Only here for 1 night, pre-cruise. So bea, so clean. Fantastic service.

I stayed at the hotel from April 27th to May 4th, and I had a really good stay as the staff were friendly, and professional during my entire stay. Unfortunately, during the final day of my stay I was having problems with my card key to get into my room. When I checked out on May 4th, and explained the problem to the hotel manager, he originally gave me a free meal, but when I told him I was staying in Vancouver on Monday, May 9th and I had a reservation at another hotel, the manager gave me a rate of $199 instead of between $300 to $350, and since I was satisfied with the hotel expect the frustration of getting into my hotel room, I decided to stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront during my last night in Vancouver, and I cancelled my other reservation I originally had. Next time I visit Vancouver, I will be happy to stay at this hotel.

Everything was great but the view was Amazing.

Staff were attentive and the food at P2B are superb specially my short rib beef entree.

Staff were all very polite, room was clean. The view was amazing. Only complaint would be the bed and pillows are not the comfiest. Other then that 9/10!

Excellent service enjoyed our stay there, friendly and helpful staff, my son and I ate dinner in the restaurant and we then were given a free breakfast voucher, and our checkout time was also extended free of charge.

I come here for work. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Free Wi-Fi is appreciated. Location is greatest asset, close to seashore and Stanley Park. Many excellent restaurants around.

I would still recommend the hotel since the hotel is nice and most of the staff are nice except the girl on the reception I met yesterday. The receptionist on the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I was there yesterday and tried to pay for my parking in the lobby. The parking machine didn't work well. I asked the Asian girl at the front desk. She said you tried another machine. There wasn't any other machine in the lobby. I said could you help me because I have to pay parking. She said this is not her job! After she just ignored me. (Note: she wasn't busy at all that time, no other customers there). This made me so frustrated, and I had no choice to ask the guy in the restaurant of the lobby, he was so good and asked the manager to come out to help me. Thanks to the hotel manager. I just think the front desk is the face of the hotel, She shouldn't work there anymore and she is just so mean and no basic manner. I was there between 2.30 to 3pm on Saturday (Nov 28). The girl on the front desk is an Asian girl. Please find her. I don't think she deserves to work there anymore, not polite at all, very arrogant and unbelievable rude. I really hate the way she talked to me.

Well organized, nice old historic view, easy to get access and friendly staff.

This hotel offered us a complimentary diner, breakfast because they were a bit late with check in. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Very pet friendly with dog park in area and they also provided a bed for our dog and bowls for Chica our mixed terrier dog. We also have a beautiful view of the harbour. Centrally located in Vancouver! Great location. Great food and nice outside patio for dining!

Our Neighbors were a bit noisy the 2 Nd night. Walls are quite thin. Other than that our stay was awesome. The staff are great and very welcoming.

Had a great stay enjoyed the Hot Tub and The staff is super Friendly also a really close walk to Canada Place!

Not a lot of sympathy from this hotel if canceling due to world events like corona virus even if given plenty of notice, booking was for June, they immediately charged me full rate for canceling. Most other hotels are waiving cancellation charges in light of world events.

I stayed here for 3 nights, mostly everything was perfect. Harbourfront view breathtaking. The first morning, as I was getting ready for business that I had come for the maid knocked on door, told her I would be another 1/2 hour, she knocked again in 15 mins, told her I wasnt quite ready, she knocked third time and I was irritated. Whats the rush. After a long day, arrived at room and the maid had touched my toothbrush and personal items, not happy. Carpet was disgusting. Mens shoes under the bed. Not Mine. Parking Garage is dangerous and scary. Other than that, bed was good, view excellent, city was great. 2nd day received towels that were half the size as the 1st day.

I had a great view from the 7th Floor. Craig at the bar in the evening was so helpful. As a local he gave me his options and recommendations. He is 100% accurate. If you stay, look for Craig and ask him whatever you want about the area. His energy and love for the area makes him an amazing Vancouver Ambassador. The room is very clean and great air movement. Oh… I also found out that the PM had dinner a few hours before I got there. Validated!

This really would be 3.5 stars but I cannot do half stars. The location of the hotel is great. As expected, the staff was polite and very helpful, frequently providing directions and recommendations for me. The restaurant provided delicious breakfast with large portions. The biggest issue I had with the hotel is the Wi-Fi was atrocious, completely unstable and unusable. Being in technology, this made working from the room impossible, forcing me to stay out more than I would've like to get connectivity.

