Loud humming noise all night. No coffee, front desk said they would bring coffee to room, never happened. Wifi is slower than dial up and the signal kept vanishing. Weird stains on bathroom door, mirror and ceiling. Carpet smells. No fridge, no microwave, no iron or ironing board. Only one Ice machine and there is a note advising patrons not to use it for filling coolers. Irony? Sick joke? Common sense? Oh yeah ice machine had an out of order sign on it… made the assumption that the ice machine was out of order. You know cause the was a note taped to the front of the machine. Called the front desk to let them know about the note. Yeah they left the note there for other customers to be confused. Only 1 power outlet for guest to use it's the same outlet for alarm and coffee maker, had to choose either charge cell phone or use hotels alarm. The bed was new, so the 3 or 4 hours of sleep I got was comfortable. Listed price was 118 per night bill came to 198. Funny in a way but not really because my sister paid 300 for a night for similar service. Would have complained on checkout but it took half an hour to check out and I just wanted to get the hell out of that nightmare and get some coffee.

It was a horrible experience. Rooms smelled bad, customer service was rude. Pool was small and over crowded with no privacy it is in the lobby. NO Wi-Fi for The whole weekend. Did not listen or take our complaints seriously. Rooms has no fridge or microwave so if you plan on staying for a few nights you can not keep food in the room or heat anything yo eat. They had mattresses in the lobby. Not worth the money extremely disappointing. Do not stay here if you can find another place. Other people that stay all had complaints as well and the attendants at front desk did not address their complaints and directed them to a phone number to call.

Beds are hard and not very comfortable. Shower pressure is the best I have ever had at ANY hotel. Clean but needs a little work. Overall, would stay again.

This place was ok Very cheap price for the whole weekend Our room had a weird carpet Lumos in the carpet I do feel like they need to uograde their bedding!

Not the greatest customer service, it seemed like Mary at the front desk wanted to be anywhere but work. We stayed in the king suite and the jets for the Jacuzzi didn't work. The Wi-Fi didn't work and we had to pay $15 a day to park… not the greatest place to stay.

There was 3 of us in room and not enough towels in the room. Also just 1 paper cup and just decaf coffee. Went down to front desk to ask for more cups and reg coffee. Was td reg coffee can be bought a restaurant and they did not have creamers has to those at restaurant as well. The Wi-Fi never worked. There was a big bug (thankfully not a bed bug but still a bug notheless) in our bed when we tried to go to sleep. We went down for breakfast and when we came back to our room to pack up we found a housekeeper in our room cleaning our room despite the fact we had not checked out yet!

Cold pool. Tried to double charge us. Charged us for parking but we had no car. Nice room though.

Room 514 w/ Jacuzzi. The room was clean. But there was some things that need to be taken care of which were brought tot he attention of the front desk. But he seems to fluff it of. 1) the box spring in the room was broken. 2) wireless never worked. It never prompt us for to enter a password. Front desk said I can't help yo. 3) light switch that is over the sink in the room was broken. We had to push and wiggle it to turn on. 4) the jets in the room for the tub never worked. The front desk said " a lot of the rooms the jets do not work" 4) no Fridge. Over all. No very good. I talked to the young man at the front desk and he did not seem to really care about our issues with the room.

This place is good for a cheap, overnight stay, and accommodates large groups well. I find however that the beds are not very comfortable, so it would be difficult to stay there for longer periods of time. Also, I find the walls are very thin in the rooms, so you can easily hear noise from other rooms. On top of all that, the hotel does not have the best location.

Hotel is lovely, the pool is excellent but the attached restuarant had no alcohol, closed Early, and the $4.00 breakfast had no meat. The meat was extra. I would they changed a little more and provide sausage or bacon. However the front deck clerk was very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay. Was quiet and a nice hotel. Just don't park there, they charge you ten bucks. It is a new law. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with my dog while my Niece had a hockey tournament. I first picked this location as it was pet friendly, but am glad I did! Their customer service for the 3 days, on every shift from front desk to the restaurant was above and beyond expectations! They were helpful and great with my dog Dakota! Rooms were very clean, and close to highway and restaurants. Just a short 7min easy drive to the falls to see the lights! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! Thanks Days for your hospitality!

