Our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Orillia was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were excellent—spotless, modern, and very comfortable.

This is the only hotel I book when I visit Orillia for work trips.

It's the best place to stay in the beach. It's right at the main end. The beach is right there. The rooms are fantastic. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of stuff in walking distance.

The room we stayed in was quite dated and could use some fixes. But it was right on the beach and had a nice pool.

Stayed here in a pinch due to a snowstorm during a work event. I was skeptical as many motel in Wasaga are … well… not great.

Second time here. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice modern shower and comfy towels. Bed comfortable with good pillows. Close to everything. Will stay again. Pleasant front desk, night and morning.

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and instantly make you feel pampered and comfortable.

Came here for my brother's hockey tournament and my whole family loves this hotel. Very clean. Would love to come again. Welcoming atmosphere and staff. Love the breakfast/lots of variety.

My wife. Son and I stayed 2 nights here on the weekend with his hockey team. We had a great time. Room was very clean. We used the Barbecues as well as fire pit.

Stayed here recently with my man and let me tell you, this is the best location in Wasaga with the likely highest per capita BBQ available per person of any motel / hotel in Canada.

This motel is in the perfect location if you're visiting base Borden. Rates were very reasonable with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, but a little dated.

Stayed here 3 nights for a hockey tournament. Great service. Hotel was full of hockey kids, and the staff and management treated them great.

We travelled to Midland by the end of June and we had a pleasant experience. We are a family of four plus a small pet and the room was spacious and clean.

Perfect one-night stay for our family on a ski trip. The pool was clean and the hottub provided a nice relaxing moment for us after a long day outdoors.

My husband and I stayed in room 401 last night as we had tickets to see a show at Rama. The check in process was seamless and the staff was friendly.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Staff was understanding for the most part that we were there for a hockey tournament. They were great on the Saturday night to accommodate some of the gang which was awesome.

We booked for a celebration party at Mountain Ash Farm and everything went perfectly. Pattie helped us locate some local vendors and let us tour the property before our event.

The place with that price was good, Breakfast was there. Room was decent.

Good experience for the price. The linens were clean, room was tidy though there was some minor previous damage. Received my $150 security deposit back without issue.

This is a budget friendly hotel, it is close to the Casino, 10-15 minute walk as the Casino driveway is long.

Service is friendly and efficient. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable and come with free Wi-Fi. There is a complimentary breakfast as well.

Our vehicle broke down near Barrie so we had it towed to the Honda dealer which is right near the Super 8. Service was amazing in helping us out as we had three little kids.

Very convenient location. It is next to all conveniences and shopping amenities. The room was clean and the bedding was very clean. The furniture was a bit deplatidated.

We've been going to Horseshoe for an annual ski trip with our neighbours for 4 years now, and we've never been disappointed.

So I skied at Horseshoe Feb 15th 2026. Last time I skied here was aprox 33 years ago.

Overall Rating.

My wife and I stayed in the Executive King Suite with hot tub. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and did a great job.

Diane and her staff were Wonderful when my husband and I stayed here.
I will recommend staying here while visiting Wasaga Beach 💜

Well another year in the books. I love coming here. Every year I come back and it keeps getting better. A big thank you to Diane and her staff, anything you need they are there.

Stayed here with our baseball team this past weekend and not one complaint from anyone! The owner went above and beyond expectations. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to wasaga.
