3rd year in a row booking here and have never had an issue. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are very friendly. I don’t think a paying guest should have to pay for parking though,
Or at least only charge us half the price since we are renting rooms.

We have the hotel room booked from 30/10 to 7/11 and are unable to change hotels unfortunately.
I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel and here is why 1. The price of parking is $18 plus tax a day so be prepared for that on top of the $5 service fee
2. The pool, fitness area and breakfast are no longer available
And
3. For our week stay we have currently been put in 3 different rooms 1 being a scheduled change as they are not coming in to rooms due to covid, that's fine. The other change in rooms was due to absolute FILTH we found in our room such as (but not limited to) ;
— thumbtack on the floor
— mould and mildew in the shower
— pee on the base of the toilet
— mould in the jacuzzi tub
— a pair of men's dirty, smelly silk boxers
— dust everywhere
— dirty fridge
— old cup marks on the side table feat. Spill down the side The 3rd room we were moved in to which they promised that their "head housekeeper" double checked also had:
— mildew in the shower
— pee around the base of the toilet
— mould on the jacuzzi
— dust everywhere A shame since they pride themselves in being clean and safe during covid Asked if they could take a night off our bill, they said no but took off 3 days parking and gave us a $10 bottle of wine and dollar store cups.

Everything about the hotel for me is good except for the charge for parking which was not communicated before getting there.

We found bed bug on the pillow and they didn't want to repay for the night before bring in an exterminator and they said he would do it in two days. Bed bugs can spread very quickly especially since they have carpet everywhere. This is disgusting and a very bad customer service. We show pictures and videos at the manager and he don't care at all! He said to us that we could be the ones who bring the bug to his hotel! We try to keep calm but went he became arrogant this way we were very upset, that's not acceptable.

Nice rooms, newly renovated, great staff very friendly & helpful & made lots of great suggestions for things to do & places to go. Has an arcade for kids, or the kid at heart, with a pool table. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

We booked a reservation on Expedia. Didn't see anything about a deposit. We go to this hotel he tells us that our reservation wasn't held because our deposit didn't go through. Then tells us all the extra fees we would have to pay for parking $20 a night. Dogs $25 each a night. So we went elsewhere only to get charged on our credit card two days later.

It is great here rooms are perfect.

I have been staying here when it was the Super 8, for many years and loved it … now since the Ramada has taken over it’s been going down hill… the pool looks like the water needs to be cleaned desperately, even though I’m told it’s the tiles that make it that colour; I suggested they change the tiles in the hot tub section then as it looks clear and clean.
the air conditioner in our room turns on and off every 5 minutes so it is very hot in our room, in the middle of the summer and our KING SIZE room is just a bed in what feels like should have been a closet … there’s no seating area as most hotels usually have… we have no fitted sheet on our bed so as you roll you pull the flat sheet off completely. And when I went down to complain at the front desk all she offered me was free parking …
I asked for a number to head office and I was give the number of their director. When you call it, to directs you back to the front desk …
I will be discussing my full money back when I go down to check out. For now I write this, sitting on the edge of the bed as my boyfriend sleeps, because the only other place to sit in this room is the toilet. SUPER DISAPPOINTED, after all these years we won’t be back …

I would never recommend this place. My daughter who just turned 18 had plans to stay here one night when an energency came up and they could not make it. They called TO CANCEL 2 days before they were suppose to go and the still charged my daughter FULL PRICE. I explained the emergency and they would NOT budge. And under the cercumstances of the emergency they should hsve been a bit nicer then they were. VERY RUDE! emergency 's happen! I realize they had the cancellation agreement and I guess my daughter has now learned her lesson on reading the fine print but you think they would at least giver a break and charge maybe half instead of the full price. I'm sure this hotel could have filled the room in no time at all. I'm sure they make a hell of a lot more money to be able to spare the cost of an emergency on two young girls. The way they handled this situation was just wrong. Absolutely WRONG the way that person talked to me on the phone. NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVER! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!

