Arrived here hours after 3 pm check in at 9pm And found that our room was still occupied by someone elses belongs. They struggled to find us keys to the door. My wife and I left to get food and came back to find that the hotel had double booked our room. Likely thinking we were not showing up. Although we had phoned them hours before to inform them we would be there in the evening. We made them clean the washroom and change the sheets to all 3 queen beds. I am giving 1 star for the young lady that made everything acceptable in the end.

I didn’t think I would like this hotel but it turned out to be alright. The hotel was quiet didn’t really hear ppl. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and was willing to help when we needed something.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. I have stayed in Niagara Falls a countless number of times and this place was by far the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. The rooms were not ready, there was blood stained on the shower curtain, dry wall pieces all over the ground, broken glass swept under the beds, bed skirts were absolutely filthy, TV was dated, lighting was poor, the furniture was old and falling apart, and the staff were few and extremely unprofessional. Also, the staff were not dressed in appropriate attire, and one was even riding his bike around the lot while he was working — this is not creating a very welcoming environment in my eyes and may be seen as threatening to some, especially with the way he was dressed. Please pay the extra money and save yourselves the trouble of this poor excuse of a "hotel". I would give them zero stars if I could.

I wish I had read the reviews before staying here. I had blood stains on our comforter and towels. We were told that it was rust, I said they knew about it why would they give out towels like that no answere. PEOPLE READ these reviews don't listen to the other sites. Would never stay here again, I took pics to support what I am saying. Anyone rates this more than 1 star is either an employee or they need there head checked.

What a dive Do not waste your money here. Jacuzzi don't work, TV, don't work, blood all over the box spring and it not from bed bugs, I think somebody was killed in the bed we had, there is no room service, like they said, no vending machines, no store like they said, and you have to beg for towels, this place is a complete dump, if you take your chance and go there you deserve to lose your money.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is horrible. I've stayed low cost hotels before but this place was disgusting. When we first checked in. They gave us a room that still had luggage in it. When we told them they said the people checked out already. If so why didn't you realize the luggage was still there if you cleaned it before giving it to us. When we got our second room. The bath tub did not clog to take a bath if you chose to. Also the bathbrub was disgusting. When we woke the next day our sink was full of gnats or fruit flies. Also the exhaust vent was missing. You could see light of day. We complain and are given a 3rd room. Still no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the tub looked like it hasn't been clean for weeks. I am now sick and I do blame it on this disgusting hotel that should be closed down and investigated. Please do not stay here.

Horrible Service Place to displease.

Was our first visit and probably our last. Had a family suite. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was a dirty closet. How does a family suite not have any furniture in it? tried to eat a meal in our suite but 5 of us had to sit on the bed to eat. No were to sit at all. It got 2 stars cause the room was 150 a night with in 4km of marine land.

Fairly clean, the beds were well maintained with new linens and the a/c worked well. The tub kept filling during showers and had No air vent in the bathroom. The TV was outdated and had 5 channels. The cleaning service didn't clean our room or give us fresh towels. (the ones we had when we got there that they provided were stained with mysterious dark yellow stains). It's not located in the heart of Niagara but still within reasonable walking distant of major amenities and local eateries. I'd come back for the price.

Terribly furnished, no phone, box tv. Place looks like it's out of an 80s movie. Smells weird too. 0/10 would not recommend.

Our room was half renovated, bed on cement blocks, cement flooring, and when we turned on the lights, the switches blew and the plugs cought fire. Moved to a smaller room and still expected to pay for everything we didint get. Not as advertised.

No phone inside, NO ice machine, no microwave, has Wi-Fi, box TV, clean room and clean bed and sheets, but for $50, a great cheap and nice place to crash.

We have friends that stayed at the Courtside Inn Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls once and it was a great deal. The Courtside Inn Niagara Falls is located in the neighborhood of Niagara Falls and is very close to the Motel 6 — Rick Trus review.

Disgusting. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Bathroom was filthy, furniture was falling apart, sheets were stained. Management is horrible and could care less about your satisfactionWe left and slept in our car. Stay away from this place.

I'm not really picky when it comes to hotel rooms, but this place is just innacteptable. They don't even offer toilet paper, we had to ask the front desk to give us a roll since the're wasn't any in the room. The sheets were already dirty when we came in the room, we asked for new ones and they gave us 1 new sheet that was stained (with I don't even want to know since it looked like blood). The pillows seemed to have never been cleaned between the customers.
Afterwards we discovered that the bed and it's matress was so dirty that we felt we needed to take a shower after touching it.
Though, the staff seemed really nice, I think this hotel should really revisit their cleaning methods and their gestion of the rooms.
I really hope they change something about this because it seemed really nice from the outside.

Khara hotel wallahi, me and my family stayed at this crib and bed bugs bit us yani. I walked to niagara falls and slept on the benches fk this shie boi DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.

Soooo gross. The place was everything but clean, stain on the sheets, dirty bathroom… We slept in our Sleeping bag. The pool was full of garbages.

It has a pool in the parking lot.

I enjoyed there it was great experience and great location. Its worth the price.
