I loved everything about this establishment. Lily and Steve were wonderful host. Very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and the art work within the b&b was breathtaking. We will return again for sure!

We stayed at Lily's House as our home base for touring Niagara Wine Country. The property is simply gorgeous and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the private bathrooms contain a double shower. Amazing! ). Lily and Steve were so incredibly kind and sociable. The breakfast was also amazing. Can't wait to stay again!

Lily and Steve are awesome hosts! the house is very beautiful in a quiet location but very central on a beautiful river. Everything is very clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. Lily and Steve are always there to help and making sure we feel at home.

Went to Lily's for a paint nite, and got way more than I expected! When we arrived we relaxed with a drink in her beautiful gallery, got to work in her cute and cozy studio as she guided us through starting our chosen painting. Then we took a break to enjoy an incredibly delicious bento box! Lily joined us and was genuinely interested in getting to know us, and shared a great deal about herself as well. She took photo and video of us, and made a great little video of our evening! This is more than just a paint nite, its a full and super enjoyable night out! If you have never tried this I highly recommend! Dont waste your time on a thrown together "paint nite" at a public restaurant. This is the real deal!

Visited Lily's House on The 12 with some co-workers and had a great time! Beautiful building, delicious food, and Lily was a great paint teacher. Had a great time and will definitely be back to try out the B&B. Thanks Lily!

This is the best B&B anywhere. It is clean and modern with a wonderful scenic view from all the rooms. It is located in the middle of everything in Niagara. The hosts are warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The food is fresh, delicious and plentiful.

Amazingly awesome! She’s so kind and funny. She has amazing painting classes. The artwork around her studio is spectacular. Must try!

I have been to Lilly's a few time and truly enjoyed ever minute. Lilly and Steve r the most gracious hosts and the food is wonderful. Lilly's paintings are beautiful and all original she is so helpful with techniques and always wanting wanting her class to put their own personal touch. I setting is relaxing and tranquil over looking the river. I would highly recommend Lilly's Place for a paint night or weekend stay. Janie.

Situated on a quiet road near the St Catharines river. The amenities provide a very zen atmosphere. The owners are attentive to their guests' needs, and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. A big plus for a bed & breakfast. Lily brings an Asian touch to her copious breakfast. Could barely finish it! ❤

Went for a paint night with co-workers. Lily was a great host, she helped all of us make a great painting, and her dinner was excellent. For the money, it was one of the best nights out I've had in awhile.

Staying at Lily's House was amazing. Both Lily an Steve are so hospitable, kind, and friendly. Had fun spending time and chatting with them throughout our stay. Upon arrival Lily showed us around her place. They invited us for a hot pot dinner, which was a very enjoyable experience. Food was very delicious and Lily made her own special hot pot sauce; which was also super delicious. For breakfast, it was more like brunch, so we saved a lot of money on breakfast and lunch. It wad very healthy — filled with plenty of vegetables and fruits. Lily also made homemade Chinese sesame balls with red bean paste, really good. The rooms are just spectacular! Wonderful view of the 12 mile river. There was a fireplace in our room (Summer Room). Two person shower; which is very convenient with saving time. The washroom had plenty of towels to utilize. It also had a hair dryer, a magnified mirror on the side. Everything was just so new, fresh, and modern. To access your suite was unique, using a pin pad. The bed was comfortable and filled with lots of pillows. The closet had a luggage placement and lights. Water bottles were provided, homemade cookies (to die for) and peanut bags. The balcony in our room, still with the river view, had plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy your tea, coffee, or beer. There is also a place to hang out in, if you want to play board games, etc. In the same area there is a little kitchen where you can make coffee and tea.

We loved staying at Lily's. It's a very modern B&B, with clean lines. The place is well decorated with Lily's fathers artwork, which is so lovely. The rooms are spacious and ours had a front view of the river, which is really relaxing. The shower had two heads that dropped down from the ceiling! We ate both dinner and breakfast there. Hotpot was delicious and unique! We loved the sauce and the dumplings were to die for! Breakfast was also Chinese-ish style and served in a bento box: fruit and yogurt, sausage, egg and bacon omelet, and broccoli. Very tasty! Lily and Steve are excellent hosts! They were happy to give are recommendations and just chat. We had a great time and would love to go back again sometime.
