Great service/ nice accommodation.
We have booked for executive room, but agoda problem make the manage ask for another charge from us, we were okay to pay for amount that we have booked but the manager said it must be more than price in agoda $10, it’s not too much but it’s not responsible. I asked for the same thing that I expected, but they said they dont know, they know only charge with this price from agoda offer invoice (there no solution for customers) and they said they cant contact agoda coz there is no contact between hotel and agoda (it doesn’t make sense) I asked for contact them now but manage need to transaction first then said they will refund me back if they contact agoda later on. I was agreeing and they had charge us $115 but suddenly the company agoda can connect and they ask for our card to void $115 amount and charge $105 again. The situation was so messy and the attitude of management is ZeRo now my bank was block buy seeing transaction from agoda 1 and 2 times at hotel more and bank said its was so unusual with this transaction.
I am said now because my travel turn to be Zero because of agoda and Lumiere messed up. Now my bank have been block for 1 week. How crazy this two companies played with customers? I swear there is no more here and everyone should be avoid this problem like me.