Have stayed at Ramada’s in the past and have had good experiences. But this location, was horrible. Our room was crawling with ants, it was unclean, there was blood on our sheets. Indoor pool had clumps of hair and bugs floating around. Would highly recommend to others not to waste there money here.

Google needs to add an option for zero stars. Booked romantic king with jetted tub for 2 nights. On arrival, sent us to a standard 2 queen room. Back to lobby to get right. Bait and switch — wanted to put us in 2 queen with jacuzzi because no Kings available and the manager actually said it was "the same thing". I said no it's not. There is a reason I booked a king. They told they would move us following day. Kinda stuck so we took the room. Jetted tub was accurate name. Sounded like 747 at take off. Not very romantic. Following day we opted to drop the jet airplane tub and just get a standard king. They put us in a different zip code. We questioned it, "so we have to schlep our stuff down to the lobby from one tower and then up a different tower to the room? " The clerk then put us in a room across the hall. Smallest room I ever saw with a king bed shoehorned into it. You literally had to go outside to change your mind but it sure made the TV look huge.

Great place. Whirlpool room was awesome! AC VERY FRESH. Really enjoyed coming back to the room after the day was done. Clean. Bed was nice, not loud if u know what I mean. Had to wait 25 minutes for the room to be cleaned tho but it's all good.

Clean, basic hotel. Formerly Super 8 which makes it hard to find online or on GPS. Beds comfortable, staff friendly. Rooms including bathroom were decent size. Great AC unit. Lots of parking. Our van was broken into in the back parking lot but nothing was taken besides a bag of take out food. Small arcade located inside as well as gift shop. Check in/checkout was a breeze. Would stay again if we were in the falls.

Those who say the place is horrible likely have unrealistic expectations of a 5 star experience. It's 16.99 for an adult supper buffet, get realistic here. The food was pretty good, the staff was pleasant. My family all enjoyed themselves as they knew going in what to expect, but even so we're surprised at how good the food actually tasted. You get more than what you pay for.

It's actually changed name to a Ramada now. Enjoyed stay, nice room, great AC which as it was 32 outside was a relief. They do charge a cad (think) tourism charge that goes in their own pockets rather than the tourist fee added onto price displayed in shops but I knew this in advance. A easy walk to the falls around 20 minutes. There is a bus that stops right outside which you can buy a day or 3 day pass but didn't bother as I enjoyed the walk. Would enjoy a return visit. No meals but no hardship as lots of places nearby. Word of warning Canadians have a funny idea of making tea and it's impossible to find a bag of sugar.

The room was OK. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or arcade room b/c of my family leaving the hotel only 4 hrs after arriving. The room had a musty, damp smell and after checking the beds we found a dead bug on one bed on mattress cover and black debris in all the creases which led me to believe it was or wasn't bedbugs. Whatever it was, it was gross to look at and I didn't want to sleep there. So, we did get a refund and left. The staff were very friendly which made the ordeal a bit easier. After complaining through Travelocity I received an email from the hotel staff (perhaps the Mgr) which you said I was harsh in my comments, I know what I saw, my husband saw it as well as my 16vyear old daughter. I wouldn't lie about this and make my family leave in such a hurry. Then after telling me the hotel is fine and other customers are happy you try to apologize and offer us to come back. I don't think so. A straight apology without making me feel like I made this up would have been sufficient. I don't recommend it, and if you do try it out inspect your room.

I rarely write a review but when I checked out, I decided to write a review about this hotel. In short, excellent staff. Hey you're not in a 5 stars hotel, however, what's for sure is that you will get a 5 stars staff treatment. Very helpful, especially Tim, the shift manager. The hotel is very clean. It's excellent for the price. They give you discounts on nearby restaurants. The swimming pool is super clean (too much chlorine) but it's alright. Very accessible to the falls, less than 5 minutes driving. The kids enjoyed the pool and the arcades.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Not in Niagara falls but close enough to make it worth your while to drive an extra 5 miles. The hotel has an indoor pool as well as some fitness center. They have a few lots to park in as well, with a bunch of food options near you.

