Stayed in a "kid camp" room with a semi-private bedroom space with bunk beds for the kids. The room was a great design though the air conditioning was a wall unit and there wasn't as much air flow in the room as I would have liked to keep the whole room at a nice temperature. The water park is excellent, especially if the weather allows use of the outdoor pool since it can be rather muggy in the indoor water park so the fresh air is a nice change. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer lots of variety with quick turnover so everything is fresh. All in all I would recommend it, though if you live in day-trip distance the resort didn't add a huge amount to what you would have gotten from a full day at the water park alone.

Great Wolf Lodge is always amazing! We have been coming here for the last 8 years and it is amazing. Lots of water slides and pool areas to have fun. There are 3 kiddie slides for young children, 2 slides that are a little bigger but not too big and a number of big slides. There is 1 outdoor pool, a big indoor pool with basketball hoops, a wave pool, lazy river and a number of other water areas to play in. It is close to downtown Niagara too! You can't go wrong staying here!

This is our second time here. They offer a decent water park for kids. Good discounts online especially during slow times. The food is a bit pricey at some of the restaurants but the arcade price is more than fair. Get the paw pass if you have little ones! Rooms are good and they have some fun themes. The staff overall is friendly and helpful! They have many activities to get involved in. I would definitely recommend you come but only stay 2 nights at the most because you'll jusy be exhausted! Have fun!

There was a fire in a room just down our hall, accidentally caused by a guest. The sirens going of was a scary experience as we had 3 children with us here (and I have watched 1 to many titanic type movies). However the staff were clearly trained for the situation and helped direct everyone to a safe location. The situation was resolved promptly with the fire department and everything returned to business as usual. The water park is beautiful, and I hope they add to/maintain the arcade. ~Thank you Great Wolf Lodge for a great vacation, will be back.

Very many projects, facilities are also very complete. Hot and cold pool are, the room is very large, very suitable for families to play.

Clean, fun, price is right. They really think of both parents and children. Lots to do. The pass is essential worth the price (really it is). Other activities that cost are amazing and fun for kids. The staff are on point and are the most friendly. Stayed in loft suite. Bought paw pass and dining package along with PJ party for kids. Would come back in a few years and maybe end of May or June.

I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews that were posted. We just came back from our first family visit and we had an amazing time. The rooms were a good size and clean. For us the food package was worth it as we didn’t have to worry and the buffet and food in general were good. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We will go back again.

It was so much fun! The waterslide that makes the floor drop was insanely fun! My mom who is 40 years old had fun, and so did my 6 year old brother. They have fun activities that everyone can enjoy! Not to mention their arcade is 24 hours so since my brother and I couldn't sleep we just went to the arcade at like 2-5am and blasted music from the boom box and played arcade games alone! It was awesome÷

We were a large group and we're concerned as it was March break but the staff are amazing and able to handle the masses. All staff including the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The speed in which which any of our requests were filled was nothing short of fantastic. The buffet and the meal plan is the best way to go. The kids loved the water slides and it was a very quiet ride home as they all slept! We will return.

I went here for the first time last week with my daughter and grand daughter. We were there mid-week in April and according to my daughter the prices are better at this time. I found the lodge to be clean and well organized. The staff were wonderful, helpful and positive. They had children's packages that could be purchased for activities that helped with overall costs. There is also a meal plan that is available for a reasonable amount. My grand daughter absolutely loved it and made sure to do everything she could in the time we were there. They have arcades, bowling, activity rooms, a spa, movies nights, dance parties and of course the water park with its many water features and slides. Overall it was great time. The lodge is dark and rustic lending itself to mystical quests for the kids. Do not expect to get to bed early as kids run in the halls late into the the night and early in the morning. But with so much to do, you can always sleep when you get home!

The location seems to be far from everything, but it is a short walk to the river walk. From there it should be easy to get to places you want to go. As far as the rooms, the one we were in was very nice. The staff was awesome and very friendly. I would recommend the lodge to friends. Looking forward to going back.

