Super clean quiet great on site restaurant friendly staff.

My family and my self had the privilege of staying here for 4 days and I must say out of all the hotles in the Midland area this is one that sits on the top of the list. The kids had a great time swimming & playing at the the pool and so did us adults. :) Breakfast was awesome rooms were very clean and all the staff were very professional and seemed happy working at this amazing Hotel. Keep up the good work guys and we will be back soon… :) Best bang for your buck.

I attended a wedding here. It was pretty awesome. The room was large enough to accommodate a great number of people. Well kept and clean overall. Swimming pool and other amenities in the building. Also, very friendly staff.

We had cancelled our reservation which was booked online through a third party, however for some unknown reason that third party didn't end up cancelling our reservation. We noticed a credit card charge and tried to resolve the matter with the third party but had a very difficult time getting though to one of their agents. I decided to call the hotel direct, and Sandra the agent who I spoke with was amazing. I explained to her what had happened and that we come up to Midland every summer, but had to change our travel plans this year, so I cancelled 4 weeks prior using the third party mobile app to which I had done so before without ever a problem. Sandra said she would look into it for me, and call me back. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from Sandra, even though she could not confirm an online cancellation via the third party, she decided to refund us back the 1st night stay, which we would have been charged as full rate as a no show. Sandra went above and beyond, and for this my family appreciated it very much. Needless to say, we will be staying at the QUALITY INN, the next time we are up in midland. Thanks Sandra awesome customer service!

Stayed for a week. Only issue we had was the air conditioning didn't stay at set temperature and would rise within a few hours so room would get hot (room was facing the pool). Spoke with manager and he offered discount and another room. We chose to stay in room as we didn't want to have to repack and possibly have same issue in another room. They provided a fan to us which helped and we just kept adjusting the AC for the remainder of the week. The pool and hot tub were great! The room was clean and the cleaning staff were amazing and friendly! The breakfast was good and was actual food. Not just coffee and a muffin. Besides that one issue with the AC, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!

The rooms are average hotel rooms. Fine, clean. The smell in the lobby was wonderful. There were fresh roses in cases. My only complaint was the Female bartender was talking to 2young men at the bar. She was using the F word as if it was an adjective! And she was loud! The lobby area is big and I was checking in. I said to the woman checking me in… wow your bartender has a nice mouth. She agreed with me. Im not a pride and use the F word as well… BUT NEVER IN A PUBLIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. And maybe not as much as she did. May be she should look at getting hired at some filthy back lane pub, might be more appropriate.

Location is good — only a 2 minute drive to Midland Town centre, and a few minutes walk to a shopping plaza with shops and a few restaurants / cafes. It does look a bit dated, but bed was clean and comfortable and staff were wonderful. Internet was broken, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. Pool / hot tub area was a bonus — I used both during my stay. Breakfast was included, although nothing to shout home about. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay, the room was spacious and very clean. The washroom sink area have alittle bit of mold, but besides that, the washroom was very tidy. Once you enter the hotel, the place is very elegant, staff are friendly. The pool was amazing, even enjoyed the hot tub! The breakfast was excellent and fresh and always refilled. I would definately revisit and recommend the stay!

Very nice hotel. Staff were very nice. Rooms are large and clean (room 373). Breakfast was quite nice but heavy on the carbs as most are. No bacon, almost gave it a one-star because of this! Just kidding. Not sure what the sausage was, but it wasn't sausage. Lots of fillers I think. But hey, it was included in the price.

Let's say that the Wi-Fi does not go everywhere in the hotel, the rooms are very clean the service is excellent parcontre and its very quiet.

A great place to stay on a budget! My boyfriend and I came to midland in the off season and had a great stay. Not far from the Wye Marsh and the hub of downtown, the Quality Inn in Midland is a great option. Clean, friendly service, and a good quality hot breakfast buffet included in your stay are just some of the things you can expect to find here. While some of the rooms need a little TLC, they are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking to come to Midland!

It was an acceptable stay. The room was clean but the furniture seemed very very outdated. Breakfast was very good, better than the other hotels of the same quality.

