by cocktails in the Lounge. Great atmosphere and a very relaxing vibe.

Location was very convenient to downtown London. The hotel also has some memorabilia from when it was an armour, which was interesting. Rooms were spacious and recently renovated, but our room was in need of some repair (had a broken toilet paper holder). Interestingly enough our bathroom had 2 electrical outlets within an inch of each other. Breakfast was quite tasty, and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite.

This has been by far the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel. My teenage daughter had a scheduled surgery and we would be staying for a week. She has a little Yorkie and I was looking everywhere for doggy daycare so that her dog can be at the hotel for her recovery. On a whim, I contacted the hotel and asked if any staff member would be interested in dog sitting, they responded with an overwhelming yes and offered to care for him at the front desk. I was beyond ecstatic.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times. What a wonderful place to stay if you are in the London area! Excellent staff, well appointed rooms, beautiful grounds, lovely brunch. The fitness centre is dated but they have a great selection of equipment. Highly recommended for most travellers.

Nice place to stay. Quiet surroundings and friendly staff. 2 recommendations — more light in bathrooms and microwave in room. Other than that excellent stay.

No complaints. It's a dorm. Room and bathroom was very clean. There is nothing in kitchenette to use. There is microwave and Fridge.

Best value for your buck. Its better than a motel that's for sure.

I have only good things to say about our experience. Excellent value, beautiful room, friendly staff. Would stay again without question.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, great central location, close to downtown, the rooms are very unique, spacious and clean with full kitchen in most, funky decor and comfortable beds. All in all a great stay!

The rooms we clean and service was great! I have stayed there a couple times. They we're very friendly and super sweet. I gave it a four star because of the previous stay where they didn't get our rooms right and could not fix it and they were quite rude. This time they were nice and got their act together!

Pleasant stay. Chocolate walnut cookie was a nice touch upon check-in. The staff was friendly & professional — from the front desk to the restaurant, which by the way was very good; only had their buffet breakfast and was a great deal at $15. Only complaint about the room — the faucet was really stiff, took quite an effort just to get the water going. Toilet seat not secure, it would slide left and right while I was sitting on it. Minor inconveniences. Overall, a nice stay in a good location.

Traveling again after 2 years of lockdown. Fantastic to be back at the Idlewild. Staff is great, food is great, the hotel is wonderful.

An okay price for what you get. I stayed only one night in a single bed on the bottom floor and it was an alright stay — nothing special about the unit but nothing bad. Other tenants were nice. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. There is no ATM onsite but there are a few convenience stores in less than a 10 minute walk away from the motel.

Good service and good price. Wifi is good (as long as you're roomed near the office). Room was a little dirty and smelled funky but that was expected for the price.

Having a funeral to attend 4 hours from home I chose the Holiday Inn Express as it's name is well known. However I am on my second night here and have encountered the most courteous, kind, accommodating staff of anywhere I've ever stayed. The breakfast was full and fresh and I went down 20 minutes before they shut down. I had a noisey a/c unit that made my first night a little sleep deprived but when I told the staff they went up right away.

The hotel was great! Good location so we could walk to restaurants and Harris park for concerts. We arrived early and we were able to check in before the normal check in time. The staff working were very nice. We slept in and missed the breakfast and the front desk apologized for not serving breakfast past the normal time. Underground parking was a good feature to have in a busy city.

Compared to the guest house on the mount (where I usually stay) this place is great. Price is reasonable, and I have booked a smoking room which I had no idea what to expect. I walked In, room smelt way better than I expected. The room itself is a bit dated, but it was clean! Area is way more conveinient, and the staff are nice. I'll be staying here from now on for sure. Only thing is, Wi-Fi is slow. Accommodation is good, and it's a nice appealing hotel for the price.

Stayed there about a year ago room very very nice little small typical motol room I woken up by lod party room beside me couple of rock magicians you to band practice and motel room band called axis and aincr Chris Motionless a lead singer act the owner had him kicked out the middle of the night.