This review updated April 2018. Overall, a very nice, well maintained establishment! Kid-focused, but very fun for adults! The water park seems very well maintained, well-staffed and generally safe. The rooms are themed creatively, especially if you upgrade to a nicer suite. The 'Wolf Tail' line up… you're forced to stand in line in the middle of a stair case, without a handrail. A different setup should be implemented. This slide also breaks down often, and last time we were forced to walk downstairs, without a handrail to hold on to. The attendants refused to let us down an alternate slide. A little disappointing, for safety's sake especially. They lost a star in my opinion for the long check-in process (long line and wait due to desk staff having to enter A LOT of data), having only two elevators (for approximately 500 rooms), and not having enough tables/chairs in the water park (to accommodate the number of people they let in). Have been five times now, will go again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful hotel with entertainment for all.

It may be better in the summer when there is access to outdoor pools; but for a winter visit it is way overvalued. 4 PM is quite a late check in, so there is a storm of people at the lobby; however, service is efficient. There is a lot for kids to do, but most activities are extra. Our kids (7 and 13) were done with the water park in 2 hours, despite their excitement upon arrival. The rooms are kind of cozy, but look like they need to be refreshed. Beds were not comfortable, especially the kids/bunk beds. The room was unpleasantly cold when we arrived. There was a large white stain on the carpet. Water draining in the tub and sink was really bad. On the positive side, the room was large and had a nice balcony. There were lots of visitors on the weekend of our stay, and it was very noisy throughout the resort. Including constant noise in the hallways past 10 PM, running children everywhere, big lines for the buffet. Regrettably, we were not informed ahead of time that seating is limited and we would have to wait additional 40 minutes (at the buffet). Instead, after standing in line for 10 minutes, they give you a buzzer and tell you to hang out anywhere but in your room for another half an hour. Other than that, very nicely decorated, efficient check in/out, lots of parking spaces. Friendly service, but nothing out of the ordinary — just coldly polite. Access to the water park is allowed on the day of check-out as well.

Rooms could be better but overall staff are nice and they make everything easy and convenient for everyone. Great family getaway. Kids always ask to stay longer. Pizza onsite isn't bed either. Pool wise water is warm and not too strong with the chlorine Smell. Arcade and bowling is fun and manageable.

We elected to stay here during our summer trip to Niagara falls. This was a very convenient place to stay with a young child as it provided activities to do while near the falls. A 3 year old can only be so entertained by water falling. This was the best overall experience with a Great Wolf Lodge that we had. The story time was great and there were lots of non-water park activities to entertain ourselves with. The price was reasonable as well. The food at the buffet was quite good; frankly, it was better than I expected.

Never less than the perfect family vacation. Staff always go way beyond expectations. The slides are so fun, the wave pool, free ice cream and wolf ears if you tell them you are celebrating a birthday at check in. Brett at the arcade was out of this world awesome with our kids! Kids were begging us to stay another night. Look for a promo code/sale. Regular price stays are insane.

We took our 2 year old daughter for a 3 day get away and had an amazing time. The water park had plenty for her to enjoy. I worried she would get bored, but we spent hours exploring and playing. I would recommend bringing snacks, breakfast, and lunch items. There are fridges in all rooms as far as I'm aware and it saved us a bit and also made life easier having some downtime in the room while we ate. The food overall was pretty reasonably priced and very delicious. There are always activities to enjoy and the staff is great in helping you with whatever you need. Highly recommend for some quality family time!

Great for the whole family. Never a dull moment, I suggest staying 2 nights or more, super friendly staff. Big shot out to house keeping going above and beyond. Beautiful rooms. Good food. Great everything!

Pure fun, good customer service!

Great time with the kids. Hotel and facility is extremely clean and organized. Lots of activities for the kids. They were so exhausted after doing so many things! Things to do for adults too which allows you to relax and enjoy. The service in the restaurants, around the hotel, cleaning staff etc. Are very friendly. The attention to detail is great — I am happy with the service here, and would recommend coming to Great Wolf for anyone with kids. We will be coming here every year!

No soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the wall unit. Tried calling many times (15) as soon as we got home from the trip because my daughter forgot her stuffy in the room. Could never get anyone on the phone. I'd make a choice, it would ring and then go back to the main recording. No one ever picked up, there was no voicemail. I tried talking to the operator but she just transferred me back to the main recording. How does a place this big and this expensive not have anyone to answer the phone? And no voicemail? I only live an hour away so I called very quickly after we checked out. So frustrating.

Perfect place to share with your children, total rest.

I was very disappointed in my stay here. Most of it was beyond the staff control but when your paying a premium price, you would expect things to be up and running. First thing in the morning all the main water slides were shut down for a long period of time. Then once they started running, the main Niagara ride had to be stopped twice. To complicate things further just after lunch time they had a power outage that forced everyone out of the pool. Once the power was restored, in a separate incident, the kiddie pool and wave pool were shut down for a period of about 1.5 to 2 hours When the attractions are closed everyone in the park is forced into doing the only things that are open causing the wait times to be very long. After a frustrating day and many things closed we called it a day. My experience was poor and failed to meet expectations. The room was decent and bed was comfortable for the small amount of time spent there.

We just went to Great Wolf Lodge for the first time. Simply put… this place is amazing! Only issue was that we went during the family day long weekend and weren’t able to get into the restaurant for dinner until really late. I’m sure it would be more accessible during regular times as this weekend was extremely busy. I would recommend this place to anyone! Definitely created some lasting family memories there.

Great wolf lodge has always been a wonderful family getaway. My kids have an amazing time. It is truly a family friendly place for kids of all ages. We took 3 young children and it is stroller friendly, they provided us with pack and plays, the rooms were amazing, and the pool was warm and the facilities were clean. The different activities and programs for kids are fantastic. My kids can't wait to go again.

Really expensive. Room was excellent. Pillows and bed we're comfortable. Water park was amazing. Arcade wasn't all that great. Many games were broken. Bowling alley was also good. The exclusive Magic Quest game seemed like it was very fun.

Always a great time at the lodge. Booked at the last minute and ended up with a room with a pull out couch instead of the bunk beds the kids love — they didn't mind one bit. The new check in area moves quickly without the huge crowds. We always get the meal package. The breakfast and dinner selections are always amazing. And of course the service was as good as ever.

Great resort, entertainment for the whole family.

I can't praise this place enough. I had realistic expectations about this place, but even if my expectations had been high they would have exceeded them. Very kid friendly. Lots to do. Comfy beds. Water park is awesome and very clean. Staff is super helpful. Food is amazing. They have something for everyone. My husband is super picky and even he loved the food. Advice for first time visitors: get the paw pass for the kids, buy the meal plan for at least one day especially if you have any kids age 1-3. Also check their website special deals/promotions area as they often run 20-25% off deals. Bring comfy water shoes/sandals.

A one or two day vacation spot for the kids. Accommodates all ages with something to do for all when you factor in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. While at the hotel you still need to keep an eye on the littlest ones. Service in the hotel was excellent all around, buffet lounge food was good, and the water park was lots of fun with small lineups during the weekdays. Theme room was OK, the TV in the kids room did not get a good signal. The beds in the room were not restful in general even though they looked inviting at the end if the day. The main lobby reception and lounge were very cheerful however the wizard themed hallways were demure. The place needed a cheerful makeover with updated colours. Breakfast and dinners were great, skip lunch if you can. Get out of the building and see Niagara!

Always an excellent time at Great Wolf Lodge! We take our kids around Christmas every year and it's magical. There's an indoor snowfall, Santa visits and the decorations are very nice. Besides the water park, playing MagiQuest and hanging out in the arcade are also highlights of our stay. We find the rooms to be perfect for two adults and two kids and the beds are quite comfy. My only complaint is the price of the food on site and the options available are very limited.

1st timer with two kids and it was a Great experience. Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean hotel… Great breakfast buffet and the water park was amazing with very short or no line ups as we were there on a Tuesday / Wednesday. Will definitely be back! Thanks again to all the awesome staff.

The staff are superb and their service is excellent. The rooms are simple, nothing special, but the rest of the places are really beautiful. Impressive.

