We really enjoyed our stay. Great little garden out back. The room we had also had a separate entrance which was very private. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very pleasant. I'd definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay here! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean. It was in a great location and we walked to the falls. John was an exceptional host and made us feel right at home. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! This place is a beautiful historic house, minutes away from the Falls, but so peaceful you will get a good night's sleep. The room was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. We will be back.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. We loved it! Walking distance from downtown Niarga Falls district and very close to the Falls. The rooms were super clean and very cozy! Overall, this place was charming with a homie feel! We will definitely be back.

Most accommodating B&B. Checked in late with my 90 year old Auntie and didn't think about the height of the bed. The owners were more than accommodating to this unique duo. The rooms are beautiful, clean and lovely decorated. The bathrooms were fabulous especially the tubs. The food and service was amazing.

Room was lovely and very quaint, breakfast was delicious and John and his family were extremely helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

I just returned from my stay at Bedham Hall in Niagara Falls. Heather was such a pleasant host. She respects your privacy but is there if you need her. She's has a good knowledge about the area. Serves a delicious full breakfast every morning, in addition to continental breakfast items like croissants (yummy). She even graciously provided me with batteries for my camera and free tickets to the Skylon. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant!

Lovely house and lovely rooms with very affordable pricing. Close to Fallsview waterpark and Cliffton hill, definitely a great getaway and would love to visit again if going to Niagara Falls.

I had a bad experience in trying to book this B&B. I booked in late February for July, yet received no confirmation. My follow-up emails were ignored and my phone calls were not returned. Obviously I could not depend on finding the rooms I had booked available. Finally, I cancelled the booking by email in late March. Three+ months later, the B&B nonetheless charged my credit card as a no show.

This was our first trip to Canada and it couldn't have been better thanks to our lovely host, Heather! The B&B was gorgeous and the breakfasts were delicious! Our room was private, beautifully decorated and sooo comfy! Heather gave us lots of tips on what to see and where to eat! Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here recently over the weekend (End of July 2012) and Bedham Hall B&B was amazing. The room we had was the Kensington and it was beautifully decorated. The exterior of this house is gorgeous and well maintained with beautiful flowers and plants. The owner was really helpful and gave us some great tips on stuff to do and what was around there. We didn't have a car and I thought the walk to the falls would be a bit far, but it's not far at all and is definitely walkable. There is also a shuttle that stops a minute's walk from the B&B. The other thing I have to mention is the amazing breakfast. There was a continental breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast where the owner gave us a preference and then cooked it. Overall, the perfect B&B for anyone looking to head to Niagara for a weekend away. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable and beautiful place. The entire area is so relaxing and peaceful. The owner was extremely nice and made our stay wonderful. If you are going to stay in a bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls I highly recommend this one. We can't wait to go back.

Awesome food! the people running the place are warm and friendly! this the closest you can be to the american side while in canada. This road is all residential so it is quiet. But you are walking distance to everything.