Stayed there March 24th and left unhappy. Stayed there the year before and had a nice time but not this time. A group of adults where getting drunk in the hot tub, with glass liquor bottles. Their children where all in the pool horsing around. They where throwing and pushing each other and splashing a lot of water out of the pool. The parents just ignored the issues and kept drinking. I went to the front desk to inform them of what was going on at the pool. The lady said “I told them 30 minutes ago they can’t do that”. Nothing was done after I spoke with the front desk because shortly after 10pm when the pool closes, I watched the adults leaving the pool area with bottles in hand and stumbling about. For the next 2 hours we had to listen to kids running up and down the hall while playing hockey. We called corporate office on Monday and waiting for a follow up.

I liked staying here. Restaurant was very enjoyable, pool was refreshing. Breakfast was hot and you had a assortment of things to choose from. Also have a waffel machine.

The gourmet meat was unbelievable. Best meal and menu I've had in a long time. Service was perfect. Brought out on the best timing. The entertainment was Chris an accoustic guitar with the right songs at the right volume. The Library restaurant is my every two week destination. Loved it.

I've attended this conference centre for a charity event. The venue has a great layout and can accommodate for a large number of guests. The food was great and the audio video setup was good as well. My only knock is the parking lot setup isn't the greatest in winter time. I would recommend this venue for any big event. (wedding, concert, gala, etc)

Although building is a bit dated, it is a great set up. Must have been beautiful in the past. Pool was great and perfectly situated to have a view of the kids in an open, bright setting. Nice breakfast and space to socialize. Thanks!

Had a really nice stay there. Great amenities like pool hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was really good. Really attentive staff who gave us an extra bed quickly when we asked for one. Room have to be updated because the ac did not have a remote so had to keep getting up to change it.

People are very kind. Rooms clean. Internet is amazing. Pool is cool. Great stuff to do. Good breakfast.

Best breakfast in Midland. The restaurant is extreemly clean and the service is great. Lunch time fish and chips are great and prime rib for dinner is real treat too.

Hockey tournament in town so carpets were dirty. Dead flowers in pots out front door. These should have been pulled out a month ago. Check-in was speedy as was checking out. Breakfast was typical for free breakfast but no yogurt unless depleted from hockey tournament kids. Hot foods were replenished in timely manner. Did not use the pool although kids were constantly in it.

Do not believe the website pictures! this hotel is a scam. It is old and mouldy (ceiling has mould marks). It smells like cigarettes and strong chemical cleaners. Room is out dated with gnats flying every where, molded ceiling and slimy bath tubs. Pool is in the center Court where every one can see and take a peek of you. Pools itself is dirty and hot tub smells like old sewer and is moldy green in colour. Free breakfast is made of unidentified meat disguised as " sausage". One waffle maker for over 30 people takes a very long wait for waffles. Old bread. Over all I will not return to this disgusting hotel.

My husband our dog and myself checked into this hotel. What a disgusting room we got. The curtains and windows are very dirty, the room was just not clean. It smelled unclean so we put the fan on and I sprayed body spray I had from Bath and body works. I went to the front desk to tell them I was changing our check out date. We were to stay for 3 nights. We could barely put in one night. She said ok, it is done. I asked are you not even going to ask why, she said no it happens all the time. Later in the afternoon we were sitting outside and 2 police cars arrive to the door next to us, great this place is not even safe. To get ice we had to go to the main building, I guess because we had a dog we are not good enough to stay there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are not pleasant at all. They sure do not go beyond anymore then they think they have to. My husband and I both work with clients in our business and this is something that would no be tolerated at all and nor would we ever think about treating anyone like we have been treated at this Quality Inn.

The service was great, very friendly and professional staff! I was ate at tge associated Library Restaurant, which had awesome food and a great atmosphere! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Please book at the hotel directly as central reservations made a critical error on our booking. Fido needed a place to stay with us fir the night and central was told about our pet. Got to the hotel to find out that there was only one smoking room left. We do not smoke. The hotel manager was great in accommodating our situation and we got a room for the night. She saved us from hunting fir a room late at night for us and our pet. Over all stay was good.