We celebrated our girls birthday at Great Wolf Lodge this Weekend. They made the experience truly memorable. Kids had an amazing time and are looking forward to going back to school yo tell all their friends. What made the trip unforgettable for us is the customer service. We had left a few bags on a ledge with our stuff in them including the wands and and t-shirts from the trip. The house keeping staff found the items right away. When we called they were able to get all the items shipped to us. Thank you to the amazing staff at the Great Wolf Lodge. We are looking forward to our next trip.

We went there for Halloween weekend stayed in the Grand Wolf suite it was really nice clean and a good size, they had a lot of activities planned for that weekend along with face painting and scavenger hunt. The water park itself was very clean and well supervised, great for kids off all ages. We got the food plan which was great because we had all meals covered, the food at the buffet was good and had many options… desserts were delicious. Would definitely go back.

My children were left speechless and we were incredibly able to rest and enjoy also.

A hotel designed for families with small children, if you are young looking for fun… look elsewhere! Entertainment and games for children, a water park and other activities for everyone, spa and games room and a couple of cafes! Very clean and with very helpful staff! You can enter the room at 4pm but the facilities are accessible from the morning, if you have the swimsuit you can get into the pool from 9 a. M.

The price is rather high but the experience is still worth the detour according to me, our family took advantage of exceptional facility and will keep wonderful memories for a long time of the five nights spent at the Great Wolf Lodge.

Our room was very comfortable despite the construction sure the Entere.

For: beautiful rooms and suites. Varied and entertaining indoor water park. Nice place for the family. System of bracelets instead of cards for very interesting accesses especially for the family.
Cons: Soundproofing is poor. The temperature of the water seemed cold. Uncomfortable mattress. All the products offered in the shops are too expensive compared to what is offered in downtown Niagara.

Wonderful family resort that is close to Toronto and the US border. Rooms are the right size for a family that will be spending most of their time out of the rooms. Price is what one should expect for a family water park resort: not "cheap" but not too expensive either. All the staff are well trained in customer service and it shows from the moment you enter the building.

Great wolf lodge was amazing! Rooms were very nice and Wi-Fi was good everywhere in the hotel. Waterpark was very fun and there was something for everyone to do. The food was a little expensive and the location was a little bit far but other than that it was a great stay.

We had a loft roomroom and it amazing. Beds were ridiculously comfortable and soft, and the sheets were crisp. Everything was clean, there's a safe and a bar fridge in the room also a microwave and a sink. The water park was insane. So much to do! There's so much for kids in the water park as well as mini gold, mini bowling, huge arcade. There's so much more!

Returned guest at Niagara location, always a good time here. Check in was painless, quick, and got some arcade points to boot. Room was clean and the water park was awesome. Went with a 8 and 3 years old. Both were water logged by end of day, bedtime took 5 minutes and both were out. Great time was had by the family, thank you to the staff for making it fun and pain free.

Great Wolf Lodge was amazing. We stayed in the family suite — had two queen size beds plus a full size sleeping sofa. The rooms were very clean, had mini fridge and microwave. Our room was in the back corner, so there was less noise. I definitely recommend the meal packages — breakfast and dinner are buffet style, so you can gograb more and free refills on drinks, good portions for lunch and saves you money unless you eat very little. There was so much to do — magi quest is so much fun for the kids, a arcade, mini golf, scoops (a spa just for kids), bowling And of course the main reason for going the water park. It was clean and so much to do. Some times the lines were long, but no more than twenty minute wait. I recommend staying for two nights so you can enjoy it all at a fun pace. Everone was so friendly and helpful helping making it an excellent vacation.

Great service. Loved the food. Lots to see and do for every age group. Courteous staff everywhere. Bring your own pillow if you can. Buy the meal plan it's worth every dollar. If you want to do it all AND check out the falls, make sure to book for more than one day.

This was our first time there, it was amazing and overwhelming. The staff was great, the lifeguards were on point. Food was okay (only had the morning buffet). The water park was great. Enough rides and pools to keep the kids entertained for days. We are definitely going back.