City view was amazing, especially at night. Room was impeccable. Clean, spacious and quiet. The perfect room for couples. Within walking distance to an I hope and close to Tim Hortons. The falls is about a 15 min walk away. Service was exceptional and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Stayed here many times. Decent prices and good amenities. There is a small fitness room, a small arcade, and a pool with a hot tub. Pool is not the biggest and is a bit on the cool side but works just fine, especially on hot days. Rooms are of a good size and bathrooms have fans that turn on with the lights. The showers have good pressure and the t. V. Has cable with many channels. Definitely recommend.

I really liked the hotel. Rooms were reasonably priced and very good size. Loved that they had refrigerators in the rooms. I was disappointed there was not a safe in the rooms. My biggest complaint was that we found headphones that did not belong to either one of us in between the sheets and the comforter. When we brought it to the front desks attention they seemed as though they could care less. Some of the front desk clerks had horrible attitudes and I saw them countless times being rude to customers.

We love coming to Super 8. Tim the manager is amazing and always makes sure our stay is enjoyable/comfortable. We are a family if 5 with a toddler and we get the 2 queen beds with Jacuzzi room (very spacious). This time around I found the pool colder then usual and the hot tub to hot but that wont turn me away from this hotel. I read someone wrote the hotel does not have conditioner, we always pack our own shower stuff anyway no matter what hotel we go too. If you stay here be sure to order from wings&things, their food is amazing. I suggest calling in your order as they are alittle slow in the store front at taking customer orders but answer take out orders right away.

Based on things I had read, I was expecting better. I found the staff friendly, room was spacious, and I appreciated having a fridge, however that is probably the only positives I can come up with. The pool was very small compared to how it looked in the photos, and it was packed, this was the first time we felt we couldn't use the pool in our hotel. The rooms are very dated, dingy, and felt dirty. Our lamps were wobbly and one didn't work, which made an already poorly lit room worse. Also the neighborhood was sketchy. Farther away from the attractions than it sounds too, to get to anything good is at least a 15 minute walk and I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking around there after dark anyway. Not at all what I was expecting. I'll spend a few extra dollars next time and make sure we are in a better area and in a hotel that doesn't feel straight out of 1989. You can get a better room for the money.

Room very good cold reception… $4 hotel fees and $14 for parking per day… Good deal… But as a customer I do not like the fresh caches… Include Lez or don't load for crap.

Hotel was clean. Disappointed the hot tub was over clorinated and the temperature was set to max 104 degrees. Everyone could only go in it for a couple of minutes. We were itchy for the rest of our stay. Note to everyone! Even though the hotel has hot tubs, jacuzzi tubs and a pool they have no conditioner in rooms. I asked at the desk and was told that was their policy. However the hotel gift shop had a dollar store sized travel bottle you could buy for five dollars and change. That left a bad taste in our mouths. We will try a different place on our next visit. If someone that can effect change at Super 8 reads this you could at least offer a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner.

Concierge was nice, however room was pretty small and there was barely any natural light in the room because of the awkward cookie-cutter design of the room. View sucked but it’s not the Hilton so not a big issue. It was really clean (bathroom seemed new) and the TV was huge with plenty of outlets either side of the bed. Housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign which is a huge bonus.

Enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room when we were away. The pool is nice, too. Spent an hour in the pool and spa. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Polite and professional staff. Lovely suites, we had a jacuzzi in our room it was fantastic. The pool wasn't available at this location but the hotel made accommodations at near by hotel for us the swim there. I was really impressed with my over all experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel for the price. I had a great time here. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and big! Staff are very nice. The location is really good and many stores are near it. It's a 15 min walk to Clifton Hill. The hotel also provides you with many amazing coupons. We got into few fun activities for free! The hotel overall is a bit old but very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Check in time was 3 pm, we came in around 5. They put us in a room with a dirty washroom. I had to go downstairs to get the key for a new room which was not the type of room I had booked and it also looked like someone had slept in it. They finally moved us to a 3rd room, didn't apologize or make an effort to make our experience a positive one. Definitely not 'super' 8. Will not be staying here again.

