The hotel is a little older but they have done an excellent job of refreshing and keeping it at the top standard.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in August on our way back to St. John's. What a lovely place. It's a beautiful old home.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. And the early morning sun. It was a home away from home. Easily accessible and neat. They were quick/responsive to our queries. Check in and out was smooth.

This was our third stay at the Killick. Very clean and comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price with a nice view of the Arnold’s Cove inlet.

Stayed just one night and sure, it's a very clean hotel with very comfortable rooms. Desk staff were friendly, provided lots of information about services available and got us to our rooms fast.

We had a pleasant stay at a difficult time (November 2024). My wife was home to say goodbye to her Mom. This was a last minute booking, through a travel agent.

We stayed at the Sandman Signature St. John’s Hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a "cleanliness" issue with the room we were assigned. The staff was great dealing with the issue and gave us an upgrade to a suite — we hadn't even asked for an upgrade!

The room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was just right. Unfortunately, I was told upon check in that a breakfast was included.

This is a great hotel within walking distance of downtown St John's. We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were very quiet. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful.

Recently spent 3 nights in Villa. The booking part was so easy and friendly thanks to manager Lianne. We also met her as we arrived (in parking lot) and she greeted us and shared some local info.

Nice accommodations, cozy and a great view of the ski hill. It could use some updating but it really has everything you need. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly.