My stay here was a bit on the disappointing side. The good: The hotel is very clean, and the room that I got was very nice in terms of decor and comfort. Very nice bathtubs and well maintained room. It was very cozy. The location is along a busy stretch of restaurants and souvenir stores. The lobby was very nice with a wonderful waiting room and fireplace. The bad: The amenities. The biggest contributing factor when I choose a hotel for my stay is the pool and whirlpool / hot tub. It was such a huge disappointment that the pool was literally freezing cold to the point where it was not possible to even swim. I don't even recall anyone swimming in the pool during my weekend stay. To add more disappointment, there was no hot tub, which all other Days Inns have. I had to rent another hotel just to swim and relax in the hot tub. What a shame that this Days Inn had such inferior amenities. Will I return to Days Inn? Yes, but just not this location.

A quick and quiet stay… a nice room and pleasant staff made our stop over a easant stay. Nice to have the parking lot plowed when leaving early the next morning. Will book again in our next trip through. Thanks.

Stayed there a few times during and off the season. Days Inn has always been friendly and hospitable for decades of travel for myself and my family. It's disappointing to know however that this franchise hires racist bigots like Brianne Haldorson. The reviews are no joke. Can't complain about my stays though. Low quality hotel but for a very low price, moderately noisy and moderately clean. Though I'm not picky at all about fanciness. Stopped staying there, found better deals (slightly more $$) but at least staff not as horribly rude!

Great location. Not too much crowded and not too far from attractions. You must book in advance as it fills up pretty quick. Management is able to handle large groups. Rooms are clean but antiquated. You have e alot of option for food deliveries. Business center is too tiny to consider also there is a printer that is fairly new but has issues while printing due to desktop outdated.

Interesting stay. Rooms were clean, only one ice machine and if you need an iron you need to call the front desk. Service was good and there was a lot of amenities around.

This place don’t deserve a star. Customer service sucks. Web site said they accept debit card but upon check in they refused to accept it for my deposit. I was told they can’t hep me because I don’t have a valid credit card. This was 2am and they didn’t care I was left in the cold. Would not recommend this place to no one. On the other hand Ramada just a few door down was happy to receive my booking using my debit card. Thanks Ramada.

First of all when we walked in the concierge was on the verge of a mental breakdown as if we were an inconvenience. Seriously the reviews are of no stretch. Do not book here. Thankfully we were able to cancel as soon as we seen our nasty room. We were given a ground floor room in the back that looked like an old dirty small motel with people beside us that were living there as permanent residents with a dog in a one bedroom hotel room who rent for months at a time… 1st red flag. 2nd red flag was the huge black stain in the middle of the floor, hard as hell rock bed and a dirty mattress under the covers. The smell… It smelt like mold and mildew. We were out of there so quick and demanded a refund, drove up to falls view Blvd and stayed for an extra $60 more at the best western with the amenities and customer service we expect.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. We had to change rooms. There is no restaurant anymore. Pool has way too much of chlorine n take your own toiletries.

Don't go in there. It's been several times since I've been in the past three years. Since all this time they are not even screwed me to have an adequate Wi-Fi service… looks like I'm in Cuba Wi-Fi side. Big time Sucks.

Very small rooms and very uncomfortable beds, its only advantage is to have near a Oulet.

Very low-end. Basic Breakfast without diversity. Towels and stained sheets and carpets questionable for cleanliness. Lack of towels for the number of people in the room. Very little insulated wall between the rooms; We hear people talking in the adjoining rooms.

Hotel too simple, as you do not get even the indispensable, just a soap and a bottle of shampoo, we had the misfortune to find cockroaches in the room, I imagine is one of the cheapest hotels in Canada.