I was not happy here after booking to visit Niagara Falls for our family break. The front desk female was not nice at all to start. She seemed to be very impersonal. When I asked a question it was like bothering her. Second the cleaners were not informed of us staying and was banging on the door at 10am when were all asleep. The rooms were clean. It seemed to be a quick turn over hotel. Just got that “NEXT “ feeling. Too bad I’m not visiting again!

It's ok hotel. Niagara falls are not too far from it. About 20 minutes walk away. There's a nice Italian bakery nearby it. Some rooms have nicer views than others but I can't see the falls from any room at all.

This hotel surprised me with a lot of things a super cheap prices amazing view your attention great the room very nice and even pool had is very close to Niagara Falls and very quiet area 100% would stay there again.

Have to say this is honestly one of my favorite Hotels in the Niagara area. This place simply doesn't feel like your typical super 8.10 minute walk to Clifton Hill, falllsview, and the magnificent falls! All of the Hotel staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating. One can't ask for more! Check in and check out are also quick.

The hotel is close enough to walk to the activities. The room was quite simple and not very moderate. The pool didn't look clean but people used it anyway. And the service was ordinary. It's not going to be my first choice on my next visit.

Have no idea what some of the other reviewers are saying. I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk people were extra accommodating. The beds were comfortable the room was a great size. The pool was at the perfect temperature, the hot tub was a little cloudy but I can't complain. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle and overpriced true tourist area, but close enough that I was able to walk to All attractions. Terrific price. The only thing I didn't like is that the restaurant gift certificates are only for two dinners. I was there alone. So I wasn't able to utilize them. But that's really not the hotel's fault. **UPDATE… even though they put several holds on my credit card for each day, they were refunded within 48 Hours of my checking out. Sometimes it takes 5 or 6 days from other hotels.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. Room is small, but very clean and the bed is comfy! Refrigerator & coffee maker in room. Air conditioning works nice. Indoor pool and spa was nice too. Overall very nice and got it for a great price. Not terribly far from all the entertainment on Clifton Hill or from the Falls.

Very clean They're not really beautiful. You have to walk a bit to get to the center and to get to the falls is a bit far, but you get there anyway.

Our visit was for 5 days in September 2017. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Small gym room, small arcade for kids. Indoor heated pool. Housekeeping came in and straightened up for us. All for under $250. American.

Great service! For our first trip to Niagara Falls the staff gave us all the info we needed! The room was super nice & clean & tidy! Had a good night sleep with no disturbance! Great price for the room! I will definitely book again if we come back!

The hotel is located in a place rather far from the action. The outdoor pool was not open, and it was 33 degrees. The photo of the hotel mention a buffet, lunch, but there is no lunch. Very disappointing, and $12 for parking… amazing.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from July 1st to July 3 2017. This is a total of 2 nights. Upon checkout we were told our balance was 371 dollars, I paid by debit and was very pleased with the price. However, a month after our stay we received our credit card bill in which we were also charged 430 from the hotel. This adds up to a total of 800 dollars, for a 2 night stay. I called the facility and was told that they charged me 430 BEFORE I arrived, which shouldn't be the case. And they charged me 371 when I was leaving upon checkout. I was not informed of this at checkout. The stay was definitely not worth 800 dollars. For that price, I could have resided somewhere much better. There was no breakfast, we were only given coupons for nearby restaurants. The arcade room is very small, and many of the games are broken. The coffee machines in the rooms are very olden, and do not make good tasting coffee. There were a lot of hidden fees, like parking and tipping. All in all, do not waste your money for a mediocre stay. It simply is not worth it!

Very good service! We had a nice surprise, they gave us a suite instead of an ordinary room. On the other hand, a lot of advertising for lunches at Ihop, catches tourist! Don't go to IHOP for lunch! In general excellent experience, the hotel is also very well located, we went to see the falls on foot!

