Great motel highly recommend it was clean and room was comfortable we had a window you can see the pool which was a okay view. Did not try the pool so nothing to say there but the breakfast was nice we had waffles and sausages and there were some snack too and everything is close by like other stores which was convenient. The parking lot was bad because of ice ruts like me car got stuck so others had to help push but 10/10 recommend!

I had a very unpleasant stay.
My room and bathroom were full of hair. Breakfast room is very depressing and food is very poor quality. For sure will not go there anymore. However, the people at the reception were very kind and friendly.

Walk into the room and there was mice traps. Room was not very clean. Black mold in the bathroom. Found BED BUGS and showed staff. Not even fazed, manager couldn’t even be bothered to come in and deal with it. Not impressed at all. You get what you pay for that’s for sure.

I recently check-in to this hotel on Monday Oct 13th 2025 and made arrangements to check out at 4pm Oct 15th due to the fact I was working night shifts in the area. When I check in the women helping me said there would be an additional charge for the late check out which is completely normal. When I return Wednesday morning after working a 14 hr night shift I went to the front desk to confirm everybody knew that I wasn’t checking out until 4pm in the afternoon. The older gentleman helping me already knew I wasn’t checking out until 4 before I even said anything.
A few hrs later one of the maids started banging on my door repeatedly. I ignored them. I expected the maid to check with the front desk and realize I wasn’t checking out until the afternoon but I was wrong. I had almost fallen back asleep and again one of the maids started literally beating on my door for minutes. I eventually got up and got dressed and answered the door at which point I was told that checkout had come and gone and that I should have left already. I explained I wasn’t leaving until 4 pm. She made multiple rude comments while walking away. I obviously could not fall back asleep after being woken up multiple times and just tossed and turned for the next few hrs. I got up around 3:00 in the afternoon and started getting my stuff ready to go at which point a different maid started nocking at 3:45 wondering when I was leaving.

Nice overnighter. Very comfortable beds. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pretty rough around the edges; staff are pleasant, there's a few challenges (flies in the room, awful strong-smelling pungent cleaners used, but it's bearable. Pool is good.

I used to love this hotel and stayed here every time I have visited Brandon since the 1980’s as a kid travelling with my family, but my most recent experience was anything but pleasant. First, I booked in advance and requested a second floor room, however when I checked in I asked if my room was on the second floor I was told that they could not accommodate my request because the hotel was full of wildfire evacuees who had been evacuated from their communities less than 24 hours prior. Since I booked my room a long time before that I thought my request should have been taken into consideration when the other hotel guests were assigned rooms. Upon checking in the staff member was not the friendliest, but everyone else I encountered at the front desk was awesome and made up for the somewhat rudeness I received from the rep when checking in.
Free breakfast was definitely the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. Hot options were a dirty make-your-own waffle iron, hard boiled eggs that had the consistency of rubber, and cheap, greasy sausages. There was also bread for toast, and two very basic cereal options however there were no danishes, muffins or fresh fruits like you see at most other continental breakfasts at other hotels.
The room itself was clean and somewhat comfortable, however it was quite cold and the in-room thermostat did nothing to control the temperature in the room.

Where to begin, during check in process the front desk worker allowed another guest to cut me off and interrupt and then allowed that guest to speak rudely to others.
At 130am our bathroom light fixture was pouring out water which led to no bathroom and no lights. Front desk was willing to move me but how do I leave an infant unattended at 130am while I move all my stuff? and because I had a baby and was not able to get any help to move at 130am they will not refund me.
Single mom and they used my baby as a method to get out of being responsible.
Please look elsewhere for a hotel, I am also a travel agent and never in my life have I ever had such disgraceful attitudes towards being alone with a baby in a room that had no working bathroom or lights and thank god I didn't get a shock as they made me clean up the mess at 130am with no spare towels either.
So not only did they keep my money but I cleaned the mess for them.
Stupid move on my part, I should of allowed the floor to get completely ruined.
Never again, for $28 more the Holiday Inn was SOOOOO much nicer the next night, and my baby was safe.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable; although a lot of neighbors on the 2nd floor, which I requested, they were quiet. The breakfast offerings were adequate, including the link sausages and hard boiled eggs, which I appreciated. Negative: The thing that I didn't like was dirty linens and garbage bags in the hallways on the 2nd floor. I was unaware that a group of families had been placed there by Red Cross, due to recent flood. Okay, but hallways still should be clean for new guests.

Stayed here for three nights. It was fine, since I was working most of the time and out of the room, but I wouldn't stay here again. The couch in the room was incredibly dirty, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it, and worked in a coffee shop most days. The room phone didn't work so I wasn't able to call down for clean towels (mine were stained/dirty) or to report about the couch. Breakfast was included, but otherwise nothing that would make it something I'd come back for — watered down juice, two Walmart bread options (white and brown), hard boiled eggs and sausages, two cereal option, and diy waffles. Microwave in unit worked, and the fridge was a good size.

I absolutely love this hotel! Staff are amazing! Beds are super comfy! Great pool/hot tub area. Best breakfast! Yes bathrooms are a bit dated and shower curtains may not be fully waterproof… but so what. Safe, clean, comfy and priced perfectly. It's always our go to when in Brandon. 💜

Awesome location, outdated and little under maintanced. They have a ton of storage stuff in the pool room. Tiny hot tub says for 4 people barely fit 2 bigger guys. Bathroom toilet and bathtub are tiny. Bathtub was more of a oversized shower pan. No ice machine on second floor and 1st floor missing all of its roof tile. Warm breakfast was just a bunch of boil eggs and cheap breakfast sausage, make your own waffle maker, bread. Not horrible for price and everything was very clean otherwise. Tons of local restaurants in walking distance, and beds and blankets very warm but they keep turning the heat off in our room while out for the day and come back to a cold room. You get what you pay for.
Our TV did not work the first day, we noticed the cord hanging it self stretched across the room. After letting it sit on the TV stand not hanging on for dear life, it started to work again the second night.
Also warning if you got a big truck parking lot is a little tight.

Don't be deceived by the outside appearance of this place, it looks old but inside it was very good. It is very near to a mall and restaurants. In addition, the free breakfast was satisfying. We really got what we've payed for.

Very well taken care of here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and hot tub area.
Very clean. Conveniently located within walking distance of the mall. We loved our stay over Christmas.
Fridge and microwave really handy!

Cant really go wrong for the price. Needed a quick, last minute place. Decent breakfast in the morning. The pool area is kept super clean.

Summary: Comfortable and friendly for price but breakfast NEEDS improvement.
The good: Front desk staff are very professional and personable. Felt like you were talking to a actual person not some corporate brain washed "customer is always right" personality which I like. Room was dated but felt comfortable for price. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool looked very inviting but didn't have the time.
The bad: Breakfast didn't have any syrup for waffles, coffee was empty, no second hot food option since it was empty. There were 4 groups of people waiting for more food for breakfast that we all paid for at 9:10 am.

The Rooms was dated but very clean. I see them renovating few times I was there. For the price in Brandon they are charging which I am happy with it. For sure! I can't afford to pay extra 100$ because of franchised or newer place.
