There is a good reason Trumps name is synonymous with quality and luxury, and this hotel just helps cement that fact. We rented 2 rooms for my best friends stag. The first was around $730, the second was given to us at a discount of about $650, which was a pleasant surprise. The moment we walked into the lobby we felt we were treated extremely well. The girls at the desk remembered all of our names after our first interaction, they had no problem giving us extra door access cards, accommodating to every request we made. We were offered a $210 dollar breakfast voucher upon check in which was a pleasant surprise. The valets were incredibly professional, allowing us to come and go as we pleased and always opening all our doors for us to get into our vehicles. We were given complimentary access to Drais nightclub for being a patrons of the hotel, the staff would call our room and ask if we needed ice, any more pillows or blankets, or anything else. The mini bar is stocked with high end drinks and snacks. Upon arrival there was a personal note waiting on the bed addressed to us wishing us a nice stay. I've honestly never been treated so well and professionally in a hotel before, Trump hotel stands far above anything I've ever stayed in before. The decor is strong and modern, the rooms are absolutely beautiful, huge, and comfortable. The staff are extremely good at their jobs and attentive to your needs.

Excellent service from the entire hotel staff. Front Desk person Marlyn and Bell Men Joel made my children feel so special. They do an unreal job at this hotel. Treat yourself and stay here. The location is great to the water and Stanley Park.

Stayed here for a wedding. In hindsight, I could have camped more comfortably. A quick look at the room was great, get in it and see the almond coloured lamp shade is supposed to be white. The bedding was bought when the place was built it’s so worn. As was the carpeting by the looks of it. Breakfast, 2 people, eggs, bacon and coffee, $45.00 before tip (right! )

I've stayed here now on at least three separate occasions for professional events and I've never had a bad stay. The rooms are clean and comfy. The restaurants and clubs are great. The staff are first class. I needed a suit dry-cleaned upon arrival but was too late for the same day service. The concierge went out of his way to find an alternate dry cleaner who could get my suit cleaned and back the same day. Very impressive.

Best hotel ever! Trump staff attentive and razor-focused on service. Amenities in room and on property top notch. They've thought of everything. Can't wait to visit Trump Vancouver again real soon.

Great service! I loved the hotel and how professional the staff was. We forgot our room keys a couple of times and they graciously helped us up to our rooms. The room service was great, complimentary breakfast was delicious as well, I loved every second of my stay. Also the view from the hotel is nice too, you can see the mountains in the back and the whole city.

We were thrilled with the customer service here, as well as the amazing property which is newly constructed and modern. The staff here went out of their way to help us when we had trouble with our reservation due to our own mix up when we booked weeks earlier. The bathroom had heated floors and a really nice walk-in shower. The window shades, curtains and lights could all be operated from buttons on the bedside tables. Definitely a luxurious and relaxing stay. We will stay here again in the future!

From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience, with good service, food and dedicated staff. Thank you to our waitress for helping us make a selection from the book of menu options at Mott 32. It was nice to watch the kitchen staff do their work. The people who attended to us in our room and in the restaurant were pleasant and courteous, and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself was nice, and with so much choice of food, the recommendations provided were helpful for one who is visiting for the first time.

Had an amazing experience while staying at this location! Nothing but politeness from welcoming staff, and pampering service. I stayed 4 nights in total and felt comfortable the entire stay. I recommend visiting the Trump champagne bar if you feel like truly treating yourself! Will stay again :)

This place exceeds the five star level! The rooms are spacious with great views of Vancouver. The staff were the best in the business. Each staff member ensure that your stay is unforgettable. Mott 32 restaurant exceeded all expectations. Family friendly and the service was unbelievable. We are a family of six and ordered eight different meals/ appetizers, each were equally delicious. Superb wine selections and the desserts were perfect portion to end a fantastic meal!