Although the hotel is well located, the information on the website is wrong. There is no continental breakfast served in this hotel, only coffee. The outdoor pool is closed (probably the season). The description shows free parking but in fact the parking is paying $12/day.

Very affordable and perfect Hotel to spend a couple of days. With a closed pool and spacious rooms with carpet and antique bathroom, the beds one of them had the mattress broken. Good location. Parking of payment about 12 &. Friendly staff.

This hotel was clean and the staff were great. We had a groupon for this hotel and it was definitely worth the money. There is an additional parking fee. But there is at most hotels close to, or on clifton hill so it was to be expected. We also had an issue with the fire alarm going off. It did so at around 9:30pm so I had to wake my 6 and 3 year old up and carry one of them down seven flights of stairs to find out that it was a false alarm and that this happens sometimes there… so then had to walk back up 7 flights of stairs.
The fire department came and checked the room to make sure we were all safe.
It was inconvenient but I am glad that their alarms work and they are diligent about making sure their guests are safe.
However after that my kids were wide awake. I guess it was a good thing we were on holidays… lol
All things considered it was a good hotel and I would recommend staying there. :)

Just got back from here, we won't be back. We got our keys to our room only to get to the door to find it open with garbage on the floor… we backed out and went down to request a room that was actually ready. Be ready to pay around 20% more on top of the advertised room price between the taxes on everything including parking on some BS "facility fee" that they don't mention anywhere plus that famous BS destination marketing fee that you don't actually have to pay but they'll wait to see if you notice (at least they didn't give us a hard time taking that off). The place is full of questionable people hanging around and the pool is constantly full of rambunctious kids. The room is tiny (but clean enough once we actually got a room that had been serviced), the one small window we had gave us a view of the wall next door. The "free" internet is terrible, getting an actual connection and keeping it was difficult at best. Half the TV channels have no signal and most channels that did come in were full of static. Can't recommend this place.

Extremely friendly manager & staff! Lots of room space. Could use maybe a bit more furniture to fill the room. Carpets are dirty. Comfortable blankets. Poor internet. Great budget stay if you don't rely on Internet during your trip.

We stayed at this hotel, as must see during a tour of the visit to Niagara Falls. Very large rooms with double " double " bed, carpet on the floor. The smell of the room was not the best, and both the carpet and the bathroom did not look very clean. Rooms not sound proof. The only bright spot was the breakfast buffet.

Bought thru groupon. It's at least a1/2 HR walk to everything. Bad area just past hotel. Seedy dumpy hotel charge for parking and use of amenities. Not included in room rate. I am fighting to get charges taken off my credit card that they put on after I checked out. They are not clean we had bed bugs as well as the jacuzzi in room didn't work. When we filled jacuzzi all the scum came off the sides into the water soap scum and god knows what else. Informed front desk and response was when you check out house keeping will clean it and fix it. Stay away from this place…

Room comfortable but offers no safe place to store our bikes. Despite the parking with camera surveillance, our 4 bikes were stolen. 3 padlocks have been cut and damaged the bike rack. The officer confirmed that it was current flights of bike at this place… The hotel does not offer breakfast but we offer a discount of $ 15 for 2 people at the nearby restaurant: results in a bill of $45 after reduction for 2 lunches with each two eggs turned, 2 toast, 2 slices of bacon and small potatoes with coffee. All a scam!

Location was pretty good. It was only about a 10 — 15 min walk to clifton hill. Hotel and rooms were clean. However they're not forthcoming with the various charges. Parking is $12 a night and extra roll out beds are $10 a night. They also charge a $3.99 facilities fee as well as various taxes. We paid in full beforehand and when we arrived there was an additional $80 charge and but we ended up paying $135 because it appeared we paid for the beds twice (once when we checked in and once when we left). Be sure to double check the additional charges when you check out.