Pretty good hotel, great location for reasonable price. I wouldnt say it's at the bar of four star compared to other large more modern chains but close. The parking overnight hotel charges 28$ which makes no sense given the parking lot is 12$ overnight and around 25$ max daily. So don't bother taking it.

We loved our stay here. From check in to check out, every interaction with staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed, amazing view of the harbor, and so quiet that we never heard our neighbors. I highly recommend staying here.

When walking into this hotel I was greeted by their friendly staff staff. Naturally I wanted to check in for my stay so they directed me up a marble set of stairs to the front desk. I was third in line to be helped but the wait was short. Check in only took a few min. The room is clean and the views are jaw dropping. In the room I reserved there was two queen beds, a flat screen TV, hair dryer, mini fridge among the other usual amenities. The walk to coal harbor and the Vancouver Convention Center is 3 min at most. All in all it's been a great stay!

We were staying in one of their largest 2 queen beds room since we were 4. The room was large enough, a bit old but nice looking. Unfortunately, we stayed there during a very hot period and air conditioning couldn't manage to chill the room (they verified and a/c was working as intended). However, we were offered free breakfast for the rest of our stay as a compensation. Overall, it is a good place, well located, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

Down below are a few pictures of the hotel, the hotel rooms, the view and the washroom. PROS: I loved my experience at this amazing hotel. The view is incredible and the rooms have very comfy beds. This hotel also gives us access to so many things, such as a swimming pool and so much more (there are too many to mention! ) The staff are dressed properly and they are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, it is totally worth the price. CONS: I hate having to pay for parking.

Nice hotel although I expected a little more for it being in downtown. The hallways were dark and kinda musty feeling. The room was nice and clean. The check in staff was helpful and accommodating seeing as we checked in early. Even though our room wasn’t ready we were able to leave our bags checked while we explored the city.

Great location and staff at the small care.

I just had a three night stay at this hotel with my 6 year old when we came to meet my husband in Vancouver. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the water, it was a beautiful week so we were able to go for walks each day. The service in the restaurant was excellent, it’s not easy travelling with a small child and everyone here made it easier, especially by bringing me the best lemon drop martini after a long day of travel from Ontario! The pool was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I went to an all day event and the staff were very discrete, polite, well dressed, and we're always at the ready to assist if needed. The hotel was clean, spotless even! Although I didn't stay at the hotel overnight, I'm sure the rooms were just as taken care of as what I saw in the lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling. The view of the harbor was absolutely amazing!

Overall, my stay was pretty good. You can tell that the hotel is ready for a major upgrade, but you cannot beat that beautiful view of the mountains and harbor. Having breakfast with that view was a definite plus. The staff was amazing and friendly, and was always ready to help if you had any questions or concerns. Thanks for a wonderful stay, guys!

It felt great entering a comfortable room after a rainy walk. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has recently been remodeled (very nice). Great tourist hotel, encountered many young families while staying there. A great location at Coal Harbor, a five-minute walk from Stanley Park.

The hotel is located in a good location, nice view, nice staff on the front desk but the room was just behind the elevator and it was a terrible night. The beds are not as comfortable as they could get. Jacuzzi is very small for such a large hotel. To be honest, In this hotel does not want to return. Bad experience in this hotel. Was requested earplugs, but in room behind elevator should be in room and really good discount for that rooms!

The view from the 18th floor to the harbour is breathtaking. In mid-March. Climate is clear, important to enjoy the view. I paid $30 more the night to be on the 18th floor (the highest) but it was well worth it. Swimming pool and fitness area in the 4yo. Floor. Very central location, Wi-Fi at 20 MB included. Excellent either for work or vacation. 5 mins walk from the convention Center or World Trade Center. Highly recommended.

I had the fastest, most courteous service at 10:30 pm last night. My first room was right behind the elevators and it was like being by an EL station. I called guest services and spoke with Briana Dunlop. She immediately moved me to another room which was beautiful and included two breakfast vouchers. Bryant assisted me with delivering the new room key and vouchers and was equally polite with his service. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Vancouver. It's close to all the sites and the bar and restaurant are great. I have always had great experiences with this hotel. Thanks again Briana and Bryant.

Good hotel to the standard of the category no more.