We just finished a 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and recommend it highly. We arrived early in the day but they had the rooms ready for us right away. All the staff have been absolutely amazing — genuinely friendly and very helpful — from the front desk, to the concierge, to the housekeeping staff. We did enjoy using the pool and hot tub. Just wished they would have been open later hours — that hot tub would have felt amazing after a full day of sightseeing in the cold weather. We loved the decor and the up to date electronic operated lights, screens, etc. All the other special details like fresh water bottles, chocolates, ice in the room, evening service, etc. Made us feel so pampered. We were surprised that there wasn't a grand entrance to the hotel but decided we really liked the understated elegance. It was the perfect place for a quiet romantic anniversary trip.

Best service I have received in any hotel. We usually stay at Four Seasons or Ritz, but the service at Trump Vancouver far surpassed any of the hotels. Sarah, the front desk manager is so exceptional that I would like to hire her to work at our law firm (but we live in Vegas. Lol). The hotel is extremely clean, high tech and comfortable. They are so nice that they even brought my kids PlayStation to play with. Breakfast (which was included) was exceptional as well. They made freshly squeezed mimosa, which was the best I have ever had. Overall, exceptional all around. Not sure why every review is not a 5 Star!

Just spent 2 nights (Nov 21-23) The room was beautiful and well done. I couldn't say enough about the front desk staff that checked us in. They were so professional courteous helpful and attentive to anything we could have asked for or wanted, genuinely nice. The Champagne bar was very nice with a great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Dennis who helped us with our bags to the room was once again more than helpful with everything we needed or asked, including acknowledging a special/private event my Wife and I had with a unexpected treat sent to our room. Right down to checking out, the front desk staff, the doorman Zachariah all really great professional and seemed to really enjoy their jobs.

Room was nice. Good views. Ample size and comfortable. Slightly small bathroom. Service was good but not outstanding. Slightly impolite staff who weren't the most helpful. Would ask for help and questions and they provided a little more than the minimum help or information. The bartenders were good but again not the friendliest I've experienced. Overall it was a good experience and I'd consider Trump in the future but overall it did not meet my expectations considering it is supposed to be an ultimate level hotel.

All staff are polite, professional, and welcoming. Room is well maintained, convenient digital lighting and temperature settings, modern, and comforting. Toilet amenities could be of better quality. TV should have compatibility with Android devices, not just Apple. Priced appropriately for Vancouver downtown. Great exercise room for a hotel. Restaurant has delicious dishes for dinner, however slightly over priced. Didn't try the spa due to it's price. View from room is of nearby office buildings only.

First stay fire alarm went off at 3 AM (on/off blaring till 4AM), management made no effort to acknowledge/apologize for inconvenience to guest. Second stay on 10/28/17 hotel room phones did not work try to order dinner for half an hour eventually had to go to guest services in lobby to order (first world problem yes but still defeats the purpose of hotel experience). Again staff/management made no effort to rectify inconvenience, would say poor customer service for 5-star hotel. Very clean and modern rooms with nice decor. Amenities were great and location was central to Vancouver core. Just surprised with quality control mitigation programs in place for guest experience.

Went there for a business event. The interior of the hotel is amazing. The lounge area has a very unique look and feel. The 3rd floor where the event was held is very gorgeous, spacious and has great conference rooms with very comfortable chairs in the rooms and halls. The staff was very kind in showing me the way to the meeting.

A very upscale place to stay if you have the budget to suit. Pretty central to the majority of Vancouver. Very pleasant and approachable staff. All electronic controlled lights, drapes and blinds. Worth the stay if you can afford it!

Check in was a breeze. We arrived at 10am and even though the room was not ready, they pre-checked us in, took care of our bags and recommended parking options that were very reasonable. We were even able to freshen up in their pool showers. They provided recommendations for food and things to do. Hotel offers shuttles to nearby locations, Robson street is walkable, bar had live music in the evening. Room was very spacious and they took care of all our needs to make the stay memorable.

Finally Vancouver gets a luxury hotel. The blinds can be opened electronically. The floor plans of the rooms are really nice. The building is very beautiful. It was expensive but sold out regardless. Highly recommend.