Super 8 Niagara Falls is Super Value! For the money we paid, we got lot more than we could have ever expected. Friendly staff, large and clean spacious room, there was nothing not to love! They also accommodated us with early check in and late check out with no additional fees. Fantastic. We will be back again!

From the time of arrival til the time of check-out it was a great experience. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Accommodated special requests without hesitation. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Pool and spa areas very clean and well maintained. Any information needed as far as directions, etc were great. Very knowledgeable about the local area and things to do. It was a great time. We plan to go back in the near future again.

Very clean rooms with super friendly staff. Perfect location, easy walking distance to Falls and Clifton Hill but quiet. We have travelled to Niagara Falls many times and have never found a better value.

Pour front guess, wasn't treated well by man on the phone or the people at the front desk. They never mentioned what time we had to check out, so I had to search online for 20 minutes to find out it was at 11am and they have a hidden policy that every 20 mins you are late you pay $20. The room was pretty old styled, and clearly was not very clean. The floor you could see stuff all over it, the shower curtain had stuff all over it, the toilet paper on the roll was wrapped around like someone spent the time to twirl it all back around to keep it on, there was garbage still in some of the drawers and the sheets on the bed were terrible (the one covering the mattress kept coming off so you would wake up on the actual mattress and there was like a rug covering you that was suppose to be the duvet). I also find the falls was a far walk and wouldn't suggest booking there in the winter as it is a far walk an drive from the falls. Our hotel was $105 online as as a sale but because of parking and service charge it was $140 (why should we have to pay for parking? ) overall terrible experience would never book here again!

Had a 1 night stay in a King jetted tub suite. I booked through Groupon so it was a good deal. I can't complain too much because the deal was so good but here are some facts about my room. — A pair of used rolled up socks were left beside the mini fridge. — A styrofoam container with smelly left over food was in the mini fridge — The sheets on the pullout couch bed had dark brown stains that did not look like stains that survived through a wash. They just looked like new stains. — The tub seemed clean enough. I filled it and it still seemed clean enough. I filled it a second time, hopped in, turned on the jets. I thought I saw a hair that was obviously not mine so I shut the jets off. This is when I saw that there were MANY hairs of different types that were obviously not mine in the water. I'm not sure if it was the fact that it is their "low" season or if this is how it always is. Or perhaps I just had bad luck. Either way, that is what happened.

Overall, not a great experience. The only perk I would say is that it is pretty close to the falls (driving). The staff is inconsiderate. The moment we checked in, the man at the front desk acted like he did not even want to be there-careless. Our room was outdated, old carpets, shower made for elderly ppl. We had water heating issues, the sink would be so hot and then literally in seconds, it would turn cold (we didn't move the faucet). We tried to shower, it was freezing (and we came there in February so it was cold enough outside). We asked them to fix it, but waited for the staff to come only for them to say oh it's nothing really, we'll be back in 2 min. 20 min later, without even a "sorry" they "fixed" it… we got warm water, not even hot. Not only do you have to pay for the Hotel but the parking as well, $12/night. We didn't even use the Hotel amenities but still got charged for it. I recommend finding a different hotel.

Really loved my stay here with my sister. We came out for a two day trip to Niagara and we wanted to find cheap but good accommodation. Not only did we get free coupons for stuff but the staff are super friendly and gave us suggestions of where to eat and what sort of things we should do while we where there. Its not too far from to Lundy's lane and the falls. The We Go bus stops right in front of it as well everything is just a sort drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a cheap but good quality place! I know me and my sister will be back for our trip in the summer to Niagara again.

Had a great time with some friends here for new years eve. As the girls got ready us guys went down to the arcade to play some games. The staff were very friendly and helpful greeting you with a smile every time. Room was a good size and beds were cozy. Nice big screen HDTV in the room as well as a small fridge and extra chairs. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Got more than we expected! The service was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable… We'd definitely stay again in the future and recommend it! :)

For the price, the room was great. We used groupon and got a package deal for the week. The discount coupons they give are a joke, costs $90 with discount for breakfast At IHOP which was at another location. The Golden Griddle in the parking lot was closed all week until Friday morning. The staff was not helpful in regards to the wego system and tour information, had to go to another hotel for that information and to tours were well worth it. Children under 12 got discounts everywhere we went, glad we had enhanced state ID s for the kids to get those. One more note on staff, when you stay somewhere that is not home, you expect friendly service, what you don't expect is employees hanging out talking with their guests for an hour + at a time and discussing inappropriate topics with them. Family is family and places like this depend on family business not people who distract from the family atmosphere.

