The room was very simple but very clean and comfortable. The beds were great with nice pillows and bedding. Loved the little gift corner in the main office and we spent money there.

Nice weekend first time with others. Owners are fantastic people. Stayed in a cabin which was nice. Nothing fancy but we loved it. Wish the bed was more comfortable and a king.

What a great little vacation. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool was amazing always found room. Highly recommend.

Our teenage daughter and friends stayed a few days and felt very safe in this motel.

Had a fantastic stay here, rooms were just as pictured. The staff was great, the rooms and bathroom were clean and loved the patio. Close to the beach and river.

Coming from Moncton NB for business and pleasure. Wasaga Beach is jaw droppingly beautiful. My stay at Oasis on The Bay is already memorable on day one.

We had a great 2 day stay here. The owners greeted us when we drove in, asked us numerous times if we needed anything. The room was super clean, ours had a kerieug machine.

If we could do 10 stars we would. What a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are extremely clean, the exterior is so cute and fits the vibe of a nice beach vacation.

Hotel owners are very friendly. The motel is about 10 min walk from beach which saves you the 20$ to 30$ parking at the beach.

A very successful family vacation. Well located, everything is within walking distance (7 minutes to the beach with children). The double room was a bit small but functional.

This motel is in the perfect location if you're visiting base Borden. Rates were very reasonable with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, but a little dated.

Verry large rooms and all the comfort of home. Friendly staff perfect place for a pit stop or a weekend of travel.

Attended a wedding at the Belcroft Estate. Nothing around the area other than this property. Did not want to go to Barrie. When I saw the pictures and read some reviews. Decided to give it a chance.

Absolutely perfect! Location was ideal for a hockey tourney in New Tecumseth. Room was spotless and the full kitchen was a major bonus.

Exceeded expectations. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Amenities worked well: mini fridge, hair dryer, shower, internet.

Great place to stay at a very reasonable rate. Cleanliness is over and above what you would expect for the price. You can tell the owner cares about the place.

The hotel was very reasonable and close to where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

We had a great stay at the Super 8 Midland while in town for a youth lacrosse tournament.
The online check-in process and text message communication made everything incredibly easy.

Rooms are clean. Right in the township by the lake, shopping etc. And close driving distance from Casino Rama!

Room was small, bed was comfy. The fridge was bigger than most hotels I’ve been to and there was a microwave which was great.

Very nice place to stay if you visiting Wasaga Beach. The room is clean and it is very close to major attractions. Plus is also has a pool.

Very clean, quiet, family oriented, and safe. Excellent salt-water pool. Staff are very helpful, eager to meet needs. 10 min walk to main beach, 5 min from Walmart and few places to eat.

This was a great place to stay, The room was clean and bed comfortable Great veiw of the beach was seen. The owners were very accomadating and pleasant to deal with.

We’ve been coming here for many years to participate in the Wasaga Beach triathlon and always stay in this motel. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay.

The room was very nice and clean. The cost was more than I expected. I booked through a 3rd party and According to the owner it costs more then the 3rd said because I booked with the 3rd party.

Good, comfortable room with great budget friendly price.
Great place for stay.

Diane and her staff were Wonderful when my husband and I stayed here.
I will recommend staying here while visiting Wasaga Beach 💜

Well another year in the books. I love coming here. Every year I come back and it keeps getting better. A big thank you to Diane and her staff, anything you need they are there.

The location and pool are certainly a hit as is the superior customer service. Basic clean rooms, with fridge, microwave, towels, a/c. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during the Labour day weekend with my pup. Rooms were clean and as advertised. Property was clean and was very quiet at night.

Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. The properties history dates back to the 1917 which is cool.

Great place for a night of stay cozy and comfortable matress greatest night of sleep, beautiful shower compared to most hotels I stay in and everything is very clean, honestly dont really understand

We are still currently staying here and we can say Tony is beyond Kind-Hearted and the friendliness!

We ate at Yes taco, did not stay at the motel. This rating is ONLY for the Yes Taco restaurant. It was fantastic authentic Mexican food with a great server.

The owners are so so friendly and helpful. King size bed was so comfortable. My husband and I both enjoyed our 2 night stay. Clean and quiet. Close to eateries, could sit outdoors and relax.

Had an awesome stay at Knights Inn in Midland. A very friendly, hardworking family that manages this hotel and they were so welcoming upon our arrival.

Good motel self but lacks service you have to do your own cleaning and ask for what u need other than that it's ok.

This place is wonderful! We stayed here for a couple nights with our dog. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

A solid-choice for a budget friendly stay. The room is clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a stay. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient.

Owners are hands on staff and very helpful. I know quite a few who have been staying at this motel. The owners are good. They run the business and they do stuff on the motel on their own.

The location is amazing walking distance to both the beach and town! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic location and space. Management were very friendly and made the process/experience fantastic.
3 bedroom cabin provided the perfect amount of space and the location couldn’t be better.

The services were good, nice and quiet. The rooms, though, were little run down. Cracks/chips in the walls. A big crack in the washroom mirror.

At first glance, it looks a little bit shady, but the service was awesome. The manager was great. Clean and comfortable.
I'll stay there again.

Staff was incredibly friendly and our room was clean and spacious. Super grateful that we were able to get a spot so last minute on a busy weekend.

I stayed at this motel I absolutely loved my stay. The manager is very accommodating, and sweet. All the staff are absolutely amazing people. They made me feel like home away from home.

I remember staying here when I was a little girl and having a very nice time. The rooms are cozy and big enough to fit my family it was right on the beach and the staff are very kind.

One of the cleanest, nicest places I have seen in a long time.