Despite the unfortunate name association with the current occupant of the White House, the service by the multilingual and multicultural staff was exemplary: warm, respectful, efficient and professional. We paid for an upgraded room that was supposedly larger than the room we were originally assigned and on a high there floor. I'm not sure if the upgrade was worth it considering that it didn't have any particularly special views. However, as to be expected given that this is a newly built property, the physical condition of the rooms and public areas was excellent. The property is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver (which itself is relatively compact and hence, generally quite walkable), but I should note that the main reception and lobby is accessed from a small back alley-like street which certainly undermines the premium luxury vibe that the hotel is likely trying to convey.

Has a Nazi's name on the front. Gross. Want to really experience luxury, you won't find it in North America. 5 star service? Good god. You've never travelled. Go to Dubai, that's extravagance earned. Then talk to us about Twitler over here. Interesting to see the demographics of hotel attendees: Chinese, and Whites. Surprise surprise.

Service at the Mott 32 Chinese restaurant is what you'd expect from a luxury chain. The food is refined to say the least; the high quality of the ingredients are quite noticeable, and then cooked assertively. Worth a try, at least once. Dim sum items are a bit over-the-top; best order from the dinner menu and pair with Chinese liquor?

Even when construction was not finished yet it was already amazing. Luxurious and impressive. Very elegant staff. Anyone that appreciates elegance and upscale hospitality will love this hotel, and we all know what kind of "people" the negative comments and ratings come from.

We stayed at their executive suite for a night and the service was extremely good. From the moment we walked into the hotel to check out, everything was well taken care of. We even had a gentleman showing us how the buttons work inside the hotel so we know how to access stuff if we nees to.

I admit, I never stayed here. But I don't need to stay anywhere. I know the best places, believe me, and this is not one of them. Ask anyone, it's easy to do a Google Review. Believe me, I give the best reviews. Any other 5 star reviews are fake news. Sad.

I spent a brief time at the trump hotel. Despite my personal feelings and views abiut Donald Trump, I found the experience beyond compare. The staff were very helpful and their attention to detail was impressive. Well done!

I went to eat dinner at Mott 32, the chinese restaurant located in the ground floor of the Trump Tower and my overall experience was great! Ambiance was classy, servers were dedicated, and most importantly, food was top notch. I didn't expect anything less, however our table was right next to the computer which servers use to keep track of customers, and the lighting was a little too dark for my eyes. Other than those, great experience.

Ate at Mott 32. Food and atmosphere were great. Service for drinks was a little slow otherwise the staff were very attentive and friendly. While pricey I'd recommend trying at least once. The duck which has to be preordered a day in advance was presented well and it was my first time eating duck skin with sugar and it paired nicely. The smoked black cod was presented with a serving lid still on. It was removed and the smoke was wafted away with great fanfare. It was a nice touch. Some of the pieces were randomly spicy while others were not so that was a little weird. Seafood fried rice tasted good. The jellyfish/fungus/cucumber dish was interesting it was crunchier than the regular jellyfish that one normally gets at a Chinese restaurant. For dessert we had Matcha cheesecake which was deconstructed. It was okay. We also tried the Soy sauce ice cream which was another interesting concoction. I'd recommend giving it a try.

Construction is not finished yet and it is already amazing. Luxurious and impressive. Very elegant staff. I can't imagine how it'll be once it's 100% done. Anyone that appreciates elegance and upscale hospitality will love this hotel, and we all know what kind of people the 1-star ratings come from.

5 Star Service. 5 Star amenities. 5 star Hospitality. The rooms were absolutely stunning, clean, and equipped with the latest technology (touch pad that controlled temperature, lighting, shades). Room service was delicious, as well as the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff at this hotel is the friendliest and the most diverse. Ignore all the trash talk thats written by trashy people. They're ignorance is an embarrassment to themselves.

The room was amazing! Modern and clean! I liked the fresh flowers at the reception greeting area and very friendly staff that went above and beyond to assure our comfort. The restaurant at the hotel exceeded my expectations! The food was very tasty and served with kindness. I definitely plan to visit again soon!
