Staff was very friendly, room was really nice. Big room, big bathroom, suuuuper comfy beds. The tub was also massive, and I had a really nice bath. Only downside was that the elevators were really hot and stuffy. Definitely would stay again.

Michelle & her staff are courteous, responsive and friendly. We booked 10 rooms for our Handball team attending Provincials in Spruce Grove. Reservations & check in was smooth. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Michelle & her staff checked on our needs regularly and felt welcome & valued for our entire stay. I would return to this hotel with my family & teams in the future. There are very good people working at this hotel who get what being an “Inn-Keeper” is. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

Bed sheets were not changed, the rest of the room looked clean, but who knows… Was offered to have someone come up my room with a lint roller. Got another room instead. I wouldn't stay again here, first impressions and all. Bar was nice, great staff, ok food, good hospitality.

Location is great, west side of Edmonton just down the road from west ed mall. Rooms are clean and modern, with suites available. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Unfortunately no free breakfast but lots of dining options available. Service was top notch, everyone is very polite. Pool and gym available aswell. Price is what you would expect. Wi-Fi is excellent, recommend to those wanting to stay close to the big mall!

Pretty bad. Really hard to get in and out. The enterence smelled like vomit, the restaurant was not good, the gym was broken, walls were paper thin, not enough blankets, cold all night, there are blinking green lights on the ceiling, the toilet was broken, and the shampoo, conditioner and lotion had been used. Good side was that I didn't have to sleep on the street.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was great. Pool is a little small and the attached restaurant isn't great but over all it was a nice stay.

Friendly front desk. Nice, clean room. Keurig coffee machine, Telus Optik TV with tons of channels, if not all. Pool is small but nice, clean, also the water is not cold, which is nice. Hot tub is small as well, but hot and the jets are powerful. All in all, no complaints.

Stayed here for a week on a business/work related trip, from the time I entered building I was greeted right away. Staff at hotel and restaurant were all very friendly and polite, rooms were clean, comfortable and quite which was beneficial for me with all my studies that was needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here if passing through Edmonton.

Friendly staff, clean room, no uninvited critters. Only down side was soft mattress. Restaurant (Ricky's) adjacent to the hotel, food and service was very good. Hotel was in a excellent location to do our shopping and visiting family and friends. Overall we will be back.

Hotel always does a great job of hosting our seminars. It would be great to have some more comfortable chairs in the large meeting room by the restaurant.

The road entrance to the hotel is strictly from the back, which is unusual and a bit confusing. Not a big deal. Also, they don't do a complimentary breakfast in the morning, but they do have a Ricky's All Day Grill restaurant in house. The Ricky's has a fairly good chicken and waffles breakfast. They also have live entertainment in the form of creature features! A very friendly cockroach came out to say hello. (See photos. ) He asked me how I was enjoying the food, and I told him everything was just fine. Then the waitress came by and squished him with a napkin. A bit unfortunate really. I don't hold the appearance of the little critter against the place, apparently cockroaches are a bit epidemic in Edmonton right now. (How or why this could have become a thing mystifies me — — they get cold winters there! ) As health concerns go, I understand "la cucaracha" to be fairly minor. And it was cute and it makes a good story!

Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable. The TV was a new model, the coffee and toiletries provided were great. The room was spacious for a single room. I also found the hotel to be quiet.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great for those on business trips. I would recommend.

Holiday Inn West in Edmonton is our hotel of choice. Excellent customer service all the time. Especially Charig at the front desk. Always helpful, professional & friendly whether it is in person or over the phone. And In the restaurant Bina … who is very efficient and always a pleasure to see and have as our server. She really takes care of you. Both Charig & Bina should be viewed as very valuable employees to your team. They know what Customer Service is all about and are a big influence in our decision to stay at this Holiday Inn (west) location. Keep up the excellent work!

Nice and quiet. The room was spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

One of my favorite places to stay in Edmonton. It's a newer, clean hotel that is always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and the kids love the pool. It's close to shopping areas in both West Edmonton and St Albert.

Amazing hotel. The lobby is so gorgeous, the staff is amazingly polite and accommodating, the king beds are the best beds I have ever slept in in my life, the bath tub is nice and deep, and I really like that there's a restaurant attached. I only have have two negative comments but they're not enough to get rid of a whole star. 1. There is no recycling bin in the room and I don't think the hotel recycles in general which is pretty ridiculous in this day and age 2. There is no safe or microwave in the rooms. You can request a microwave for your room so that's pretty much moot but the lack of safe is a downside. All in all, absolutely worth your money and time.

Stayed for 3 nights. W's cut in front of and the desk clerk who had seen this didn't do anything and said that he would get to me next. Other then that the room was nice and looked clean. The bed was comfy. The other Ly other complaint is that breakfast wasn't included.

Really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Having recently stayed at one of their competitors, they really need to improve on their customer service. I tried to figure out why I wasn't receiving the room with a King size bed that I had booked through a third-party site and could not get a clear answer. I finally gave up and was downgraded to a room with two Queens. Even ignoring this the rooms are nothing great, I have spent less at other hotels and had better experiences. I would recommend you look around a bit more before deciding to go here.

The hotel and room were clean and modern. The pool was warm which is great for our toddler. There is a 3% marketing fee per night you will pay. Upon arrival the staff member was very cold and robotic; coming off pretentious. He provided inaccurate information regarding our corporate rate, which we corrected upon checkout. Overall a little overpriced for the location and staff need some training in hospitality but a great family friendly hotel.

It was a well maintained and affordable hotel. Appreciated the efforts the hotel is making for recent evacuees.

Went to Ricky's for brunch. Walked around lobby. Very nice.

Standard room, 2 Queens, decent business rate. Closer to amenities and restaurants. Fitness room. Rick's on site.

Been there for 2 days, its was great, quiet and bed is confo but if you forgot something in the room you must forget it, I let behind me a hoodie and come back at the hotel 3 hours later, ask the front desk but the hoodie disappear!

Stayed there in a suite unit, great to have fridge, microwave so I could save some money on dinning. Very quite at night and heater works great! 5/5 will stay again!
