Good rest. Not far from the sea. There's a beach.

Clean and tidy place. Comfortable room. Polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Couple of pools belonging to the hotel. Close to the beach. Problem is finding a spot at the beach since many guests "reserve" a place by putting towels there and showing up in the afternoon while other people wonder where to sit. Very unpleasant and the hotel doesn't seem to have a policy to overcome this although they are trying to fix it. Excellent impressions otherwise!

A great hotel in Alben for a relaxing, measured stay. International, dominated by Germans. Mostly married couples with children or elderly.

Very nice for kids. Good selection of pools. Near the sea. Good mattress and nice rooms if you get the modernised ones. They keep passports at check in, this is unacceptable in 2018. Why not just take a copy if they are so slow at registering their guests? Buffet food could have been a bit better. Dirty glasses at Buffet every day for juice/water etc. Could not find one clean glass in 30-40+ glasses. Residue of lipstick, orange juice etc. Payment for drinks in the buffet is a slow process as its difficult to get hold of staff.

Absolute Top Hotel. The Food is varied and super delicious, the Staff very friendly! Everything has clean. I have nothing wrong.

Central and at the same time only 100m from the sea. During the meal there was a large selection of which almost everything was very tasty. Unfortunately, the drinks are not included and the waiters are partly unkind. The rooms have exceeded all expectations and also the pool is an experience for big and small.

Five star hotel in Albena resort with great services and rooms. Just a few minutes away from the beach, with large swimming pools and conference rooms. Great for children and couples. Wonderful bio food produced in house from Albena's own farm and agricultural lands. One of the best hotels in the area.

A decent hotel, but if we talk about 5 SV, as stated, then of course not, the reception staff are always busy with their affairs, the guest enters no one smiles at the reception and even head will not lift in his direction! I've never seen such a thing!

Excellent standard throughout, though they seem confused as to what their official Star rating is. The catering was utterly brilliant, and we stopped as half-board (which effectively meant we could get away with a snack for lunch). The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the pool was delicious. I'd suggest upgrading the smoke detectors as I use an e-cigarette and got disturbed a couple of evenings because my vapour set off the smoke alarm. Moving onto the balcony was no issue though as the nights were lovely and warm. We went when the International Police Association were holding their 62nd World Congress (September 2017), and it was splendid seeing all the uniforms and being treated to their entertainment while eating our evening meal. Can't recommend highly enough!

The Flamingo Gran offers quality service from large swimming pools to a spa and a heated indoor pool.

Definitely the most beautiful Hotel in Albena and the whole Bulgarian Riviera. Simply the best.

We were quite satisfied with the hotel, for families it is well suited as the beach is nearby and the pools are also child, a bit too cold but otherwise OK, otherwise you have everything you need nearby! Prices are very pleasant, the beach is very nice and clean!
1 star deduction is available for the right of the interested service, which only wants to clean up quickly and rarely offers additional drinks.
As well as for the room, which unfortunately does not deserve 5 stars, something dirty or stains on the carpet as well as on the walls and the sanitary facilities are also not on the best stand.
In general we believe that the hotel is more likely to be classified into a 4-star category.
But the bottom line was for us a gelungerner holiday! :)

Placed in a very beautiful location, the hotel is a safe choice for families with kids. Good pools and very close to the sea. However, the attention from its personnel is not the best; the dishes and glasses were dirty and both in the hotel and in Albena the waitresses prefer cash because with card "everything goes to the owner" (! ). Additionally, the room (heard it happens in other rooms as well) stinks. I think they have a huge sewage problem. Nevertheless, it's an OK solution for an affordable price.

Great pool area. Clean and family friendly. Great restaurants and the meals served at the hotel are Great. Very tasty, and something for everyone. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, and a little old and worn. But clean and spacious. Had No view. Just stared right into an air conditioner. But outside areas including Beach Were Nice. Fine sand and free sunbeds.

I've had a great time at Flamingo Grand. The food was fantastic and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. I have initially rated it 4 stars because, when I arrived, the safe in the room was not working. However, the receptionist suggested that I temporarily use one of the safes in the reception. The next day, the room safe was fixed.

The hotel is amazing. It's truly 5 stars hotel (which is rare for Bulgaria). The staff is welcoming and professional. They offer lots of things, are close to the beach and a walking street. The food is also yummy I've visited lots of hotels in Bulgaria, includong 5 stars hotels, and I can definitely say that Flamingo Grand was the best one. Happy with my staying.

The hotel is decorated beautifully everything modern and the food was excellent.

Stayed there for a 3 day conference. The accomodation is great, the personel helpfull and the food was probably the best part of the whole experience.

Huge rooms, great views. Customer service is also excellent.