We stayed here for a wedding as apparently this was the only hotel in the Niagara Falls area that accepted blocks of rooms. Anyways, I would not recommend this place at all. We paid $150 for the night… this place should have been in the $70 range. The room was super dated, the shower had pink mildew around the drain, the toilet was constantly leaking, the blow dryer did not work for more than 2 seconds at a time, the room smelt musky, the AC unit was so dirty and filled with dust that we were hesitant to even turn it on because we were worried how much more dust would be circulating in the room. Our sink was clogged and at one point, it gurgled and it looked like bits of vomit chunks came up from the drain. The carpet was lifting in various places, the ice machine didn't work, the elevator had what looked like blood on the ceiling and there was only 1 light on the bedroom which had one of the "daylight"/hospital type bulbs in it which was not inviting. The walls were paper thin, the bed was so old that in one of the two beds, we could feel the springs! The sheets were rough and dry and the TV was the size of a computer monitor. The lobby was renovated and looked ok which gave us some reassurance, but once we checked in, we immediately wanted to run out and stay somewhere else. It felt dirty and gross. Would not recommend this place at these prices. I heard the front desk quoting a regular room rate for a Saturday to someone on the phone at $249.99! That is just insane!

First room had a bunch of fruit flies/ small flies. Big stain inside door. Second room didn't have flies but water damage on wall. Stayed here for 4 hours before work, not worth it, didn't sleep. Travel alot for work and stayed in other days inns that were nice, this one is not… Staff at desk was nice but not a great hotel. Motels up the road look better, stay somewhere else!

The room was standard. King size bed was quite comfortable. Room was a reasonable size. Bathroom was clean and sufficient. Decent room for one night.

We had bed bugs. Not very clean. But the people who work there very nice.

The rooms are OK without more. We found a cockroach so it's nothing off… lunch is basic too.

Very clean hotel, has indoor pool, light breakfasts, but good.

Eccentric but earlier comfortable room. Small downside for the noise outside that can quickly embarrassed.

Alone I stayed one night, it is well located, approx 2km of the waterfalls… No Restaurant and the pool was in remodeling… Well for a night.

The bass Metton arrives in room no electricity reads its very hard carpets its task but the Schwimmingpool is pleasant after a day D3 walking but the fact that it is in the reception and that it is all glass even what gives on the parking is difficult.

Not to go service no one and when you dispute they tell you, and cheaters their supervisor, there is nothing we can do for you. We just took one night there and then we went to the CSJ Motel Super well and owner smiling.

The location is good, five minutes drive from the falls, next to the hotel you will find an outlet with several famous shops. The rooms, book one for four people but when we walked there were only two towels (for two people) two envelopes of coffee (two people) in short, we had to call the reception to send us more towels and go to get the coffee. The Internet Wi-Fi does not have much reach, only half of the room and not very good. But the cost of the room was good cheap, ppr that I can not complain more.

Did not get an opportunity to stay because despite reserving the hotel stating that I would pay at the hotel they tried to charge the temporary card I had used to hold the hotel and planned on paying differently when we arrived. They gave our room away instantly and we had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to find replacement Hotel. Not only that but the receptionist was extremely rude about it. I will never stay at a Days in again which considering I frequently stay at them will be a loss for them.

Totally objective and honest review here. We came as a last resort because it was a busy weekend. Not the nicest hotel because it is outdated, but it is clean and staff is friendly. If you need a convenient, cheap place to stay, this hotel will do just fine. It is only a 10 minute cab ride from Clifton Hill, and the Lundy's Lane outlets are literally next door. Don't expect fancy, but it is doable. Things to be aware of: 1. They add tourism tax to your room charge! This is an "elective" tax, in the sense that many establishments in the Falls tack it onto your bill, hoping you won't notice. You can always ask to have it taken off. However, the hotel said they were not permitted to take it off. I am going to be investigating this, because on principal, it is VERY wrong. 2. They advertise a "heated pool. " Well, the room is very hot. The pool itself is not. 3. The wording on the website needs to take grammar into consideration. They advertise their amenities, followed by "free Wi-Fi and parking. " Well, the Wi-Fi is free, the parking is not. They tack in an extra $8 for parking when you get there. 4. There is only one ice machine for the whole hotel. I recommend stocking up before you arrive. 5. The hot tub sounds like an airplane taking off. If you end up coming here enjoy your stay.

Nope, will never stay in this hotel again. Very outdated, hotel was full of roudy drunks and kids having a party in the hall to the point that you couldn't even walk through to get to your room, and staff dId nothing abut it. The pool was ok, but I wasn't exactly impressed with the fact that at around 1pm there was a group drinking beer in the pool, and they could hardly stand up, and another couple of people doing everything but having sex in the pool. All while I had my 2 year old son and 4 year old niece in the pool. My bed covering had some questionable stains on it, they have maybe a total of 10 cable channels to watch, and the location is slightly ghetto looking (I might question the police caution tape tied to the fence on the bordering mini golf that is now closed down) oh, but hey, my sheets and towels were clean!