Wonderful experience. The lodge has everything set for kids activities. The water park is fantastic, clean and with fabulous rides. My 4 year old daughter did not want to leave. Niagara falls is spectacular located near the Niagara on the lake wine trail, adult time when you want to take a break from the water fun. The Lodge is self contained so you don't really need to leave at all. One thing I would do is get the all inclusive meal plan. The staff is fabulous with kids.

Great Water park, the slides are great for kids and adults alike. The poolside bars and food is very handy. Hotel itself was really nice and the room was a great size. The breakfast buffet is very well done, lots of selections for everyone. Kids loved the arcade too.

Great experience! Third time staying at the Niagara falls GWL, and the staff and experience was fantastic. Very expensive food, so we tend to bring our own to keep the overall cost down. Programs for children are plentiful and creative. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Though a bit pricey, my overall experience was fantastic! The resort was easy enough to locate, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. Facilities were thoroughly decorated, clean, and cozy. The water park is maintained immaculately, with visibly attentive lifeguards constantly walking back and forth and checking out the pools. Rides were fun too! Even a young adult can find fun and relaxation at the park. The food was a bit pricey as well, but tastes quite decent! The resort also has an arcade and bowling alley, which is universally fun. I went during a time where there wasn't as many people, so I cannot say it won't be crowded when you go, but if you can overlook that, it really is a great place for a weekend vacation!

Great rooms. Even with the cheapest room we had a walled off sitting area and balcony. Amazing water park that kids off all ages can enjoy. Great variety of indoor waterslides. Food is expensive but good. Wristbands allow you to charge your room and open your door without needing your wallet or a room key. We will definitely be returning.

The room was very comfy and the kids loved having a T. V. In their sleeping area. The service was amazing. We had a problem of a medical nature during our stay and the staff were very helpful during this time. The pool area was great although I did find it cold this year. There is a Magic Quest game the kids can play, if they weren't tired enough from all the swimming which my kids loved doing.

Overall was pretty good. We have been to Splash lagoon, Americana and Cast away Bay. They each have there own advantages but overall I think great wolf is the best. It's the best "destination" and feels more like a total resort rather than just a splash/water park. It offers a spa and more restaurant/food choices than the others. It also has its own rooms and doesn't simply offer connected hotels. The resort was clean and staff was generally happy and helpful. The only disappointment this trip was the water wasn't as warm as I would have hoped or thought.

Large hotel/resort/indoor-water-park in Niagara Falls, slightly away from the downtown core. Well maintained rooms and friendly staff. Caters especially to children up to early teens. Water park (water slides, wave pool, etc) is indoors to be enjoyed year round. No water deeper than 5 feet, with most much shallower. Large areas also dedicated to younger children, so every family should have something to look forward to.

We've been here 5 times over the last 8 years. Hotel is getting long in the tooth. It needs updating. The new towel system is terrible. You wait a long time for towels in a very cold corner of the water park area. Overall the the whole resort needs better maintenance and some new attractions. Food is still good.

Friendly service. Lots of fun. The water park was ok. The rest of the activities were fun. Very expensive. Wish it was more affordable. Everything costs extra money.

A very impressive facility. Reception and staff were great however when we received our room it smelled of smoke. The staff rectified it but at $459 for a night the staff should have fixed it without my needing to complain. Also I do not like that people can occupy seats with towels. The table have signs saying items left for more than 60 mins are cleared. I never say this happen. I would be happy to provide feedback directly if asked. Overall. Great potential just only delivering 90%. The little things not right are what I remember.

We went to Great Wolf Lodge because of our wedding anniversary, but since our son was with us it was mostly for him. We loved the room, as it was huge, staff was friendly. It was expensive. Our son, my wife, and I loved the indoor water park. If we had more time we would have taken our son to the arcade as well. Location was very easy to find and I think was perfect.

