Extremely friendly fly and helpful couple at check in. I stayed in room 124 which is separate from the rest of the motel. Very large and spacious, with 2 queen beds. You could easily fit a play pen and an air mattress on the floor of you were travelling with children. Impeccably clean, with a kitchenette and bathroom. Great view of the lake in the daylight. Style is a bit outdated but I find the blast to the past fun; my kids were particularly excited about the blue bathtub!

Spacious room, clean, big quiet lawn with picnic tables and barbecues for guests. Owners friendly and accommodating. Room smelled of stake cigarette smoke and we couldn't turn the heat off (we were told at check-out we should've called the office).

First room they tried to give me smelled like overwhelming vomit odor. Second room they tried to give me you could hear the occupant cough clear as day through the wall, third room they gave me the mattress was hard as a rock and it was literally a scene out of a 70's crime drama where hookers bring their tricks to the exact kind of room it was. DON'T STAY HERE it's a dump. There are other options literally on the same street that have been renovated and you can haggle for a better price.

Terrible hotel, everything old, bathroom broken the floor makes noise and the internet is super slow and the room smells bad.

It cost 10.00 more than their website said it would. If another customer flushes and you're in the shower, you're going to be scalded.

It is an inexpensive motel. But the new owners try to keep it clean for the most part. A lot of undesirable people rent there. If you ask me there's too many long-term people there.

We were at the motel in aug. Room was clean but smelled rally bad. We went out for a bit and when we came back there was a cockroach on the desk we informed the owner and leftwe will not be go back there or refer them to anyone.

Stayed here a couple years ago. Price of course was great, but, I paid for it. Rooms were musty and old smelling Ended up with bed bug bites all over my body the next morning. Never going there again.

Rustic but well maintained old motel. Very clean room. Nice view across Little Lake. Very reasonably rates.

110 plus taxes for a room was overpriced but we booked last minute and this was the only room available. For some reason the price was double the regular price. Non smoking room smelled like smoke because the rooms on either side of us were smoking. The wall outlets need to be replaced. Our phone chargers kept falling out. They really need to update this motel. We have 2 more visits to Midland and we will be staying elsewhere.

Service was good, stay was nice and friendly.

Place is haunted TV turns on by itself noises, never again.