The worst hotel we have stayed ever. Our room was too cold, even air conditioner did not help to warm up the room. The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny and there is no sink, the sink is in the room. The parking costs $8/ night. There is another hotel Comfort Inn which is also 2 stars but much better. Don't recommend Days Inn to families with children.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. They had the entire team scattered throughout the motel thus increasing time in the hallways, and noise not centralized to one area or floor. Hard beds, kept having to get key re-coded multiple times, windows leaked but little air circulation, stained sheets, house keeper wanted us out but didn't properly clean the room, bathroom shower head was clogged with calcium, ran out of hot water after 1 shower, PRICE NOT AS ADVERTISED… They advertised 79.99 but neglected to tell us about the parking fee and 'new gov't tax' that was simply a tourism tax. Non existent Wi-Fi, very cold pool, mould in the stairwell and hair in the bathroom, very long wait times for extras such as pillows, very unprofessional staff. Towel racks, hair dryer simply inoperative and broken. Very dirty property.

Terrible doesn't even being to describe the experience I had there. The bathroom kept breaking on us. The water for the shower was either really hot or really cold there was no in between. They gave us only two towels and there was four of us. So two really didn't cut it. We went down for a hockey tournament, so they scatter the team all over the hotel. The first night when we got there it took them an hour and half to get two pillows. The Wi-Fi sucks, I had to go down the lobby to use it. My friends dad got stuck in the elevator. On the second day we were there, the maid rushed us out and then she didn't even clean our room because "our bed was full of personal things" and all we had on the beds were sleeping bags. She didn't vaccum or clean the bathroom. A team members mom found mold in the stairwell. And their bathroom floor was full of hair. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were too soft. They kept changing our keys. We would go out for a bit and when we got back our key wouldn't work. And that happened throughout the night. It got to the point, I went down to ask the front desk if I could have three keys. And two out of the three didn't work. I would advise you to NOT book here. If you are going for a hockey tournament or an event I would book somewhere else. It was a horrible experience!

We stayed in two days Inn while we were in Niagara Falls, both of which are right there on the main strip however this particular location was further away from the center of it all then our other Days Inn. We had a Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi itself was fine. The bed however was a little uncomfortable, as we kind of missed our bed from home. The wife didn't like the pillows either saying that they were too lumpy… but I didn't really notice that. As we had used as Jacuzzi the night of our stay when we got up in the morning we found that there were only enough towels in the room for having dried off after the jacuzzi and so there were no towels in the morning after our shower. The wife was hoping for some sort of a breakfast in the morning, but we ended up down the road a very popular little place because there was no free offerings from our Hotel. As well when we had made a reservation they quoted us on a night and from there we assumed that the parking was free, further because we had made reservations at two different hotels and the other hotel had told us about the overnight fee for parking. So when we went to check out there was another $8 that we were not aware of that had to be paid… Could have been worse but it also would have been nice to know at the time of reservation.

My stay was overall great. The pool is a bit awkward as it is right in the entrance. The hotel looks older but the rooms are more modern looking. The humidity in the room was dry but we were able to adjust the temperature which was nice. However, they took a $50 deposit which was suppose to be returned on the day of check out. When I checked out the man said he does not put it back on as with credit cards it goes on automatically in 24 hours. 24 hours have now passed and I call the hotel as my credit card has not been credited. The lady explained that because it was a holiday it will take and extra 48 hours to show up due to bank closures. 48 hours have no passed, I call to figure out what the hell is going on. She takes down my if and then hangs up on me. 30 mins later I call back and she puts me on hold halfway through my sentence. This experience has been beyond frustrating.

Myself and wife go here every year for the Comic Con in Niagara Falls and the hotel and staff are great. We missed out last year and waited to long and booked a terrible hotel! We all set this year and can't wait to stay!

Terrible hotel. We woke up with bed bug bites. DO NOT stay here.

My friend got stuck in the elevator and the hotel didnt do anything about it until we called 911 seeming that they would do it.