Our family has visited about 6 times now and we still love it and will keep going back! Our crew consisted of three adults (took Grandma along) as well as my 4 children ranging from 5 months old to 11yrs. We all slept comfortably in the Majestic Bear Suite, which is completely worth it. We are vegetarian and found plenty to eat at the dinner buffet. We saved money by just bringing our own breakfast and ate in the room (benefit of our room: breakfast bar to eat at). For lunch we had veggie burgers which were great. They make them at the food place in the water park, you just have to ask. Nothing but to say but good things, as always. Highly recommend taking your family if you haven't. And if you have, you already know it's great!

Service was fine though there was very little interaction with staff to draw from. Room was clean and needs beds were comfortable (except pull out sofa which was terrible). Hotel was clean and experience was average… Nothing stood out as worthy of mentioning. I think the price is a bit steep considering only 2 of us used the water park. The Magic Quest was a great value as it kept kids engaged for at least 5 hours and they still had quests to do when we left. Would like more flexibility regarding pricing options (room with 2 water passes vs. 4 passes). At the end of the day, it was a hotel with the quality of a 4 star (think Sheraton, Best Western) but with amenities to make it fun for kids.

Customer service was excellent. Very kid friendly. Lots to do. Rooms were clean and well kept. A little on the pricey side, and every extra costs. Will very likely go back again.

Stayed in fireplace loft. Very open and spacious. Comfortable beds. Staff are all pleasant and friendly. Once you arrive there is no need or desire to leave for food or entertainment despite being in Niagara Falls.

So much fun! A great place for kids of all ages. The waterpark gets really busy on the weekends and holidays, so if you can go off peak I highly recommend it. The buffet is a good value for the kids, and a bit expensive for the adults but very fresh food.

We dragged the kids down to the waterpark for a while longer in the morning to try to get our money's worth, but we were all so tired we left earlier than planned. I explained this to front desk and their only solution was to offer us a free lunch buffet. We told them we were leaving before lunch. Paying $450 for no sleep didn't impress me much!

Nothing to do early in the morning for the kids, nothing opens or starts till 9 am, yet the kids are up early. It would be reasonable to expect things to be open earlier and later (everything closes at 9 pm) since it is set up for children. Cobwebs in the room, the room looks tired (hotel only opened 3 years ago), a very small bathroom counter, room sleeps 6 yet there are only two chairs? Shower pipes rattle and bang when in use. Not enough staircases to use and elevators are small and slow. The booklet in the room does not detail things such as the opening & closing times for the water park or many other items. Cabana rental is not explained fully as to what is included and what is extra, since I am paying $112. (taxes included) I should get more than two apples & oranges with some water & soft drinks?!? Staff seem helpful & friendly and work hard. The RMT's in the Spa are amazing — a wonderful experience.

Only go if you get a good deal during off-season. I'm giving 4 stars purely for the park, because the park is great. Reminds me of the good ol' Ontario Place days. The on-site restaurants are mediocre and the bedrooms feel cheap (and we took one of the expensive ones with a jacuzzi in the bedroom). The walls were thin (other kids running and stomping around at 7-8AM), we got there and the toilet was plugged from previous guests, there was a hairbrush on the floor from the previous guests (that shows how well they clean) and a dirty coffee mug on the table outside our door that must have been sitting there for at least a week. How do you miss something like that? The staff are very friendly though. It feels like they enjoy and actually want to be there which is refreshing.

We have been to Great Wolf Lodge many times before. Our kids really enjoyed it. However, when we planned our next trip, we booked it. We were going with family and another member of our family also booked the same suite with a better deal through their corporate discount program. Both were booked for the same day and exact same suite. We then canceled our reservation as it seemed pointless to have two reservations. Great Wolf Lodge withheld our $40.00 as a cancelation fee. We called them back and explained to them the reason for our cancelation. We then ask them to refund that $40.00 and they refused to refund the money. Then we asked them at least to transfer that money towards our reservation (the reservation my other family member booked). They refused to give that money back. This shows how bad their customer service is. Since we booked this trip we will go but will never go back again. There is no compassion and consideration to their customers.

I've been taking the family here a lot over the pass 7 years. My daughters love it and the hotel staff are fantastic. Great place to get away for the weekend without breaking the wallets for a family of four.