My friend and I came to Vancouver for a girls getaway and she chose the Pinnacle. It's right on the harbor, so the views are beautiful, but somewhat dated. The beds were very comfy, rooms were clean, elevators are super fast, they have parking under the hotel that's $33 per night and the staff is lovely and friendly. It's well-located and only a short walk to yummy restaurants.

This hotel made me fall in love with Vancouver; fabulous location: super close to high end fashion retailers, Robson street and Coal Harbour. Of course being on West Hastings there are breath taking harbour views as well as city views… Excellent service from the moment you arrive. Really good gym facility in the building as well. Rooms are really fun, decorated with hues of red, always wake up happy especially if you have a coal harbour view. Definitely recommend — worth the price!

Hotel with excellent location, the view to Vancouver Bay is spectacular, the room very comfortable and clean.

Superior customer service people! It's always great to talk to them and they will filled up your needs no matter what. Water bottles, bicycles, umprellas, maps are completely free of charge for your daily needs. Amazing views and good atmosphere in general. I'll definitely go back there again… Ted, Haney and Carlos always take care of my needs. Super!

Excellent location near Stanley Park. Large, comfortable and clean room. Very friendly staff. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to our room. Had the weather been nicer, we would have had a great view of the north shore mountains. Although we had an excellent breakfast, it wasn't the breakfast buffet that we had purchased in advance. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were there for dinner. Food was quite delicious. Service was great. There was a little accident happened though as there was a little water right on the hallway and my wife slipped and fell. I have asked the server to put a wet floor sign or have it cleaned up but nothing happened until the very end when I reminded them again. Other than that, seats are quite comfortable, and ambient was good. Speed of service was fast as well.

We got a free room upgrade from the front desk lady who was very pleasant and sincere. Room was nice and clean but bath tub had a few hairs left in it from the last guest. Thin walls as well as we were woken up early by the sound of vacuuming.

I stayed at the hotel as well as attended an event here. The event was perfect, the hotel staff and catering was excellent. The rooms themselves are clean and have all the basic amenities. I especially like the lounge couch in my room. I only knock off one star because I did not realize how expensive any food you order is. It's good food, but not worth double the cost of slipping outside and hiring up one of the many local eateries in the area.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Situated a nice short walk to the train and many restaurants/shops. Highly recommend staying here if your not familiar with Vancouver and would like to explore on foot. Parking is extra but worth valet as it's not much more expensive then self park. Lastly views of the water are partial but still worth the extra couple of bucks. City side rooms are cheaper and a little bigger if desired. Bar and restaurant are great food wise and staff is quick and friendly. Price is high but no more then surrounding higher end restaurants. Looks for specials as they usually have a deal especially for Washington residents.

Stayed here for a night after attending a work party. My hotel room was quite nice — king bed, mini fridge, a couch — and it was nicely prepared and cleaned when I arrived. I needed toothpaste at one point and I was brought it within a few minutes. The ballroom on the 2nd floor was lovely; very spacious with super high ceilings. I was impressed with the quality of food, particularly considering it was a buffet. The area of the hotel is very central, providing easy access to downtown Vancouver and much of what it has to offer.

Good service! Check-in was fast. They help with the luggage too if you want. We booked Harbour front view room and it was great but I expected more. The view had other buildings in between which kinda ruined my view! Also when we booked the hotel and picked hop off hop on bus tickets, it clearly said that you will get tickets for the 2 days you are staying. But it actually was only for 24 hours whenever you start it. I thought they would honor what we read but they didn’t. They should fix the wording on their website. I think I will not stay here again. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

The room is spacious and the hotel is very well located.

Hotel very well located very close to the convention center with several meeting rooms. The rooms are in good condition although they are less to the taste of the day, on the other hand we sleep very well, because the. Bed is very comfortable. I had a room with a view of Vancouver Bay and it's amazing to get up every morning with such a panorama. I would definitely stay there again.

It is something old the Hotel, especially the carpet and the ceiling of the room lack cleanliness.

The room was clean, had enough room for two ladies and luggage comfortably. Bathroom door is sliding & doesn't lock which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you need extra privacy. The chaise lounger by the window was the best! Beds were cozy, carpets crazy patterned haha. The soap smelled nice, we loved having the mini fridge and coffee maker.
The hot tub has seen better days… we went at 1am and there was quite the grey scum around the sides, as long as you didn't sit down or touch the sides it was relaxing.
The free water choices in the Lobby were probably my favorite things ever. Cucumber and grapefruit were amazing.
Never tried the restaurant.
Also the free bicycle rental takes the cake. We left our bags and went off for a few hours around Stanley park and it was the highlight kf my trip. The location of the hotel is great for walking around downtown.

