Great location, clean room, nice and quiet. We had a recently renovated double queen. My only complaint was the bed was way too soft and the pillow too big.

I cant say enough great things about this place, my Mom was rushed to Kelowna hospital CCU, My sister called for a room, we were given a room with last minute reservations, we spent 3 days here and it was fantastic. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful, the rooms were very cozy and clean, BBQ right outside our door, a wonderful pool and hot tub, close to the hospital. I would totally recommend this place.

One of those motel inns where you feel so at home yet you're so connected to the community there. This is thanks to the central location. You're 5 minutes from everything you'd need to spend a lively weekend in Kelowna. The staff were friendly and warm to add. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back to chill.

Nic reception. At this time they have a water advisory so they ask not to drink the water unless it is boiled. This is due to the flooding in this area. It should not last Ver long.

Location is excellent, close to shops, beaches etc. Two pools, a little on the cold side (but it is only mid May) to choose from. Enjoyed our stay, will consider this over other places when we come down again.

Great service, clean rooms, super accommodating. Had to go to hospital and it's perfectly located for a quick commute. Two liquor stores across the street. There was a plug-in behind the desk in my room. Also has a 48V plug if you want to bring you own dishwasher.

Very interesting room design. A separated bedroom from the living area, as well as a full kitchen. I definitely preferred this over the standard "Best Western" experience. Cons: — Even though I requested no room service, they still came in and threw away an important paper I had on the counter! — You're required to clean your own dishes, or you risk a $15 fee. The front desk said this was only enforced when the entire sink was filled with dirty dishes on check out, but I still didn't like the idea that the fine was based on subjective grounds. — Not much else. The above cons are mostly nit-picky. I'd definitely consider coming back.

The Staff at Sierra Suites will make your stay wonderful. From the clean lobby to the pool and hot tub to the suites comfortable enough to spend a month. I would stay there again. Cheers!

Clean rooms but mattress was worn out. Notified front desk and they advised it would be changed, staff was very professional, and courteous, very good proximity to eating venues, price is competitive for rooms.

Good 2 story motel with an indoor and outdoor pool rooms are spacious and there are multiple barbacues around if you need to grill some food. Within walking distance Of the Beach.

I have good memories of coming here as a kid with my family year after year. I took my wife here a few weeks ago, and strangely enough, not much has changed. But that isn't really a good thing. It's really worn down and kind of dumpy and there's signs and placards all over the room interior. It's really really dated and has a smell to it. Nice staff though, and great location.

The staff was wonderfully friendly last minute reservation. They took over the phone and gave a discount for being at the hospital for treatment koodoos to this place the owners are hands on made the stay very welcomingnext time in kelowna we will stay here for surethank you to all the staff.

Rooms are small but clean, hotel pool and hot tub were nice as well. Decent prices from everything.

Absolutely loved our stay. Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, comfy beds, well stocked kitchens, super quiet between rooms and minimal hwy noise. Food store, liquor store, shopping minutes away, like across the street. A short walk to an awesome family friendly sandy Gyro Beach with water swings and things for kids to do. Campgrounds near-by, restaurants, everything! We got a better deal by calling the motel vs booking on-line. They give medical rates if you;re there for the near-by hospital. Sure got our moneys worth for staying at an older style motel. And yes, there is an indoor AND outdoor pool and jacuzzi spas! Who has that anymore?

The rooms was nice and spacious with a large fridge. The pool is great for small kids and the beach is a about a block away. Great amenities across the street too, so all in all an ideal location.

Spent 3 days here with my family & this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at! Very clean. Has a kitchen and clean utensils which is very nice as well. Peaceful hotel, can tell it's very well taken care of. & will be staying here again no doubt!

Large living space. Great service, and amenities. Very poor Wi-Fi signal, and that wouldn't normally bother me, except I was down in Kelowna for business and only one area of my room had a weak signal — the couch. 95% of the room had no service.

The rooms are better than expected.

The rooms themselves are very clean. The front desk staff are rude and no one seems to know the policies are or what is going on. I wanted to Pay in cash this is not a option they had to put a hold on my credit card for ten days. If you are someone who does not expect much from a hotel and only wants a clean cheap room then this would work for you. Won't be coming back because of front desk staff.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this hotel! My family and I have been coming here for 12 years! It's an awesome location! Friendly staff, great people and just all around a wonderful vacation! I am looking so forward to spending a week there this summer as I am getting married and my whole family is coming in and staying here! I'm so excited can't wait! Love it here! Wouldn't go anywhere else in Kelowna! Totally recommend this hotel! It's clean bright spacious! Two pools and hot tubs, friendly staff, decent fitness facility, lots of room on the grounds, close to everything, and wonderful suites for families! Totally love this place! :).

Our friends stayed here last summer and we came over to hang at this location. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to pretty much everything. Shops, beach and the liqueur store. You do not need to get into your car and drive anywhere. They also have a pool which was great for the kids! They loved the place. We could not stay here b/c we have 2 small dogs. Next time we come without of furry monster, we will stay here.