Consistent experience every time we come here. Kids love it. Adults too! Awesome place to take the family for a few days.

My family and I (wife late 30's, daughter 4.5 yrs and son 2.5 yrs) went to Great Wolf Lodge — Niagara Falls just over a week ago. Overall, it wasn't a good experience speaking strictly about value for the money. The restaurant and the rooms were sub-par for a hotel. The bed, pillows, and couch were of all inferior quality and comfort levels, and the bathroom & tub in the room we stayed in was too small to bathe our oldest comfortably. My wife and I expected a reasonably comfortable room considering the cost of a nights stay, but were left disappointed. The restaurant food quality let us down too. There are very limited healthy options for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even though the bill is pretty much equivalent to an actual al a carte restaurant bill. Unfortunately there are no options for ordering off the menu as everything at the restaurant is buffet. There is a cafe downstairs, but that's equivalent to Tim Horton's quality — i. E. Pretty low. My wife and I may have an slightly above average taste, but our expectations were reasonably above what was experienced strictly based on the money paid per night, as well as the money spent on our restaurant bills per outing. We ended up getting take-out from Tony Roma's for dinner on our second night. Had I known then, what I know now, I would have done that on our first night too. Really, disappointing is being kind.

Wow! Amazing getaway for the whole family. If this is your first time, I recommend a 2 night stay. The meal plan that they offer is good. Water park is amazing. We all had fun there. Good for all ages. The paw pass is best purchased on your first day so the kids have time to do the quest. Story time and family dance after dinner were awsome. We didn't need to leave the hotel, they had it all. Friendly staff. Family oriented. Will definitely go there again inshallah ;)

We come once a year. Our kids now are 14 and 10. We all still have good fun. Clean rooms and friendly people. Tip. No popcorn in microwaves so pre pop the corn or bring chips.

When I first booked my reservation I was excited to take my family to the great wolf lodge, but that was before I was left feeling completely taken advantage of when unforeseen issues arose. As though disappointing my family with the news that we were no longer able to make the trip possible was bad enough, this hotel kicks you while you are already down and struggling with a completely unforeseen financial position and charges you with a $40 handling fee. Yes they make you aware that the fee exists at the time of the reservation (when you have every intention on making the trip and cant ever see a reason for such a thing to be cancelled) The problem is that this hotel takes advantage of those issues undergoing completely unforeseen issues (in my case a job loss). Despite having a major shift in income they could not oversee the "hotel policy" which will only be adding to the already hard struggle. im not sure how much clearer I could have been in my frightening position, but their strategy to reassure me was that I could rebook and avoid the fee. Had this fee not been pressed upon me at such a vulnerable time I would have been happy to rebook when the finances changed, but because im not in the position to see when that will be I am, of coarse, not in any position to rebook.

We come every year for 5 years now and hopefully another 5! we always have a fantastic time, the people are great and the service is fantastic, but. In the 5 years we have been coming here the food quality at the buffet had gone from a 9 to a 3 steadily. This time our kids didn't really eat or like anything and they were starving! neither did we. And this was the general feeling from the other 2 families we went with and many others we have talked to in the last few years. Just trying to save money I guess with cheaper ingredients, which never works. We will definitely come back for a great vacation, but no buffet.

The water park is great! The rooms are OK. Service was good until the food time. Some of the kids eat early with dad and my girl eat with me later and my little son came just to sit with us and the started to yell and threatene us that we need to pay again for the boy and when we cald the manager he was so so rude to me and said to me pay or get out now! The manager kept yelling and threatening me next to my kids.

Great for kids. We go once a year. We like the fact that we can walk out of the room in shorts and swimwear and directly walk into the water park. Expensive at around 400 dollars plus food and drinks which quickly add up. Look for deals and book in advance (easy said not done by most of us hence end up with high room charges) recommend for families for a one day or two day get away without travelling too far. Kids will love it and so will the parents.

If you have small kids this place has tons of stuff for them to do. The restaurant is fine, nothing really special. Service was fine, can't really complain. However it's not worth the crazy price the charge, $450 a night. The Wi-Fi is terrible here! Slow and spotty at best. Because of the game where you have to use a wand all around the hotel, you will hear footsteps of all the kids running till around 12am. Bring some earplugs when trying to get some shut eye.

