Nice food and room fits for 4 people family.

My daughter husband and 2 boys aged 12 and 7 have stayed here a few times but this year very disappointed their room was so small didn't even have a bed each small double 1 single and a chair which folded down they couldn't even unpack no room to swing a cat round also her boys have Autism and they couldn't cope with the enclosed space they use their hotel room on holiday to help the boys cope with their sensory needs avoiding crowds this completely ruined their holiday. They complained to Balkan Holidays and the rep but nothing was done to help.

Come back from The Ralitsa Superior… we will not come back!
The hotel is very old… the toilets… both in the hotel and by the pool were rarely cleaned. Cleaning the rooms, especially the bathroom did not really work…,. There are far too few seats in the lobby bar… Evening animation takes place with about 300 people indoors (shows by animators were great! )
Normal drinks (e. G. Sprite/cola/white wine) were often out of stock… paid cocktails… Ingredients often not available!
There are almost all drinks from once — plastic cups… Self… nothing is cleared or wiped off!
Food was repeated constantly, was often cold and not really seasoned…
Beach and beach bar were ok…
This was the worst hotel we have booked so far. Can't understand the high referral rate!

The place to be Albena has a lot to offer. Perfect place and best management.

Just arrived back from 2 weeks here. It's a great 3* hotel. My BF loved the buffet, I liked the BBQ fish they did but it was only on random nights and often if you got there at 8pm there would be "no more" despite there being some on the BBQ. I did love the salad bar and the cold meat and fish. The puddings were better than most all inclusive but got a bit repetitive by the end.
The hotel is German so the majority of the guests are too and it is run with German efficiency, do…n't expect to arrive for Breakfast just before 10am as the food is literally removed at 10am. The balcony by the lobby bar was nice to sit out on but there was no none smoking area which took the edge off slightly. The pool was great! Whilst I don't mind having to pay for the lounger cushions the first week they were really thin but the second week new ones arrived which were really comfy. The entertainment was just that entertaining, the dancing was really good.
The beach was clean, (apart from the cigarette buts) and sandy, plenty of sunbeds although no cushions available for the second week. The Rai restaurant on the beach didn't have as much salad choice as the restaurant on site but the BBQ and pizza at lunch was nice. The ice cream was kept in the sun and always melted and often there was no vanilla available.
Cocktails were an additional cost which given the cost of the holiday I was OK with and they were great but the second week some of the spirits had run out.

The food was not very good and always cold even if we went as soon as restaurant opened the restaurant was not very clean and had flies flying about and dead ones on all window ledges only one waitress made any attempt to smile or speak to us apart from the ones who were at the door to meet us. The room was too small for 3 people with very little room to hang clothes had to constantly ask for toiletries only one small shower gel for 3 people. The animation team and kids club was fantastic my grandson loved them all and we found them very nice and polite the best part of our holiday. Wouldn't have gone had we known it wasn't a hotel for English people it certainly doesn't cater for them wouldn't go back again.

I'll be there for the fifth time next year because you know what you have there. The hotels are super equipped for this price range, it is always super clean and the facility in a top condition. The food is rich and varied and always warm. And a lot of praise goes to the animator team they do a great job and the shows are world class from my point of view. I can't complain about anything here and I'm always happy to go there because you're in good hands there. Makes on so really great.