Booked room days ahead. Got there walking with cane and was given a room two floors down from main; no elevators! Room was terrible, bed covered in extremely wrinkled sheets and imagine rectangular pillows into a square… just shoved in. I paid for queen they gave double. Went back up to request a different room at which point in the middle of dealing with clerk she started to deal with a new client. I had to interrupt and say "you need to finish with me before serving a new client. This clerk couldn't not even make full sentences when speaking. Head spinning because she had to do some actual thinking. Now, let get on to attire… shirt half tuck, dirty and don't think she knew how to use an iron. No pride to wear a proper crisp shirt. Appearance and professionalism completely unacceptable. Left a white mens shirt behind because mind was on an unfortunate event … the shirt just vanished, they claim there was nothing left in the room! Called twice because first time they never return my call with an answer. Who know maybe that clerk will be wearing it so she can look proper on her next shift! Breakfast was terrible. Same food both days and dry. Obviously management like other hotels owned by Indie don't know what quality is. It's all about the money. They might want to open their wallets and not leave one person to clean thirty room within a short period of time.

Very decent place. Been coming here for about 5 years. Cool indoor pool in a courtyard setting. Breakfast is included and they have a great selection. Close to downtown Midland. Straight down King st and you're at the Marina. We find it central to many things in the area. Reasonably priced, we'll keep coming back.

Great location, nice pool, decent breakfast offering. Hotel was a bit old and dusty but clean, rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly. Internet had major problems on our visit, but manager was there looking into it and resetting the connection. They had it back up and running in no time. I would go back again. Free parking and close to restaurants.

Great rooms, great service, and the breakfast was good. They helped my family out in a pinch for finding a lodging to stay at. They knew what we needed and helped wonderfully.

Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and served piping hot.

The unique building made my stay memorable. The pool/breakfast area is a wonderful place to spend time. The room was also nice and very clean. Some parts of the room could use some updating. I appreciated the ice cold bar fridge and ample towels.

While the hotel is slightly dated the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was great and it'd very good value. Doors and walls are a little thin so you may hear noise from the hallways. Loved the pool and atrium area!

Went to a Christmas shopping event. Lots of beautiful displays and was nice to meet some community vendors.

When we first checked in for some reason they had us down for a smoking room when we did not want that. They were able to switch our room to a non smoking but that put us in the motel part. The motel part is nice it's clean and very quiet and the staff at the motel are very friendly. The pool area of the hotel is also very nice.

Use to stay frequently for business. Rooms ok. Service in need of much improvement! Firstly, double booked my room and then charged my personal credit card for stay when they should have billed my company. Called to have reversed and not even an apology! BW lost a loyal customer today.

Parking lot was icy and was complained about multiple time and wasn't fixed. Know of a person who slipped and fell, went to hospital. Second bed dirty in friends room, wasn't changed between guests (fresh makeup on sheets). Shower not cleaned in my room, blood on shower curtain. Curtain was old and worn. Update: spoke to management and they shared their plan to address all issues. Did not deny or ignore any concerns. Bad experience, but ultimate response was positive.

The continental breakfast was simply gross. Thankfully there was enough juice there to tide me over, as the eggs were rubbery, and the waffle maker (which has a built-in timer) under-cooked the waffles severely. The internet connection sucked, and I was able to get a better connection through my phone. :/ Also, they like to close the restaurant early, so be ready to walk across the street for some food.

Was suprised how nice this hotel was, considering it's location. Rooms are much nicer than common areas, but the place is quirky enough to be liked. Lucky Charms in the continental breakfast? That gets one extra point :) 7/10.

Very, very friendly people. I drove up with my motorhome late in the evening and asked if I can park it in their parking lot overnight (not exactly the type of visitor a hotel is hoping for). Sure, I was told, but, they apologized, that they can't help me with an electrical hook up. I went to their restaurant and had a very yummy, well prepared meal and a nice cold beer. Server was super friendly too. Thank you for your hospitality.

Finally some one know what really hospitality means, I am really pleased with the service of this hotel. Good Luck.
