For what it is its good. Reasonable price and good caring staff.

It is as expected for one of the cheaper places. No frills and just looking for a decent place to sleep without nothing major. You won't find hairdryer or shampoo. But the room is clean enough. If you find something missing in the room or you need to turn on the heat, you'll have to ask.

This motel is known for being dirty. Nothing for kids to do. Wouldn't recommend taking a child anywhere near it.

Second time staying here. Great bang for your buck. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with high speed Wi-Fi and washrooms seem newly renovated. Definitely worth the value.

If I could make it zero stars I would. And I am nervous after reading posts that this hotel is going to charge us extra on my credit card for no reason. The story. My boyfriend and I booked a hotel at the Collingwood Motel for a night and was called and asked to cancel it by the owner because apparently that motel isn’t open over winter. He (Sam the owner) said he would shack us up in his other motel “Pleasant Manor Motel” that is just down the road and he would give me a King Bed. It was slammed this weekend at Blue Mountain because of family day weekend — so there was zero hotel availability — so I said sure! We checked in. The wife was kind. The room was from an episode of Bates Motel, but for $111? What more could I ask for. So we checked in and went snowboarding all evening. We came back to the motel (around midnight) and went to watch TV. No service. The TV is broken. Fine. No problem. Call the motel. Sam answers “what’s up” We tell him about the TV and he starts yelling at us telling us it’s midnight and there is nothing he can do. (I have this all recorded on video). He starts freaking out saying we need to check out now and that he is going to call the police. (We are very calm people, taking a mini vacation away without our three kids lol) Anyway. It is what it is. Just don’t stay here. We are sleeping on top of blankets and with one eye open. Bates Motel for real!

Place is clean. Parking is good. Close to blue mountain.

Beds where hard as concrete and the room was not cleaned. I DO NOT recommend this motel. The worst motel I have ever seen. Has bedbugs. Didn't stay in the motel didn't want to take bedbugs home. And didn't get my refund.

Good for a overnight stay. Room is utilitarian and I have to say the bed was comfortable. Owner very helpful and gave good suggestions for where to eat. Room was clean but bring a glass to brush your teeth. Not suitable for small kids. If you just need a room to sleep and go early the next day this establishment will work.

Nice quite place. It was clean too but I didn't like the walls. There was pain missing or scraped off in places. Other than that it's was a nice, clean and quite stay.

I called because I needed a room desperately around 4 AM, I asked if there were any rooms and the man hung up on me. I would not recomend this place at all…

Lacking sufficient towels, thin walled rooms, renovated rooms shoddy, flat pillows, no laundry on-site. Pro though! The fridge is cold! Microwave works good. Short commute to work! Like anything, you get what you pay for and work is paying for it. So basically, I can deal.

I only stayed here once! The beds were old and uncomfortable the rooms are run down the water pressure is low the rooms had a odor the owners were unfriendly and the owner barged in in the morning! I wouldn't even recommend this to anyone or my worst enemy! BUT! I would highly recommend the motel down the highway a bit called the Relax Inn! Very clean rooms there is tons of hot water and water pressure the rooms are extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable plus the owners are so friendly! :) So it's well worth the 5 min drive down the highway for a much better and cleaner and comfortable stay @ the Relax Inn ☺ Just saying!

Nothing to expect much. A place to spend the night. Booked two bedrooms with queen beds. Old AC, no TV signal. Broken power outlets. No toothbrush or paste. Bed is clean. The old lady there is nice.

Smelled and looked clean. Staff friendly, bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Impressed for 75 all in.

A no-frills place, nice and clean, which provided bare basics for a short stay. The room had a fridge, a microwave oven, a TV, a working, free Wi-Fi connection, and a renovated bathroom facility. Nothing fancy, but sufficient and tidy. I didn't get a maiden coming to my room to tidy up the room in the two days I was there. Pleasant office staff, fast and effective. It was a reasonable place to stay at, given the price.

Good place but owners are bitches.

Staying for 4 nights for a dance competition. Love the bathroom but the beds are like rocks.

BED BUGS! Unbelievable considering the venue and the fact they were infesting the rooms, furniture, bedding and even the refrigerator. Avoid this place at all costs until this outbreak is under control. Even getting a bed replaced and then changing rooms, the bed bugs were everywhere in this place. To top it off even after this terrible experience there wasn't even compensation offered or discussed.

Way overpriced. Heater doesn't work, beds are super old, bathroom doesn't come with shampoo. Is that a thing at other hotels? They're all supposed to come with shampoo, arent they.

Booked last week then now cancelled and they could not give me a cancellation# or confirmation# like every other hotel/motel. Said "ya ya sure". Very broken english hard to understand. Let's hope they don't go ahead and charge me.

Accused of damage, and extra vehicles that I had absolutly no relation to what so ever. The staff was hard to talk to. When I tried calling about this so called damage fee it took them several days to respond. I DO NOT recommend this motel, even if its a last resort.
