Everything here is great. Stay here for work occasionally.

Just returned from another wonderful stay at The Marriott. Comfortable clean suite. Excellent food. And of course dedicated, professional staff.

I have stayed here twice. Building and rooms are in good shape. Nothing needing repair, everything clean. Staff was friendly, responsive to minor requests.

Perfect stay and staff was always helpful. Special shout out to Breakfast Buffet Lady Extrodainre — Lorrainne! She was always on the job and making sure visitors had plenty of choices 👏

Best sleep of my life! The beds and PILLOWS are sooo comfortable.

A very nice new property located next to the airport with a very good restaurant next door. The hotel has an excellent shittle service to the airport and is 20 minutes or less from Downtown St Johns.

Attended a conference at the convention centre and this was a great place to stay. It’s attached to the building through a pathway so you don’t have to go outside.

Went there for paddy's day with some out of town visitors.
Great restaurants and food.
Great view in pretty much any direction.
Rooms could use an update.

Stayed in suite 3 which was a basement with 2 bedroom. Was very happy staying here. Bed was super comfortable.

Most units are rented month to month, but a few are then rented on a day to day basis. We were assigned to a basement unit for a two day stay.

Close to harbor, amazing scenic views from the room. Slightly expensive but comes with great view. Staff was welcoming at the reception.

The hotel is a little older but they have done an excellent job of refreshing and keeping it at the top standard.
The lobby area is great. Nice seating. Large and has a restaurant.

We've had a tradition of taking our kids to a hotel for an evening of fun. This is our second stay at Fairfield. The reservation was easy to make. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at this Hotel for 10 nights, the staff was super friendly, the room was AWESOME, the view was SPECTACULAR, hotel was very clean as were the rooms, Koodos to the cleaning staff.

We stayed at the Sandman Signature St. John’s Hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a "cleanliness" issue with the room we were assigned. The staff was great dealing with the issue and gave us an upgrade to a suite — we hadn't even asked for an upgrade!

Stayed just one night and sure, it's a very clean hotel with very comfortable rooms. Desk staff were friendly, provided lots of information about services available and got us to our rooms fast.

We had a pleasant stay at a difficult time (November 2024). My wife was home to say goodbye to her Mom. This was a last minute booking, through a travel agent.

My husband and I stayed her on a recent get away and the staff couldn't have been better. Polite, helpful and the rooms were gorgeous.

Great experience. Very friendly staff particularly Lidiya, Melissa and Kiya. This was my second stay in the hotel Saro Maria and would not hesitate to visit again when in Ethiopia.

Comfortable room, we had the rear parking lot room, which was very quiet. Dining room has great views of water and sunsets. We saw the Anchors Aweigh show in their pub.

We stayed here for two back to back nights — our first night was a "garden view" meaning not facing the water however we were pleasantly surprised as it in fact opens onto quite a nice patio area.

We had a lot of noise issues while we were there, and your manager addressed them to the best of her ability.

I stay here once a month and it always does the trick.
There are a number of hotels in the area but for the price this represents the best value for me. Broad selection of rooms, restaurant on site.

Bed was comfy. Linens were nice. Very clean. Can hear your neighbors very clearly getting busy.
Elevator wasn't working well when we arrived. It was still broken at 4am to catch taxi.

Amazing place to stay. Quiet, quaint and clean. The staff were fantastic and the little pool and slide was so much fun for the kids. We will be back!

I recently completed a one-year lease for a bachelor and I must say, it was the perfect choice for someone relocating to the city without any hassle.

The staff were welcoming and speedy with requests. Could use an update and we had a small pile of sand on our carpet. Water temperature fluctuated but overall was a comfortable stay.

Recently stayed here when in town for the Strawberry Festival.
The rooms are going back in time a few decades, but they are absolutely spotless, as is the lobby and every other area of the hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bed cabin for 3 nights. Cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was clean and well maintained everything worked. Great view of the ocean. Staff are fantastic and helpful.

We planned ahead for this 2 week driving tour of Nfld. The Shallow Bay had been recommended to us and we booked 4 nights stay with a handicap friendly room.
