Made a reservation by phone, once we arrived at the hotel our reservation as requested was not possible at this location. The desk staff were very helpful at fixing it. The room was clean, nice and bright. Breakfast was also good.

Nice rooms, very close to airport. Free breakfast had pre cooked scrambled eggs but a pancake and waffle maker. Attached restaurant was also fairly good for dinner.

Excellent staff. Clean. Friendly. TJs is very good as well.

Very nice and clean hotel. Ive been there quiye a few times for deliveries and the staff is always nice and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Checked in around midnight. Used their complimentary shuttle from the airport at gate 9 which was only 7 min. Ride. Friendly check-in who also arranged for early morning shuttle. Clean room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Received reminder call about the shuttle. Coffee was also available. Great choice for when you have an early morning flight.

Great value and very short distance from airport. Has shuttle service and the continental breakfast is actually better here than most I've seen.

Definitely no cons worth mentioning during our one night stay. Booked through a third party website, without any issues on check in. Clean room, friendly staff and a great location. Some room options have free shuttle to the airport. Only a 5 minute drive with traffic if your driving yourself. The views of the room are nothing to brag about, you’ll likely just see another hotel or parking lot next to you. The room noise insulation was great and the lobby was well set up. Good TV network with most of all the channels you will need. Good study area and desk, VERY spacious room, and we had the 1 Queen bed with a sofa. This location has my vote without hesitation.

I have travelled to Edmonton many times and have always been impressed with the friendly and helpful staff at the Ramada Inn Edmonton International Airport. But they reached new levels with my latest trip when their quick response to my distress call and subsequent 9-1-1 call literally saved my life. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had a group of people staying here for our wedding. We had 5 rooms booked for ourselves and our out of country guests. Each time I spoke with Ted on the phone and in person he was very friendly, comforting and easy going which helped me to relaxing in some of the uncertainly of the days before a wedding. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly, and everyone seemed to adapt Ted's easy going approach, which always shows me a company with a lot of trust and respect with its management. As our out of country guests were not driving the shuttle to our wedding (near the hotel) was a great benefit. They also helped us to transport some of our guests with differently travel times to the airport, which is less then 10 min away. The lady running the breakfast was very kind, and didn't mind staying open a bit late to accommodate some late raisers. Not only would we book again but we have already stayed again, after taking our out of country group to the mountains we booked another set of room there for the night before their flights. Thank you to everyone at Ramada Edmonton International we had a enjoyable stay and felt so welcome here.

I stayed at the Ramada Edmonton international airport hotel cause I was working in the area. The staff where very helpful. The breakfasts where fresh and warm with a wide selection to choose from. The beds where SO SOFT and where made every day. Good internet. When in the Edmonton area, the Ramada is a good place to call home away from home.

Got in late and had someone at the counter waiting for us! Got a jacuzzi suite, room was clean. Filled the tub and enjoyed it for a couple hours! Pressure to fill was amazing. Bed was comfortable and clean. Showered in the morning… amazingly the one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner was enough for my long thick hair! Shower was big. Missed the breakfast cause we slept in. Checkout was a breeze and friendly! Will definitely stay again! I am very picky on where I stay, usually can find something to complain about… not here! Price was great too! Can't beat it!

Plane was delayed and had to stay overnight. Didn't arrive until midnight. Staff was very helpful. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast.

We stayed at the Ramada after our flight was delayed. They were very friendly. The bad was very soft and comfortable. There was a free breakfast which was also pretty good.

Just down the road from the airport, less then 2 km, just straight down and hang a right. Hotel staff was awesome to deal with, room very clean and in good shape. Liked the extra toiletries that are in the bathroom like shoe shine kit and makeup remover, thought it was nice to see them go the extra mile. Early check in and late check out! We will be staying there next time for sure!

I had an incredible experience while I stayed at this Ramada. Had a king bed, jacuzzi tub, mini fridge and fireplace. It was clean, and the service was exceptional. The shuttle was at the airport within 5 minutes to bring me to the hotel, they even got me checked in early at around 10am. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast… the hot breakfast appeared to have been microwaveable eggs and bacon. The eggs were quite terrible tasting… Would definitely recommend this hotel, just not their breakfast… unless you can stick to the bagels and cereals.

Excellent hotel, no issues. I had booked this based on the reviews and I have to agree with them. I would like to say that the location of my room was not ideal being on the third floor, but it did provide what I required. I arrived and was greeted by a very courteous employee who did everything he could to give me the best room available. I was right next to the elevator but did not hear it at all throughout the night. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The mini fridge was set at a warmer temperature which required resetting. It was mentioned in the reviews that bottled water was in the room, but wasn't. The coffee in the room was Seattle's Best. Overall good stay.

Was quite nice, props to WestJet to putting me up after a flight was cancelled. It was nice to find the room already had the heat turned up to 21 degrees, great after the — 20 outside Rum and cokes are quite acceptable!

So I booked the weekend before for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend for new years and all was good until we are checking in. I had asked for an early check in to make sure the room was ready and clean as it was supposed to be a jacuzzi suit. As we where about to check in I wad informed that the jacuzzi had broken down the night before. As I had mentioned I had asked for an early check in and due to unforeseen circumstances we where about to check in much latter around 630 that evening. I was not even giving the courtesy of a phone call prior to checking in to tell me that the hot tub room I was looking for was broken. I was told I could stay in one of there sweets at a cheaper rate and that these things happen.

Clean modern hotel. Great price, very close to airport. Airplane and highway noise was minimal.

I stayed here for a few weeks and the place was great. The staff was really nice, the gym was always clean. I loved the food from the restaurant here as well.

Front desk was very nice and provided a smooth check in process. Room was quiet and clean. Not much variety in eateries within walking distance but you can get delivery as well. Overall good experience.

Great hotel located conveniently near EIA. Stayed here twice and both times the staff were efficient and courteous. Rooms are newer and clean. Easy shuttle service if you need it. Rates are reasonable. Good breakfast spread.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite with King bed. Was clean and fully stocked with everything it was supposed to. Even though we where leaving 30 minutes before breakfast was to be served, they offered it to us anyway. Very friendly and professional. Good experience, would recommend to anyone for staying in the area, or need to get to the airport.

I found the service terrible and rude, my reservations screwed up, and they keep putting my wrong card number in and it would get declined, so I had to put a $500 deposit down, then when went to get it back at check out, there was a note she had made a mistake, so now this employee had my credit number and drivers licence number, so the bank suggested that I cancel my credit card and get a new one for possible fraud, nightmare.

I stayed at the Ramada Leduc on February 5, 2014. I came in around 2 am and was very happy and impressed to get an extension to my checkout time the next morning. I also did not make it for the breakfast, but when I walked by the breakfast room the server who was cleaning up noticed me and offered me some of the food which was being put away. I thought that was very generous as she went above and beyond her duty.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel a month ago. We found bedbugs.
