Bed and Breakfast

To say that our expectations were met is an understatement. Upon arrival, David greeted us and walked us through his home. I felt that I had been transported to another time as the home felt historic and exuded classic elegance. When I asked what year the home was built, he replied that it was a new build and before the Bed and Breakfast he was a set designer and thus his home was just one giant set. The place was immaculate and there was no detail overlooked. Everything from the shampoo (which was local! ) to refreshments were selected with care. There were multiple seating areas, both upstairs and downstairs, that again felt like something out of a movie. David takes such pride in both his home and in serving his guests. Upon booking, he asked if there were any diet restrictions, and I hesitantly said vegan. He mentioned that the nights we were staying for had breakfasts that were crêpes and savory omelets but insisted that he would make me something special. David asked what milk alternative I wanted and even thought I am not fussy, he went out of his way to get exactly what I wanted. The first morning, myself and my fiancé in addition to the other 4 lovely guests sat around the dining table in awe. The place setting was regal, the assortment of drinks was plentiful, and each of the 3 (yes 3! ) courses were presented beautifully and thoroughly-explained.

I don't know what to write. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Excellent artisan breakfast! Very nice morning walk along the neighborhood mall overlooking Lake Ontario! My wife and I enjoyed excursion in Great Canada to get away from blistering and busy Tokyo.

Great location. Worth every dollar.

My hubby and I enjoyed a two night stay and David our host was awesome. I forgot my face moisturizer and he was kind enough to package and mail it to me. Breakfasts were delicious and our room was beautifully decorated.

I just told someone today about Panache. David is so kind & an outstanding host! We stayed there almost exactly one year ago for our wedding anniversary & it was such a wonderful weekend. We loved this place & would stay there again in a heartbeat! Our next weekend stay may be a ways away due to our crazy lives right now, so busy!
Thank you David, we haven't forgotten about you or your bed & breakfast! We'll be back someday!

We stayed in the suite at Panache and it has been absolutely incredible. Having never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, I was fairly skeptical but aside from our room being private and amazing, the owner is very professional and considerate. We've spent one night here so far and our breakfast the first morning was incredible. He plans out seasonal fruit (we had peaches and cream as the first course) and after that we had a huge cheese, bread and Pattee second course that was all fresh and delicious. Finally he brought out a chive and leek omlette with cheese, sweet potatoes and a tomato homemade salad with balsamic and oil. We have one more night in our suite and I'm both sad that we will have to leave and excited for breakfast tomorrow which he has hinted at… Crepes. In addition to our room there are several public spaces that are cozy and neat. A library upstairs and a bar/lounge in the basement. The backyard is also open and feels like you are in another world. Very scenic and private. I recommend this place more than anything else in the area if staying in Niagra on the Lake. Thanks for an awesome experience David and Panache!

Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the comfort & decor.

First let me say that David and Jason are incredible hosts! The two of them are extremely kind, welcoming, easy to get along with, and make you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. My fiance, now wife, Sheryl, and I had the pleasure of utilizing this gorgeous Bed & Breakfast for our wedding weekend. Sheryl stayed there on the Friday night with her bridesmaids, then was able to spend the morning and afternoon there on the day of our wedding with the girls relaxing and getting ready before the big event. We also had use of it the night of the wedding along with members from our wedding party and I couldn't begin to explain how beautiful this B&B really is. Pictures do not do it justice, nor does my explanation of just how fantastic David & Jason are. There truly are no words I can use to properly explain just how highly I would recommend Panache for your lodging should you be looking for a place to stay while visiting Niagare-on-the-Lake. Everything about this B&B is perfect, the hosts, the house, the furnishing, the ambiance… everything. David & Jason, you two are amazing and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us over the weekend. Thank you so much for making our special weekend that much more special!

David and Jason were wonderful hosts! My fiance and I were getting married so we ended up having their beautiful Bed & Breakfast for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect! Not only is the home and property stunning both inside and out but as I said before, David and Jason are wonderful! I would highly, highly, highly recommend Panache to anyone considering a visit.

Was like being at home except for the cooking.

Facility is excellent as is the food.

Wonderful place, spacious room, services and hosts surpass our expectations. That place cannot be ignore if pass through Niagara on the lake!
