Nice place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location. Excellent front desk personnel.

Quick easy check in and out. Large spacious room with comfy couch extra pillows on the bed, now if they had a restaurant they would get 5☆ thank you for everything!

Bed bugs. The place was clean. Customer Service was great. I thought the breakfast was great. Sadly there were bed bugs. This is a function of being a highway hotel I expect. They had protocol in place and treated me well. The morning staff where educated and horrified though not shocked. I am confident that they will take care of the problem. I was in the bed less then 3 hrs. In 3 hrs I have more then 15 nasty bites. I am a knowledgeable traveler and feel bad for them but honestly that is pretty horrible. Nope can't recommend them.

Very good service and freshly renovated. A little poorly insulated, but still very good for the price. We had a room on the front which did not face the freeway so we heard very faintly the cars.

Room was clean and comfortable. We couldn't park our moving van with a trailer in tow in the parking lot because of the tight access, luckily the McDonald's across the street was very helpful and let us park at the end of their lot. Had a great stay overall.

Cleaning staff are friendly, the lady that runs the breakfast is very nice and always greats you with a smile. A good selection for a continental breakfast. They also have 4 different hot breakfast items. I stayed for a week and had something different every day. Not the best hotel in the world. But if you look online you can get a room and free breakfast for under $100. That's pretty good.

Stayed for a night for business. Would recommend to stay here again, good value hotel. I liked that it had a bathtub most hotels now do not and I really liked that the windows open to get fresh air most hotels do not now. The only thing I did not like was the beds were very firm, was not the end of the world but I just was not used to a hard bed.

Comfy, comfortable. Pets are allowed so was able to bring our cat.

Looks better in the pictures. Room had a mildew smell. The bathroom was nice. Walls are paper thin and you don't feel very secure with the doors between rooms. I was also given the key to a room that was occupied. I went in and there was a gentleman sleeping in the bed. The front desk person said she gave me the wrong room key. Not very secure. I barely slept feeling unsafe.

Had a short stay here before an early morning flight. Nice clean rooms, very warm after the cold winds outside! Restaurants within walking distance and very close to the airport.

Great outdoor area with some nest locations to visit nearby. Right on the Trans Canada Highway and close to the airport too!

Great place. We stay here every time we drive across western Canada. Great service, clean rooms, reasonable price.

Stayed here for one night on a work trip. My biggest complaint is that the bed was not comfortable at all. Other reviews saying the beds were comfortable must be from people who sleep on their back. I'm a side sleeper, and I was tossing and turning and woke up several times in the night. 12 hours later I'm now home and still in pain from the bed. Comfort Inn offers a choice of soft or firm pillows (the firm pillow was still too soft for a side sleeper btw), but they need to offer a mattress topper as well to make the bed softer for those who need it. I'm making another overnight trip in the spring and I'll likely be staying somewhere else where I can actually sleep.

It was a fine hotel. Nothing for. The shower curtain was always stuck to you due to being tight small shower. The bed was hard. Nothing was wrong with the place but nothing really jumped out either. Would stay again.

Hotel was nice and clean however the thermostat weird you got to choose eith hit or cold there was no in between. The brealfast was decent and the bed was comfy.

I love the airplanes outside. It's got a great bit of history near it. Lots of restaurant locations nearby and close to the airport.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing wrong was the small parking lot, not alot of room to park.

Front desk was friendly and helpful with getting the air conditioner working. Room was very clean and spacious (smelled like lemons upon entering). Breakfast was fairly standard in terms of selection (bacon, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and various carbs). Bonus was the lemon water they had available for guests in the lobby, which was very welcome after being overheated on the road. Very nice overall.

We visit Brandon regularly, and often as a last minute decision. This weekend our usual “go to”, Motel 6, was fully booked, thus resulting in us opting for Comfort Inn as 2nd choice. This Comfort Inn is a clean well managed establishment, and it appears to have recently been renovated. Staff was really helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Beds are comfy, rooms spacious and the breakfast basically the same as other “free breakfasts” offered by other establishments. All in all our stay was nice and comfortable. Having said that though, at $127-44, there was nothing special or different at this location to justify the + $30 odd in price difference we usually pay, to ensure our loyalty going forward. Great 2nd choice for us though.

It was one of the only hotels left available for the weekend. I suppose the downside being there was no pool. But the location wasn't too bad and had a McDonald's and Boston Pizza close by. The rooms were nice and clean. Found some crumbs and something left in the freezer ha, but otherwise a great stay, nicer than I thought it would be.

I know this is Canada, but the rooms get stuffy and my air conditioner sucked really bad. It was old and barely cooled. I guess the air condition wasn't on their list of "renovations".

Very nice place. Only complaint is no excersice room but other than that it's great!

There's a funny smell in the building. Maybe just a bit stale? And we got the room that shares a wall with the ice machine, very noisy. Not very good for traveling with a toddler.

The waffle iron in the breakfast room is a beautiful touch for this establishment. We were there for a week long work trip and had a great time it was easily accessible to all the amenities of the city and the staff were friendly at all times. Simply Green Home Services looks forward to the next opportunity to stay at this wonderful, beautifully updated accommodation destination.

Rooms are clean and decently sized, breakfast is super lack luster and they make you fight for a meal ticket every morning if you book through a third party. Showers are also barely hot. Other then that ok.

The bed was too small for two large men.

Good location, close to the university. Rooms and lobby were recently remodeled. However, there was a noise issue with the group next to us. We had to contact the front desk twice, and even then still deal with above acceptable noise levels well past the hotels advertised 'quiet time'. With the whole point of us staying overnight in Brandon being to get a good sleep and avoid waking up early to make the drive, this was a huge waste of money. I would give this hotel negative stars, but the breakfast does have a waffle machine. 2 stars.