It's a very clean and beautiful place. The attention is excellent.

The property is very well located in Vancouver but it has signs of old age and lack of maintenance. The room is clean but all the bottom doors as well as the bottoms are all skinned.

Hotel on the bay and pretty much "central" compared to several attractions.
There is also a stop for the Hop on-off bus.
Spacious rooms and cozy structure.
Nice staff.

Hotel was convenient to transit and right near the water front. The lobby is nicely lit and well maintained. We had an employee dinner in one of the conference rooms. Staff were attentive and the meal was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the evening.

Great location. Had some issues with the air conditioning in my room, but it was fixed right away. Hotel has bicycles for guests that want to borrow them.

Just went for a dinner organized by the charity I ran a half-marathon for. The space is good, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend it.

Great view of the harbor (with harbor view room). Couch was a bit stained, but nothing else seemed unclean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Shower head only had one setting (i like a stream in opposed to rain setting myself), water pressure is good. Staff very friendly.

For the price, the hotel is well suited to our needs, and the location is great! Right across the street from the waterfront, where we've been able to get drinks, and watch the seaplanes take off. Close to Robson street and lots of great restaurants and stores. The room is small, but has everything we need. Looking forward to using the hotel pool and hot tub tonight!

This hotel is hardly a luxury hotel. The employees at this location are some of the rudest us have encountered. The elevators take 10-15 min to call and there are NO STAIRS. Seems very unsafe. Not only are the short and snippy they are extremely slow and do little to try to make the guests comfortable. If your staying by the convention center and trying to decide between this location and the 2-4 hotels a little more expensive. Go for the more expensive option. Being treated well is worth the amount every time. Will not be staying here or recommending it to anyone any time soon. The view is amazing but living in Seattle that does not do anything for me.

The rooms are very clean and maintaines, as you woukd expect. It has a fantastic view of the harbor from the lobby and your rooms! It's located near the convention centre and close to the waterfront train station. Amazingly convenient place to stay!

I ate a meal at P2B ib the pinnacle harbourfront hotel. The service was great and the servers were friendly. I enjoyed the seafood sandwich.

I called Pinnacle before about my room on Valentine's Day and they were really sweet. My hotel room was the harbour front view and it was the worst view and it looked old, but still great and comfortable. Just no microwave. The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my experience. However, today, I called them to ask a few questions and the girl who answered was so rude to me. I get if you're having a bad day or can't understand my question about "the age limit required for check in" and "If I could come earlier" but I was being really polite and nice while she was clearly being rude to me. Plus this is a HOTEL and this involves great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible. Seriously. Be a little more professional.

It was a nice hotel, but they had terrible service. The manager was very rude and even made me cry. We had a bit of trouble checking in and he made it that much harder by trying to tell us that we "can't stay here" and "have to leave". Even though everything eventually worked out, we will NOT be coming back due to our unfortunate encounter with the manager.

The staff are very friendly, and the food for the brunch is delicious. The selection was rather limited, so you will be filling up on much of the same few things. Some things like the eggs benedict just aren't meant to be left under a heatlamp, and don't look very good. But overall with an omelet stand and fresh beef, you can't go wrong.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to shopping and the heart of where you want to be in Vancouver. However, the rumors are that this hotels owner is looking to convert it into condos and the experience in the hotel seems to indicate that they are milking it for all they have while minimizing costs. The bar next door indicated that since this gotten out the management that was keeping the hotel up and running left knowing they would be out of jobs soon. So you are left with the remnant. For a 4 star hotel there is quite a bit lacking. The room service is no longer available after 5pm so no turn down service. The hotel bar closes at 11pm (on a Saturday) and there are no food vending machines in the hotel (gift shop closes far earlier). The interior of the hotel has rather small rooms that are very much stuck in the mid-1990's for style, as is the hotel at large. The hot tub was tried but found to be so chlorinated that it literally was skin burning. The views on the higher floor are nice. The fitness area is well equipped. The Wi-Fi is essentially unusable (for all but the most basic functions) which is a real drag if you are from the states and don't have non-roaming coverage. As a whole, clean and adequate but no longer lives up to a 4 start hotel and the price difference between this gotten and its neighbors is questionable in value due to the lower standard of care.

