We stayed hear last night had a wonderful stay. We came to ice fish across the road and it was a great location. Beds are comfy and check in was easy. Staff is great and very friendly.

Stayed overnight to attend a show at Casino Rama which was a short drive. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View is amazing. Beautiful long sunset! Reasonable price. Very quiet.

It's the best place to stay in the beach. It's right at the main end. The beach is right there. The rooms are fantastic. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of stuff in walking distance.

The room we stayed in was quite dated and could use some fixes. But it was right on the beach and had a nice pool.

My stay was a great experience!
The suite was very clean with more than enough towels and toiletries for one person.
Most importantly I really appreciated the well lit parking space.

I loved staying here! I came with family and the 2 bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. It was just like living in a mini house with the kitchen and fridge and the living room.

The staff person on duty when I checked in has a super warm personality, made me feel like family. You can tell the owners have strong values. The room was spotless and comfortable. We'll be back!

This motel is in the perfect location if you're visiting base Borden. Rates were very reasonable with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, but a little dated.

Verry large rooms and all the comfort of home. Friendly staff perfect place for a pit stop or a weekend of travel.

Stayed here 3 nights for a hockey tournament. Great service. Hotel was full of hockey kids, and the staff and management treated them great.

We travelled to Midland by the end of June and we had a pleasant experience. We are a family of four plus a small pet and the room was spacious and clean.

Modern rooms with USB charging and Netflix. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. There is food within walking distance. Nice place to take a nap if you need one while on the road.

Queen size bed room was very cozy with a small sofa and mini tub. Very clean and up to date.

We came to Orillia to attend the 2025 Classic Car Show. Maples 🍁 Motel close to all the action. Our room was comfortable, clean. Adequately supplied with all that we needed.

I needed somewhere to stay while my house was being finished.
I wanted a safe, clean, reasonably priced accommodation for the month of September and that's exactly what Motel 400 delivered.

The room was very nice and clean. The cost was more than I expected. I booked through a 3rd party and According to the owner it costs more then the 3rd said because I booked with the 3rd party.

Good, comfortable room with great budget friendly price.

Well another year in the books. I love coming here. Every year I come back and it keeps getting better. A big thank you to Diane and her staff, anything you need they are there.

Stayed here during the Labour day weekend with my pup. Rooms were clean and as advertised. Property was clean and was very quiet at night.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We had a blast in the heated pool, and the staff were amazing. We will definitely be back before summer ends!

We ate at Yes taco, did not stay at the motel. This rating is ONLY for the Yes Taco restaurant. It was fantastic authentic Mexican food with a great server.

Just came back from staying here, the rooms are clean n spacious, the owner was very friendly n kind. Its n walking distance to beach n grocery store.

The owners are so so friendly and helpful. King size bed was so comfortable. My husband and I both enjoyed our 2 night stay. Clean and quiet. Close to eateries, could sit outdoors and relax.

Very nice place to stay if you visiting Wasaga Beach. The room is clean and it is very close to major attractions. Plus is also has a pool.

Very clean, quiet, family oriented, and safe. Excellent salt-water pool. Staff are very helpful, eager to meet needs. 10 min walk to main beach, 5 min from Walmart and few places to eat.

Good motel self but lacks service you have to do your own cleaning and ask for what u need other than that it's ok.

This place is wonderful! We stayed here for a couple nights with our dog. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this motel I absolutely loved my stay. The manager is very accommodating, and sweet. All the staff are absolutely amazing people. They made me feel like home away from home.

The services were good, nice and quiet. The rooms, though, were little run down. Cracks/chips in the walls. A big crack in the washroom mirror.

At first glance, it looks a little bit shady, but the service was awesome. The manager was great. Clean and comfortable.
I'll stay there again.