I stayed at this hotel because of a trip down to London to pick up my son and bring him back to Sudbury. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the Atrium/Pool area was very inviting. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. I have stayed at a Best Western before but have not been overly impressed. If I need to return to London, Ontario any time I will definitely consider this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Nice location and close to downtown. The rooms are clean, pillows fluffy, but we found the beds too firm. The pool area and slide are a lot of fun for the kids. The water is nice and warm. Staff were all very friendly. If you have a hard time sleeping with noise, bring a sound machine. At least our room, the door had wide gaps at edges that let sound travel in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast has a waffle maker and fresh fruit plus the usual continental fare. Very happy with everything and will stay there again.

Clean rooms. No smoking but close to outside for those who do. Good price. Just showed up got a room with deposit no credit card needed. Nice doors on first floor to go right to car for unpacking. Coffee/tea in room. Hot breakfast offered and family channel for kids. Lots of delivering restaurants or walk to ones nearby. Only thing missing a pool.

Very good service! Love that I always know what to expect when I go! Easy check in, and check out. The rooms are always clean and service is courteous.

Clean and quiet stay. We enjoyed the pool and slept well on our travels. Everything you would need as you’re passing though a city.

Nice hotel in a quaint little old feel town. The hotel goes out of its way to show gratitude for your visit and says that they are here to accomidate any of our needs during our stay and in the future. What a nice change to being treated as a dollar sign and having an employee named Wyatt raise his voice to me and tell me that because I had already checked out the the hotel was done with us and would not even bother to check for a lost item. This was another Ramada by Wyndam in Niagara Falls.

My stay was good it was clean the room was comfortable. It was in a convenient location and close to everything. It would have been perfect if it offered breakfast. My kids enjoyed being able to swim. The pool area was not well ventilated for sitting in and not swimming. The hot tub didnt work the entire visit, it was actually colder than the pool water. And we kept finding floating clumps of hair in the pool.

Service was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay there. Except the fact that I had to wait over 2 hours to finally get my room. I had already made reservations and I had paid for them and told them I needed it for 11 am and yet they still made me wait? I get it if I just walked in and asked for a room I can see my self waiting but not when I already booked and paid for it in advance and asked for a room by 11 am!? I would definitely go back there. And would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed overnight withy bridal party for my bachelorette party. We first got a smoking room not knowing how you would be, the room was terrible but the workers gave us a new better room without any fuss and didn't even charge for the upgrade. The location is awesome since the mall is right beside it. Beds were comfy and room was clean. I only wish they had better shampoo and had conditioner since I forgot mine but other than that, great experience.

Very accomidating staff. Comfortable and clean room. Nice clean pool. Lots of parking around entire property. Loved having good place to eat with reasonable prices on site (specials for dinner and breakfast great). Will definatly mark this as a stop from US to Toronto.

The manager/owner was very accommodating and gave us a great room. Half of a little house. It was awesome!

Was nervous booking because of the low price point on the rooms, however was pleasantly surprised how well maintained they were. My wife and I stayed in the executive suite with the heart shaped tub, the tub alone was worth the rental.
Being in pest control, I had my concerns about staying in the room however after a quick look over the room was pest free and was super clean.
This hotel made our trip to London easy and hassle free. We had an amazing time here.

Great place! Staff are absolutely top notch from when you arrive until when you leave. Friendly and very helpful. You genuinely feel like they care. The room was spacious and very well kept. Would highly recommend this spot if downtown London!

A lot nicer than the last time I was here 10 years ago. Good selection and nice staff.

A good place to accommodate yourself. Very near to tim Horton's. Customer service is also good. But sometimes I'm the room we found insects like grass hopers and all. Make sure you select the room on basis of smoking and non smoking one.

Good rooms, nice space and pretty much private all the time, perfect for 1-2 nights if the budget is small. Also has smoking option.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good. My kids loved making their own waffles in the morning. We were very happy with our stay.
