It is okay for a hotel. Went there for a wedding but no group discount. No 5 stars because the atmosphere was not unfriendly but not friendly either. But overall service was good. Clean and nice. Also take stairs, elevator takes forever.

The room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location is close to many shops and restaurants and the staff are extremely pleasant! I have and would come back anytime I need a place to stay in Collingwood as the value is the best I have found! Plenty of options for continental breakfast makes stating your day right easy!

Excellent location will all local amenities around im case you forgot something. Wide selection of local restaurants around.

Nice cozy hotel has a Pool and a gym has good breakfast and is quiet. Has a grocery store nearby with Starbucks and a few other places. Nice getaway vacation for the weekend.

Functional and basic. They had those anti-bedbug sheets on the bed which sketched me out but I didn't see any when I checked. The rooms are dated, about what you would expect for an affordable rural hotel.

Excellent price and a great stay. Nice room, clean, and very friendly service. Surprised that there was not more selection from the included breakfast. Only additional improvement I'd suggest would be to have a shuttle available to Blue Mountain.

Great stay. The Days Inn is very close to the Blue Mountain Village and we were able to save a lot just by driving 10 minutes. Very clean rooms. Good water pressure and hot water. They also have a hottub and small salt water pool. The work out room is very basic with only 3 machines for cardio. Ample free parking and free continental breakfast: mini muffins, breads, bagels, cereals, fruit, instant oatmeal, eggs and b/f sausages. Also included coffee and a couple of juices. I've read some reviews that some guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast but we were very content with it. We would definitely come back. It's also literally one parking lot away from a grocery store and coffee shop. And there are numerous restaurants around the corner.

Great hotel with an indoor heated pool and spa. The rooms all have fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Staff is excellent and the breakfast is hot and huge. Bathrooms are clean and large and renovated.

Hotel staff is nice and everything is clean. Continental breakfast is included. Pool and hot tub were both clean and open. However room got really hot and couldn't set the thermostat to cool.

Very Friendly at Front Desk — Late check out wasn't a problem and had no fee on the day we asked. Room was average Hotel room — Clean — Staff very nice. 5 min drive to Ski resort and Scandinave Spa!

Great service, affordable price, friendly staff. Come here every year around December and January. Minutes away from blue mountain village. Have indoor pool and jet tub is a plus. Definitely recommend this place.

Great hotel with a good host of amenities. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, as the assortment was wide and everyone in the family had something to eat. The pool and hot tub are nice bonuses that give you relief after a long day on the hills. I will definitely be back and I recommend this hotel.

Hi All, I have never had a bad stay at this hotel until Dec 30th 2017, I’m not typically one to leave a poor review but there were a few things that really upset me. First of all, we booked about 2 months in advance because they were booking fast and we had booked one of the last rooms in the hotel. We do this every year regardless if it is the last room or not but the lady on the phone said there were two rooms left. Somehow someone else was able to book a room 2 weeks in advance for a lower price than what I paid. If you are looking to stay here don’t worry about your bookings because it appears that they lie on the phone to get you to book their rooms. Secondly; our room was never cleaned. Not only did I pay more money that other guest but I didn’t even get the same service as them. I contacted hotel staff and they made up an excuse that someone was in the room or the sign was on the door (we were gone skiing all day) They also would not compensate me in any way. This was my 3rd or 4th stay at the hotel and I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future. The only reason they got the second star is because the hot tub and pool were enjoyable. Cheers!

You know what you're getting, nice bed, TV, just room for 3 people. It's close to blue mountain, but not really good value when you consider what you can get nearby for an Airbnb or the many lodges nearby. We only stayed cause lodges at Blue mountain messed up our reservation.

Very clean, pool area small and very loud when 10 and more kids are there. They also have hot tub. Breakfast was Great! A lot of variety to choose from.

The room was ok. But some one went in my room and removed 2 backup cellphone from my bag. Can't remember what day it was but I had the do not disturb card on the door when I came back the door card was changed to a yellow card that said sleeping when I got in the room I had the AC set at 26 be four I left and someone changed the setting to 20dg. Some one from that days inn went in my stuff and took my phones. I am making a report to the police. There is a crook among u day inn. I was in room 208 not happy not happy I would never go back to this days inn I would rather drive back to Toronto.

Very clean looking and staff were friendly. We just really needed somewhere to sleep and this place was perfect. Would stay here again. The location was good as well, we were near Blue Mountain and not far from Wasaga Beach.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. Garbage from past use was found in the closet as well as the dressers. The pull out bed had soiled linens. The staff however were friendly and helpful. Then pool was perfect for a young family.

Neither liked not disliked our stay. It was clean, safe and comfortable. No frills or extras, but nothing bad either.

The room was really spacious and there was good service. My friend and I only stayed one night but it was pretty great. The hotel was very clean, and it was a comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would recommend to future guests is to bring your own microwavable plates and dishes. The only thing staff has in terms of cutlery is plastic knives, spoons, and forks and the plates and bowls are made of paper. The pool is small and not something you can really exercise in but the hot tub is nice. I would have no issues staying here again.

Well located with a 24hr grocery store in the parking lot. The room is of a good size but no fridge in the room.
Only real bémols: the breakfast included is very average… drinkable coffee. But fortunately, there's Tim Horton right next door, and a Starbuck's and a McDonald's at a 5-minute drive…

Rooms were great. Front desk service was questionable.

Rooms were roomy, comfy beds, nice Wi-Fi and good TVs.

The location is prime, close to many different restaurants and stores that suits people with different budgets. The price for the hotel rooms are very affordable, yet quality is pleasant.

Was about to last minute book a room for the family day long weekend, the website availability may not be accurate — so give them a call. Great value for the amenities.

Nice room but no microwave or mini fridge which I usually standard. Wifi is pretty good speed. Great location as it's next to all sorts of big chain stores and restaurants.

Not a bad spot. Top of the line for a Days Inn. TV's are old tube type, about 27". Those need to go.

My family and I use to go to a lot of hotels. Four winters ago, we started go to Collingwood (to have fun in Blue Mountain, some minutes from there) and chose Days Inn, where we found Cory, an excellent member of the staff of this hotel. Cory has solution for everything you have. We always appreciate when we receive excellent customer service, because sometimes we have had some difficulties, including in good and expensive hotels. But, in quite four years using Days Inn Collingwood, always we face a problem, small or big, or need a solution, we've had the intervention of Cory, always sympathetic and calm. Because of Cory, we started to go to a huge number of Days Inn in our destinations, as, for example, last summer, when we went to East Canada and we stayed in Days Inn or associates hotels in Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. It was a journey of 40 days in many hotels of the same brand. We can deny, after some times of observation, that the majority of staff of Days Inn Collingwood is prepared to received the client well, but Cory exceed, and his colleagues, surely, follow his example. Thank you Cory: "treating people well is something that, although at first glance does not appear, is forever. The person always has gratitude inside the heart. And we believe it reverts to who has did the good too".

Would've been a bit better if the bed was a bit softer and they had updated TV's to LCD.
