Comfy place area clean and nice and friendly.

It a good stay for the price. Very family friendly. Could use real glass in the rooms.

All you need for a stopover.

We were very happy with our stay. We were a last minute check in and they still accommodated our room floor preference. Room was clean and breakfast very good.

This hotel was clean, very comfortable and included a hot breakfast. The rooms have fridges, microwaves, and coffee machines in addition to the usual amenities. The CP Railway train does run very close but it didn't wake us up (it was noticeable during the day though). For the location it was well priced and very easy to find. I would say there again if I ever needed to return to Salmon Arm.

The rooms have obviously been renovated. They are nice looking as you walk in, but when you start looking closely at things you notice the age. And when we woke up the next morning the electricity to the breakfast room was off due to electrical difficulties. So the only choices we had to eat were cereal or fruit. Even the juice dispenser wasn't working. And there were no offers to give a discount. Pool was adequate. But again, it did show its age. There was some sound from the pipes that woke me early and I couldn't get back to sleep.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and large. The pool is quite chilly but can be refreshing after a hot day. Breakfast was excellent. Great staff.

Good size TV and great bed. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here one night and found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. The breakfast was included and was well catered. We had a hot breakfast that kept us going on our long trip.

Best western is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is way more than just cereal. There was sausages and eggs and waffles! Lots of options. Room was great and not outdated. I stayed in the room with the train beside it which the front desk staff warned me about since I believe the hotel try’s to fill all the front rooms first based on noise preference. The train wasn’t bad — it’s a monotone sound if anything and the horn only goes in the morning — I was already up. Bed was really comfortable, shower was clean and larger than mine at home. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but will be in the future for further visits this fall and winter. Had a great stay.

Had a wonderful time in Salmon Arm, the customer service was great! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, swimming pool was clean. Ideal for small animals (Pet rooms). I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at BW Salmon Arm for a hockey tournament, central location, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Hot breakfast with eggs, sausages and a waffle maker was great! Friendly staff, I would stay at this BW again!

I found BW Salmon Arm clean, comfortable and the service very accommodating when it came to suggesting restaurant, swim hours available or wanting to know if there was anything more that they could do. I have stayed at this BW before and plan to stay there in the future, as it is a good stopping place when visiting family that live in the valley.

We enjoyed our stay at Salmon Arm Best Western. The room was very clean and good sized. The staff that we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. It was nice having the continental breakfast and it was delicious! Would recommend staying here.

Spacious and clean. Hot tub was hot and breakfast included. Grocery next door was convenient. Great budget friendly place to stay on route.

Great Staff all around! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The room was very close and the bed was super comfy! I asked for a single w/ a queen size bed and got a king size at no extra charge.

All the staff where helpful and friendly… room was very clean and I found the bed comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool, unfortunately the hot tub was not working. Will definitely stay again. Thanks.

Rooms are basic and I found it a little loud between lower and upper floor. It's also very close to the rail tracks. They do have some pet rooms which is great. A solid 3 star.

Staff was awesome! Especially the lady at the front. Sorry can't remember her name but she was soooo friendly, professional and efficient. Room was clean and breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you BW Salmon Arm :)

Best motel I've stayed in for a long time. Quiet AC unit. Safety arm in shower. Excellent breakfast food, and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

Staying at The Best Western Salmon Arm was a most enjoyable experience in every way. The staff was very professional in accommodating our needs. I especially enjoyed the pool/hot tub facility which was made to appear like a tropical beach. Lovely touch.

Stayed here for the "pre" night of the Salmon Arm Roots & Blues Music Fest… went on to other accommodations for the next 5 nights… would probably have stayed longer if the room price didn't go up 70% as the fest started. Clean and maintained facilities, great staff, hearty breakfast… overall a very good night's stay, and I would have NO problem recommending this hotel to travellers coming through the area.

This facility has a small recreation indoor recreation area that we did not use. As I understand it had a pool and hot tub. The property is clean, quiet and the breakfast was continental style but very good calibre compared to other hotel chains offering of breakfast included in price of room. The location is very good for access to restaurants and a casino is across the street. There is an active railroad near to the rear of the building but our room was at front so we did not hear or notice the train, rooms at the rear may not be as quiet. Salmon Arm streets are configured to confuse visitors and are quite strange because the railroad runs parallel to the main drag making thru roads infrequent or not at all. There is a pier on the lake not far from the hotel but it is hard to find. Good if you like looking at nature, no beach, no real water activities except for boating. This property is a high 3 but surroundings and location in the town give it a motel feel over a hotel ambiance.

No soundproofing between 1st & 2nd floors. Overpriced based on this motel style property.

Excellent property! Staff was very friendly, rooms are nice with updated decor. Price point was excellent and the location is off the highway a block or so, no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was very good!

Room is comfortable. Would like to not have the desk right by the HVAC unit. Blows dry air at my face while I'm on my computer. Otherwise a great place to stay. Hot tub is the perfect temperature. Breakfast has a lot of variety.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Great location and parking. BBQs are available for guest use — great! Rooms are dated and need a face lift. Beds are very comfortable.

Everything was good except the Wi-Fi was not working. Tried my iPhone. IPad. Samsung 6 edge… chrome book… said signal was not strong enough. Kinda sucked.

Decent motel style place, rooms are basic but generally clean. Bath in my room could use some better cleaning of mould and mildew around the faucets but you get what you pay for. Mattresses have a foam topper, not memory foam, but the kind you might have bought in the 80s for camping.

Comfortable rooms, especially the beds. Often I don't sleep that well in hotels but I do here. Nice pool area for the kids and standard Continental breakfast. We were here over a long weekend so it was really busy but the staff did their best to keep up. One complaint is they need more towels.

Very close to the train tracks in the far rooms you can hear and feel the train go by. Greyhound bus terminal is next door. Liquor store is within walking distance and there was lots of parking.

Nice, clean room. Hotel staff as friendly and helpful as you could ever want. Railroad tracks right behind motel, but even when trains went by we barely heard them, so not a problem. One big plus for lactose intolerant people, they had almond milk available at their free breakfast.

Filthy hot tub, hair, dried dead skin, dog hair. So horrible I had to pull the kids away from the pool once we got in.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was large and comfortable and everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast was a buffet which included scrambled egg and sausages, choice of fruit juice etc. I could imagine the dining are getting cramped, but it wasn't at all bad for the 3 mornings we were there, despite the car park being very full. The room was surprisingly quiet given how busy the hotel was, and how close it is to both the highway and the rail track.

Overall average. Breakfast was good, but overshadowed by the woman staffing it that kept "reminding" us every 2 minutes where to put our dishes when we were done.

For what it is it's great! big time and the free breakfast is good. The breakfast area is really small tho and you tend to bump into people.

Price $160can. Big room clean, beds, air conditioning, two queens pool ensuite, large LCD TV and Internet (wlan) free. Aquapark next door and small mall. At the time (July) very hot here > 30'.

On the edge of downtown, good service, nice beds, quiet night's sleep. $97/day with breakfast, but breakfast started at 7am, and I had to leave even earlier for work! missed the free breakfast.

Part of the hotel has weird storm windows. The storm window is one pane of glass so there is no window you can open for fresh air. The staff themselves didn't know about this! The older part of the hotel has normal opening windows with screen but no locks for leaving the window open part way. If you have allergies like me and need to open a window to get rid of the cleaning chemicals, watch out for this hotel.