Bad experience. I had a few problems with my stay here starting off with the room that I booked (weeks in advance) were all filled so they put me in a cheaper version of the room. Never offered me any reimbursement for them downgrading my reservation. The room was still dirty that they put me in. Second night I was there when I came back there were 0 PARKING SPOTS. I paid $12 a night to park at this hotel, and I couldn't even park there. I had to park in the neighboring business while they were closed, and wake up VERY early to run out to my car and move it to the hotel before the business would have my car towed. I will say however the employee's at the reception desk were very pleasant and understanding of of my problems. Despite my room downgrade, despite my dirty room, and despite my lack of parking when I asked if they would comp my parking fee the large manager lady refused me. On what grounds? I have no idea, but she can enjoy this negative review for her $24 earned. I won't be returning to this location because the Ramada right down the street offers exactly what they offer, only better, and for the same price. I chose this hotel because the Ramada was booked for the dates I wanted, and now you know why! I give it 2 stars for the pleasant employee's at the desk and very nice housekeeping staff.

My family and I (about 15 of us) have always liked this Super 8 hotel, good location, nice hot tub, reasonable price. But our recent travel back was horrible! The level of customer service we received from th front desk staff and immediately afterwards from the night Manager; "Ram" (who was very rude and unprofessional and really didn't care about the fact that he was rude"! ) Besides the front desk staff ALL being unprofessional and just a "non-caring" attitude like they just have "jobs", and NOT careers. This hotel now charges $12/night for parking (This isn't listed anywhere on the website for your confirmation either! WTH! really! I'm already (by choice) patronizing your establishment in the first place, then you charge me to park "WHILE STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL", PLUS PUT UP WITH THE NASTY ATTITUDES OF EVERYONE THERE… No way! My family and I will NEVER be back their again, I will be telling all my friends also about this horrible hotel stay we experienced so they WON'T patronize this establishment either! It is totally unacceptable to charge patrons to park (especially at a Super 8) where they are residing. If it was a Marriott or a Hilton, then those "exclusive" hotels are worth the money to park,,. But a Super 8… with nasty unprofessionals… nawww I don't think so! Won't be back! See ya!

A good fairly cheap hotel Parking is now extra, so beware, it used to be included. Room was large and clean. Breakfast next door at the Golden Griddle is good for the money, but you have to ask the hotel for the discount or it is full price. The two pools are nice, the whirlpool is too hot, the arcade is small and service is almost non-existent. There was free coffee if you know where to look.

Love this place! very affordable and clean. Great service. The pool is nice and my fiance and I loved the arcade. We will definitely be coming back here.

Great room. Service not really good.

I enjoyed my stay after getting settled in a room other then what I reserved. I was told the room I reserved wasn't available due to a guess staying an extra night but I would be able to move in the room the next day. Other then that I have no complaints this location is walking distance from everything.

The rooms are above average and have a bath. The service is also good and there are an indoor and an outdoor pool. Really highly recommended.

Hotel rooms are nice, service is horrible, they offer Wi-Fi but if your on 7th floor your signal I slower then a 14.4k modem, and if you dont know what that is. Well. You will find out. Also you pay for your hotel and room, but what they dont tell you is that you are paying $12 a day for parking. I should have just gone with the Days Inn or the Comfort Inn I would have had good service and Wi-Fi Access my ROOM. Dont bother complaining to staff, they do absolutely nothing to fix any issues. I am sadly disappointed to be treated this way.

Great bang for your buck. Clean, affordable, well located.
