Room was huge and clean, location is also good. Enough parking space, fridge and microwave in the room available. For a motel is it really good.

The management and staff were top quality. We felt very welcome and looked after. This is a family run business that is based on quality service. The room was older but very clean and our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Older building, but the beds are really comfortable. Good mattress, good blankets, got good rest. Breakfast has a good variety of everything. Pool has a nice slide. Staff were very friendly.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were great and the room was very clean even though you could tell it gets a lot of traffic. You can get nice views of the lake from the upper floors. Good location by the highway but not loud. Breakfast was so-so but on par for this chain, very busy but only because there was a big group of mountain bikers there for a competition. I would recommend staying here, great value for the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Parklane Resort. The staff are wonderful. The washroom facilities are very well kept and above expectations. The clean and organized garbage/recycling area makes camping easy. We were also pleasantly surprised to have access to a dishwashing area. Sending a huge Thank you from The Orlando’s, we will definitely be back!

Excellent service and accommodation. Coffee/tea service all day — though We weren’t told that on check in and it is not visible from the front desk. Decent morning breakfast with buffet hit and cold items. The two young girls who clean the tables are lovely to talk to :) Rooms well maintained. Friendly staff. Yes, we’d stay again.

Me and my family stayed at Fairfield Inn, Kamloops B. C. In 2017 and we thorougly enjoyed our stay. We had such an enjoyable time there that we decided to book another stay for the end of the month for 6 nights (Aug 2018). All was going great as I paid in full in advance and tonight when I called to request a receipt for the payment to be emailed to me I encountered the rudest male front desk employee!

New, quiet and clean. Our standard king room with a view was perfect for two. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. The only thing I would change is better lighting in the bathroom over the sink. But other than that it was absolutely wonderful.

Booked this hotel quite randomly when I was looking for a pet friendly hotel around the area and so glad we did. Not sure if all rooms are newer but our first floor room is totally renovated, has ice cold AC and is huge. The lobby is beautiful as well. We had brunch at the French cafe here which was delicious and beers on the patio of the sports bar. Most of all — very friendly staff. Will definitely make a point to come back!

The view is great with lake and mountain. There is so much to see and explore. At evening time, it is a great place for your to walk around. Besides, you will be able to see the train pass by. The staff here is super very friendly and knowledgeable.

Rooms were well kept, free breakfast was decent, price was great.

Great hotel for traveling through the area. Clean, bright, big continental breakfast, friendly staff. I liked the ease of parking and ability to monitor our car easily since we had our kayaks and luggage rack on.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and we felt so welcome here. The room was clean & nice, it was quiet, great location and great price! We definitely want to come back! I was excited to use the waterslide, though, which was out of order : (

We got the king size room with a jacuzzi tub and it was great! Breakfast was hot and tasty. Only complaint is that the pool was heated (gross in the summer! ) And the water slide was broken. Would definitely stay again.

My family has camped here two summers in a row and have a had a wonderful experience both times. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They helped dry our towels for us since it was raining and we had 14 towels. One of our family members was in a wheel chair and they allowed us to use the staff parking in order to get up to the ice cream store and waterfalls. On top of the wonderful staff the pools are great to swim in and the waterfalls provide a wonderful adventure!

Wonderful staff and camping site. Great showers which are kept clean and do not cost extra. The hot pools are great and so is the hike to the falls. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Just celebrated our wedding there. Every one had an amazing time they were great at accommodating all of our needs and requests. Would definitely do it all over again.

Scenery is nice. Main criticism is lack of essentials in our cabin. No cutting board, no sponge/scrub brush, only 1 roll paper towel, etc. Cabin is otherwise cozy. Good beds.

Loved it every time we go! Kids love it to! Central. Clean. Friendly. Professional. Gym, pool, hot tub, hot breakfast, huge games room, standard rooms, no frill. No free parking though and it's usually booked right up. ***EDIT: the following week, my husband stayed one night in a king room and found BED BUGS! The hotel didn't refund him when he showed them photos and proof. How disappointing.

Nice facilities. The rooms are clean and the staff super friendly. The swimming pool and the game/recreation room is a hit if you travel with kids. The continental breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is located downtown and close to stores and restaurants (walking distance). Definitely a place to stay.

Awesome food. Comfy beds. Even if I am biased. Youve built a lovely home.