Our family is a great fan of Great Wolf Lodge Niagara, this was our first visit this year, and as much fun as it is for the kids (and always is), it's age is starting to show. We have two young children, 3 and 1. Some of the things they loved most are the simple things — like the water spouts from the ground that spurt up water — but unfortunately, half of them don't even work any more, and the one's that do, are more of a leak. I can also say the same of all the pulleys/levers/mechanical structures that let you spray/pour water across the entire park — I would say 50% of them don't do anything or they are stuck. With that said, it's still great. If you're kids are older and just use the slides, those are all working. My point is, it seems like a few things are getting old, and they aren't bothering to get them fixed. Which is a shame because there are a lot of young kids that can't use the slides yet that enjoy those little things. Also, get a room at the end of the corridors. You may have to walk an extra minute to get to the lobby/attractions, but it will beat waiting for the lobby elevators which are always full or take forever — because for some reason, they decided not to build stairs for just 4 floors.

Great Wolf Lodge is awesome and our family loved it! It can get pricey with the arcade or the meals but the place is totally worth it! so beautiful! My daughter and I also had the massage and it was incredible! Highly recommend it! It is a dream place for a child and totally enjoyable for adults.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed two nights and three days with 3 adults, 3 teenagers (13, 16, 19) and 1 child (11). Had a lot of fun and enjoyed the time spent throughly. Bought the Paw Passes for all four kids and they were definitely worth it! Included two games of bowling, arcade points, 1/4 lbs of fudge, interactive MagiQuest Game, stuffed animal and so much more. The kids didn't have a minute to spare! Staff were very friendly and willing to help wherever you looked. We bought the all inclusive meals which included buffet breakfast, combo lunches and buffet dinner. All the food was very good and it was very easy to get seating at the restaurant. For lunch there were three options of "outlet" food stores. The one inside the actual water area "Spirit Island Shack" definitely had the most options and you could bring the food outside into the dry area too! Seating was a little difficult to find at lunch and in the water area but other than that it was great. Water area had loads of rides for kids of all ages and lines were not that long. Aquatic staff were very diligent and focused on their work which impressed us a lot. Outdoor hot tub for 16+ was definitely a favourite for our family. Rooms were clean and well equipped and the overall experience was definitely very good! Kids want to come again. Even the older ones.

My son loved this place so much we went back 2 weeks later and took one of his friends. Yes it's a bit pricey but you really don't have to leave the resort. Only gave 3 stars because there was a booked conference regarding issues that maybe shouldn't have been held in a family resort at the same time we stayed. Not only was I concerned about some of the conference goers wondering around the hotel but it made it busier than usual at breakfast and dinner times. So lots of waiting. Only suggestion I have is find out if conference booked same time you looking to book and avoid those times.

We booked Family room (395$) for Saturday Night. Before going I checked on site and everything looked very interesting and attractive. I thought I am going to have very nice and pleasant time there. Here is the details of my own experience. -> Very first I went and got the room key. I went to the room and It was really awesome. Room was very nice and clean. It was really really nice. -> I thought to visit Waterpark and all of my excitement suddenly went down. I saw the rides which are only only made for small children. There was nothing for Adults like us. I was so disappointed and I felt guilty for my friends as they were so excited for indoor waterpark rides. -> None of us even went to the waterpark as we were not happy at all. -> Then I told my friends to go for Bowling and guess what I saw? There were 4-5 lanes and only made for small kids. Not for adults at all. Again we all got disappointed. -> We missed all the excitement that we actually had before coming. No bowling and no waterpark. Before coming there I had no idea that it is only made for kids. Not for Adults. Website even does not say that this is not made for Adults like us. As you have nice pictures on site. No one can even judge that this place is not for adults.

The water park is amazing! Food here is ok and there is also an Arcade! But the rooms are not bad I heard some reviews of bad bugs in the bed which is horrible: (Stay alert always check your bed for bed bugs.
