I have stayed here on numerous occasions and have enjoyed my stay every time. The staff is helpful at all hours of the night and the central location is close to the highway both Toronto and Niagara bound. Rooms are clean. Thank you for the comfort in the times im away from home.

Bathroom was dirty and the alleged queen sized bed was actually a double. They were renovating the rooms next to ours and started banging at 7:30am. Piss poor place in my opinion, I would never stay there again.

The rooms were clean and owner very friendly knowledgeable. Over all good experience.

Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Tv was bigger then any I've ever had in a hotel before. No complaints.

Great family run experience — staff acts like family members. Had a small issue with the sink and they were on it immediately. Looks like they are re-doing the rooms one at a time with attention to details. Great mattress — better than some of the expensive hotels. You can walk to nearby MacDonald's and about 5 other restaurants (I like fast food because I am usually in a hurry).

We've been here for 10 days now as we are awaiting an apartment. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms large and clean. Manager was so kind to give us a break on price due to the length of our stay.

Staff were very respectful, units were clean and nice. Best part was how affordable the rooms were. Also, in the lobby, you get 24 hr coffee/tea to enjoy all day long. Would very much recommend this motel.

Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Bathroom floor was dirty. Entrance floor was sticky. The door would rattle with the wind. Beware of the curtains when turning on the heating unit. Make sure they do not fall down as they might start to smoke up. Often heard yelling throughout the night. Not the fault of the inn, however hints at what to expect. The pillow cases come from a variety of different institutions. Crumbs on the table upon arrival. On a positive note the front desk attendant was friendly and beds were comfortable. If you simply want a cheap place to crash for a night, sure go ahead.

Not the cleanest or most up to date, but that's what you get for the cheapest motel in St. Catharines (although $80 with a promo code is still not very cheap. ) It did the trick for a last minute decision to get a place to stay after a night out, so we didn't have to worry about driving to our out of town home, but I wouldn't recommend for a vacation. The staff were also not the friendliest, and when I was handed my debit receipt after checking out, I was straight up ignored when I asked if I would get a receipt for the room. Then I was brushed off. I may stay there again if I am in desperate need of a place to stay, but I wouldn't make a point of staying there.

This place was disgusting, the rooms reek of cigarettes (all the rooms). I specifically requested a non smoking room and every single one was disgusting. The washroom was dirty and the bathtub was filthy, the sheets were not fresh what so ever. Over all I would give this place a one, but because of the staff it's a two. Highly disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone that likes to be in a clean environment. This place is for grimy chain smokers.

The room seems to be getting improvements. It has new paint, new carpet, a nice mini fridge and microwave and a great air-conditioner. However, the extra locks we're broken and one of the faucet handles was broken. Both items I was not warned about but told the office already knew about when I informed them. Since I paid over $200 for the room that was unacceptable. The $60 advertised on their sign would have been more appropriate.

Mainly 3 stars because I know there are places that are better or worse. Internet was ridiculously fast, lots of parking, room was clean. Heater did not work but they immediately brought in a portable heater and it was dandy. The room was indeed renovated so some photos may not be up to date.

What a mess, rooms smelled like stale cigarettes. Tried several before we found that was ok. Bathroom was dirty and toilet was not flushed. It was horrible! Sheets had blood on it! Disgusting. Never book this hotel.

They are doing remodeling but overall cheap place to stay bed linens was clean. Hopefully carpet will be changed out in all rooms soon. After remodel is done would increase score the owner and morning staff was both very nice and helpful.

It was fairly unclean especially the bathroom. They had a nice TV which unfortunately did not work. Bring flip flops to wear in the tub as they are a little grungy.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The man behind the desk was racist, talked about building a wall to keep people out of our country. The room we were in was beyond dirty; it had not been cleaned since who knows when. There was garbage everywhere, remains from when somebody had changed a doorknob were on the floor. There was a SHOP VAC in the room, middle of the floor. The bathroom looked like frat boys had been in it, and the floors were sticky. Checked out ASAP. Was not given a refund, nor comped for the horrible room. I do NOT recommend this place, not calling it a hotel, to anybody. Don't bring children here. Spend an extra 10$ and get a room somewhere else. The price is not worth the room.

This place is HORRIBLE if I could guess what a drug den looks like it is this place I even seen blood splatter on the floor so trust me stay away go pay a tiny bit more for a way better hotel kuz this isn't even a motel.

Car broke down in St. Catherines on the way home and couldn't be fixed till the morning last august. Showed up late and the man at the desk was very friendly and I promised him I would write a review. The room was in fairly good condition but not immaculately clean as there was a dirty mirror above my head. Other then that is was good and it had a conveniently modest continental breakfast with muffins and brownies and things. For the Value I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Dont stay at the holiday inn down the road as they were rude on the phone.

It was great and a good price, nice, good for me and my 3 kids. My husband enjoyed. Clean rooms. Close to the highway QEW. Very convenient to everything the city has to offer. Thank you.
