The room was clean and nice, the customer service was amazing. Thanks to the Student at the desk. After visiting the haven motel, and the terrible service received we went here were it made us feel like home. Will defiantly visit again.

Stayed here for the night as it was a cheap place for the area. Free breakfast was a few boxes of cereal and some bread and bagels for toasting. Coffee. Place could definitely use some renos… atleast a deep clean, paint and repairs. One of the outlets didn't work and multiple power bars were being used. Beds were ok for a nights sleep. Mirrors had bullseyes.

Had been there for stay cause for overnight catering. Good personal servicr.

Nice clean little place, no trouble while staying there and the people were friendly.

The room is great for the price, $68 a night at the lowest rate we got, if you're alright with a box TV it has A/C, clean bathroom, the bedding has a small stain on the pillow case but that is solved by bringing your own. Overall it is great for the price.

Old and in need of retirement. This place looks like it's out of the 60s with the tvs to match. No lobby and the rooms are dismal.

This hotel was so worn out and dated that it was not even a consideration after looking at a room. Creepy and dirty looking.

Staff were wonderful, very attentive and they didn't mind all of my questions!

Although I have not stayed there myself, I have had clients that have stayed there while they were looking for homes here in Fort Erie. I know the owners well and they are a hard working family that provide a great service. I have not heard anything negative from any of my clients that have stayed there.

Dog discrimination. 15 pound dog only. Really? Even for an obedience trained dog. Wouldn't help me. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor/ manager. Wont ever stay. Will never recommend. Very rude customer service skills on reservation call.

The location was close to the QEW. The rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and prompt. Would stay here again.

Good place if you just need a bed and bathroom. I was in Fort erie to dive the river, so this was in a great location for that.

It is located besides the Niagara river and US-Canada border. Rooms are clean and good condtion. Services are awesome and offered breakfast in morning.

The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk was helpful and kind. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

There were a lot of fruit flies in the room. We discovered a rotting pear underneath the bed. They did not clean the room. The continental breakfast was just cereal and milk, English muffin, and bagels. We were expecting more.

Clean, front desk staff was friendly, furniture is a bit dated but was a good deal. Right before the US border, don't accidentally cross the border! Tim Hortons and Wendy's nearby.

The staff are always courteous I've been there a couple times now because of work and really enjoyed my stay nothing fancy but nothing wrong with the place.

Don't judge a book by its cover! The outside may seem a little rough, but our room was super clean, spacious and updated! The staff was spectacularly helpful and the views of the Lake and Buffalo's waterfront are breathtaking from the second floor balcony. It definitely surpassed, by many miles, my expectations based on the website and my first look upon arriving. A huge value and within walking distance of many many amenities! Perfect reasonably priced stop for a border hop! Final note, they treated my kids like gold!

Too expensive for no star hotel.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I would like to give it no stars. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. We ended up leaving at 12:30 and driving home. There was a comb left beside the bed. Worst $111 ever spent. Don't go there.

Was a convenient stopping point for our trip. Very basic but did the job.

Better than most motels, pricing higher though.

Simple, Clean, good price.
