I have had the chance to stay at every hotel & motel in the Midland area and the Kings Inn is in my top 3. Great family run business clean rooms and amazing staff. Also the price is right. Keep up thegood work guys see you soon.

I reserved my room after hours. The room was clean and in very good condition; the room also looked recently renovated; Price was excellent. I will definitely be renting a room again in the near future.

Stayed 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) ; very quiet, clean but dated room. Great shower head. All you really need.

Motel well isolated from the road and very accessible. Very close to the city centre and very quiet. Very good equipment, efficient air conditioning and no noise. Very welcome.

Nice setting with gardens, BBQ and patio sets in the back. Nicely renovated rooms. Owners provide great service and very friendly.

For what they charge, I would explore other options. Exactly what you would expect. No available non-smoking rooms. Can tell the shower was remodeled with in the last 5 years, the rest of the place has it's original carpet from the late 70s, early 80s.

We have stayed here on two separate occasions now it's a great place to stay very reasonable.

I made a reservation under my name on behlaf of someone else. But apparently whoever makes the reservation should be the person to check-in and stay at the motel…

Decent motel. Good value for the rates paid.

This is exactly what I"m looking for in an economy hotel but rarely find. Cheap; quiet; clean; efficient and friendly service.

Nothing fancy but clean, nice tv, mini fridge and microwave.

This is a great place to stay. Ann and I have stayed here several times. The owners are great people. They keep an eye out to make sure there aren't problems during your stay.

A clean room for not much money. Beds are hard, but ok for one or two nights. Extremely no frills.

Had to get a smoking room and ya it smelt like smoke for when I first walked in. Got use to it though, not really going to put a strike on them for that. Other than that its a nice place to lay your head and get some sleep.

It was clean, beds were comfy but they jacked the price from 70 a night to 103 for the weekend.

I came here late tonight for the first time and well greeted. The room is clean but most of all peaceful.

Awesome friendly owner. Clean room, spacious, ample parking, would definitely stay again when coming back to town.

Staff at check in was very nice. Room was ok, clean but just ok. We stayed 2 nights and were a tad distraught when we realized the sheets weren't changed from one night to the next. Also my mother in law tried to have a bath and there isn't a plus for the tub so we had to use a face cloth.

Perfect spot for us to stay and enjoy Midland and surrounding area! Friendly clean and priced right. If we come back to Midland this will be our first choice!

I've never been here except when I put a new roof on the building. The owner was real friendly.

This is a great place to stay. We've been staying there each spring for several years. The owners are fantastic. Very friendly and really want people to enjoy their stay.

Stayed for 2 nights — rooms where very clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to everything and easily found our way back at the end of the day. When we checked in — early — our room was ready. Gentleman at the front desk — Jaz — asked about our stay and recommended a few locations to visit, how to get there and the best time to go. By the way he was right on the mark. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kings Inn.

The Kings inn is a nice place. Fridge and microwave in the room. Instant coffee included. Tim's right there. Great staff. Clean room. There are non smoking rooms and smoking rooms. Friendly staff take time to explain the sights to be seen in town. Well worth the money.

The only thing royal about the Kings Inn is the name — the motel itself is a dump. Wedged between two businesses and a major roadway the motel is noisy at all hours. The motel itself is old and tired, the sheets have yellowed with age, and the stench of cigarettes hangs in the air — each room does come with an ashtray perched on the window seal outside the door. The most recent updates appear to have consisted of the instillation of a new refrigerator and microwave in each room — nice but not sufficient. I left after 20 minutes to find alternate lodging even if that mean sleeping in my car — the Kings Inn is a pit and I recommend avoiding staying there at all cost.