The pinnacle hotel exced my expectations. The view we got in our room was terrific, the restaurant was great, whit fas servixe but short selection of dishes, eventhought every dish taste awsome.

Took my girlfriend here as a birthday surprise to get out of the house, and away from the kids for a night. Amazing room, great view, and very courteous staff. This made our night because it is walking distance to "The Top Of Vancouver" restaurant, and also walking distance to Robson Square Ice Arena. I want to specifically thank Matthew H, and Deirde C for their above and beyond service. Service like theirs deserves recognition.

Really happy with my single king harbour view suite for the price. Clean room, very clean bathroom, just an astonishing view with opening window on the balcony. The hotel itself was quiet. Outside of course was not but hey welcome to any given urban area. Did I mention the view? Vancouver is beautiful and the harbour view side of this hotel is perfectly placed, especially on higher floors (I believe I was on the 15th).

The presidential suite we stayed at needs to be modernized. The furniture, decor, and carpet were out of date. Otherwise, the presidential suite was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable looking bed. Service was excellent — all our needs were attended to. Lobby looks great and welcoming.

Currently staying at the Pinnacle and it is great! The room has an amazing view of the harbor, and is a fantastic location! Room is clean, and all the staff has been very friendly.

My sister came into town for a conference and the hotel was fully booked. She had been advised to wait until around 10:00 pm to ask about any cancellations, but they only confirmed that there were none, and they were fully booked. While my sister went back to the lounge to think, I introduced myself to the hotel Reception and politely asked what they could do to help with the situation, and that they could come and see me in the lounge if there was something they could do above and beyond. Maybe twenty minutes later, my sister was handed a key to a room. I would like to commend the two who were at Reception on that Tuesday evening shift, and I want to thank the Manager for helping with improving the Customer Experience. Much appreciated! and I will definitely refer guests.

Loved our stay here was on floor 16 in a king room overlooking the harbour and couldn't have asked for a better room or view. Rebooking for our next trip in October. Great staff all very polite, best valet service. Lovely restaurant/bar all very contemporary.

My girlfriend and I were treated like Queens when we were there this past Friday, May 29th and part of the 30th. We had a surprise snack when we returned to our room, we had Valet parking, and all luggage taken care of. We loved the restaurant and food on the patio. Special thanks to David, he is the Man of all Bell services, and Devin was so nice. We were outside when he left his shift, and he came and talked to us for a while. We had a Harbourfront view, the pool is wonderful. I could go on and on. I HIGHLY recommend The Pinacle Hotel. We shall return. Greetings from Abbotsford, and many, many thanks.

Great staff and service. My room was nice and clean with a complimentary upgrade! Was double charged but they took care of it right away.

We had an amazing stay and was very impressed with how tentative and accommodating the staff was. Traveling with a toddler always comes with challenges but they made it easy. Jason, who helped us load all of our stuff from our room to our car was especially pleasant and happy to help. When we visit again, we will surely be staying here. Thank you.

Some older details that haven't been updated, but that was barely noticeable. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. Wifi is now free so you can ignore that about the older reviews. Parking underground was a little confusing, and at $30 expensive but possibly normal for that area.

Shinno, front desk clerk was personable and professional at our check-in. We stayed one night and she suggested an eatery close by as well as the in-house restaurant. Beds were firm, bathroom spotless. Our room overlooked the harbor.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago. Everything was wonderful. The concierge "Alex" was amazing! She made our trip spectacular! She took a lot of time to choose restaurants and tours and all types of fun things for us to do. I felt she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. It was "value added service" that exceeded my expectations. The rooms was clean and decorated nicely. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel itself may have been on the older side, but the staff, service, and amenities really made up for it. Clean, comfortable, the P2B had great drinks and food, and the staff were so helpful. The concierge had excellent recommendations. I never had to look for anyone to ask a question, the staff were always readily available. The hotel has an airport check in booth, and it is just a short walk to the Sky Train which goes directly to the airport. The Fitness centre including a nice hot tub which was open for access 24/7 which was a plus. Definitely try to get a room with a view :) I had a really nice time at the conference at this hotel.

Mediocre. Staff friendly and there to serve but you must pay for use of internet (as if) and room rather small with horrible pillows and a so so matress.

Very fancy, clean and professional. Although No free Wi-Fi? Even cheap hotels. Even McDonalds have free Wi-Fi.
